Loves is awesome truck stop, but for the comercial drivers is uncomfortable to get to this point and being hunted by the troopers getting here to conduct inspection to drivers arriving to this REST area this truck stopped.

i am otr trucker i stopped there yesterday and while i was checking my trailer and fixing my mud flap i found quarter pins and bolt missing both front and rear drive side slack adjusters so i went to repair shop there was sweet lady and guy name davian he is loves teach helped me and did the job those two teach are awesome i will always stay there and get my repair done there for my truck and trailer keep up the good work god bless u both

Needed batteries for my truck.Checked outside vendors prices. Loves pricing was the same as any parts place around. I removed my old onesand replaced them. Loves core charge was quoted at $33.00 compared to Autozone or OReillys at$22.00. Quick in and out.

Went here to get a pm service done and five guys are there and only on was a mechanic and he was the only one that could change oil in a truck. There was no one getting work done in the shop and the mechanic was doing something else and you have four guys in the shop with nothing to do and one was in the shop on his phone. Say I would be hours before I could get a pm service done because they are too lazy to cross train people to do more than one job on the shop the tire guys can be cross trained to change oil when they are not changing tires.

Truckers , please avoid the shop if you know what's good for you. We got an oil change done here and a few days later almost all the oil leaked out .Turns out they did not tighten the oil cap enough and we caught in just in time . Little mistakes like those could cost you an engine. This was unacceptable and it never should have happened. Find yourself a shop that actually takes pride in their work because this place is not it.

Great service! Steven and Devin worked on my truck and they did a fantastic job! They were also very friendly! Most places I go have a long wait but not here, they got me in right away. Thanks!

Waited 3 hours to have a flat fixed. Drove away without getting it repaired. Horrible customer service experience.

Checked in a day before to be first in line and they put a bunch of trucks before me in the morning. They could care less about your time.

Chris is the shop was very professional and helpful with my repairs. He even helped with the company repair people with the company that I work for. I'll definitely be back for repairs.
