I had a leaking black tank. I had called a few RV repair places and noone could see me for at least a week!! Spoke to Andrew at Red Dirt who fitted me into his already busy schedule understanding my situation was an emergency. He came within 3 days of the phone call. He and his work colleague who I think whos name was Butch were very friendly and thorough in their work. They patched my black tank and fixed a few spots on my RV where moisture was getting in. I found them professional, honest and have trust in their work. They actually undercharged me for which i was very grateful for. I recommend them and will be using them again.

Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was taken care of when my slide malfunctioned. I've dealt with quite a bit of rv repair and out of all the places in at least 6 states I've had work done, red dirt is highest in quality and trust. How you never need a repair but if you do, make them your first choice.

Replaced my toilet fill valve. Really nice guy. Completed the work very quickly. Price a bit high. But he got the rv fixed, and made my life a bit easier. He came out on a Saturday. I would definitely use him again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called 2 weeks ago and This is such poor customer service. He could have said up front if it were something he didn't wish to do.my rig had taken in some water.so 1st he schedules me 2 weeks out & then was a no call no show! I bought this rv when my husband died from Cancer & it means a great deal to me. I am just super disappointed that even after explaining that he still stood me up.

HIGHLY recommend Andrew! My trailer had no water for 2 weeks because nobody would come out and service my RV.... Contacted Red Dirt Mobile RV and they came out soon after and completely fixed the water issues and serviced my furnace!

Andrew does a great job working on travel trailers. He took time out of his busy schedule to come fix my water heater and a leak. He is really professional and honest. He can diagnose problems quick . Definitely would recommend to other and use him in the future.

These folks are wonderful. Did not take an hour to fix a glitz ln my rv. They came on a Saturday and only charged a minimum fee. Who comes on Saturday, fixes your rv, inspects and checks all systems and only charges you $75.00.God blessed these guys with huge hearts and a true desire to serve others.

My insurance gave me red dirt number it was closest to my location where my RV broke down. Call them didn't answer send text message nothing after 6 days. You shouldn't be on this kind of insurance programs because we depend on services when traveling.

Had Andrew come out and help me with some brake issues after buying a RV off Facebook while stranded at a gas station. Could not ask for better service!
