If I could give them 100 stars I would! I got a flat tire today and the first place to pull over was Casteels tire in Calera. I was greeted immediately and stayed in the car with my baby as they handled everything for me. They sent me to the Durant location where my tire was in stock and they didn t even charge me to put my spare on. Very professional and kind. At the Durant location we also had a great experience. Friendly ladies upfront and quick service. They had toys for my daughter to play with and office cats to love on. Thank y all for all you do. It doesn t go unnoticed. You were a blessing to me today!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! My daughter lives in Calera and had a flat. Her car didn't have a spare. They sent a tech to her apartment, repaired the tire, & checked the other 3 while there. Super polite and SUPER HONEST. Rates are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these guys 100%. No need to call anyone else. Thanks for the fast service and honest work!

Awesome people and fast service. Our wheel bearings needed to be changed, and we we were going to Texas and had to stop there to get them looked at. Even though their schedule was full, they squeezed us in and did the job in no time. Highly recommend!

We got stranded on a Sunday with a blown trailer tire and Rodney Was top notch, super nice guy who kept us updated on his ETA and fixed us up quickly and on our way. Would highly recommend him to anyone stranded on a Sunday when all tire shops are closed! :) Thank you thank! And thank you to Billy for graciously recommending him for help!

Quick and easy! We had a nail in our tire and they fixed everything with no issues. All of the employees are kind and professional. I would 100% recommend visiting!

I hit a huge pothole on Platter Flats Rd Today while in bumper to bumper traffic on 75/69 North I had a flat. I exited to the nearest driveway and discovered Castel's Tire Shop.I was thankful and grateful for the professionalism and care given to us in this time by Alex.Alex found a tire that would help us to continue our journey.Highly recommend Castel's Tire Shop in Calera, Oklahoma

They were awesome.... Not only did their wrecker pick us up {Not yo momma towing} but they also took us to their shop and put a new tire on the back passenger side... Now all this would be awesome in itself yet they went beyond... We blew the tire an hour away from home on Friday evening at 5:45 pm and is Easter weekend to boot{so all businesses are closed till Tuesday...}I can not begin to tell you guys how much their kindness, generosity, professionalism, and calmness meant to us in our hour of need...So long story short if you want someone to put time, care, and respectfulness in to your experience whether you are in an emergency or just normal day to day stuff Casteels Tire is the way to go...5 stars all the way

Driving through we had tire issues with our 31 ft class C. Original tires had less then 5000 miles. The people here were great. We bought 7 new tires and they gave us a trade in on our other tires. We went about 100 miles and one of the tires lost air. We stopped back through and they checked out the tire. The problem was with the rim. There was a sticker from the old tire that was stuck on the rim causing the tire to lose air. They did a awesome job. Rechecked the lugs on our RV, and we went on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great service, great people.

Had a nail in tire. Almost 100� outside, over 50 miles from home and man said can stay in car with A/C on. He was very polite and fixed tire quickly. Nice place!

Went in for a tire and wound up getting an oil change as well. Very friendly and courteous staff. Took no time and I was on my way, very satisfied. I will go back for my auto needs and recommend to friends.

Absolutely the best tire shop ever, anywhere! Great customer service. Awesome mechanics, tbh if they can't fix it I'd be shocked. But the most amazing part is they are totally HONEST.

Im out from out state. Had a check engine light on and a over heating issue. As soon as i walked in they came straight to my truck. Diagnosed what the issue probably was and cleared the error code for me. It was an issue they couldnt fix and recommended someone that could do the repair. They did not charge me and i was out the door in less than 10min. I would very much recommend casteel just for honesty alone, but after reading all the reviews it sounds like it's a very good mechanic and tire shop also.

Cannot say enough good things about this place, Tammy (think that was her name) and the staff!! Rolling by yesterday from ARK to Austin and my two rear tires just started coming apart........ I was headed to get replacement tires in Dallas. They got me fixed up in a jiffy, with two "make-due" tires for a super price!!! If I hadn't had the two new ones waiting in Dallas, I'd a bought them here for sure! Really great experience and many many thanks!! Ray Bell

Today service gets a 2 star for customer service. The work is great, been here many times.. the older gentleman needs to be up front instead of the younger guy. .

They helped me out big time. I needed my driveshaft fixed and I contacted them through FB on Sunday. 2 days later my truck was up and running.... oh yeah and the price was well under what I was expecting.

For journeymen who make a living on the road in the construction trades, the vehicle they use to commute has to do more than simply start and move every day. Tradesmen haul their personal tools, materials for the project, and often two or three additional journeymen who complete the crew. With that much money at stake, you're careful whom you're willing to trust with vehicle maintenance/repair. More importantly, you never show up on new construction in a vehicle rolling on substandard tires. Casteel has been my solution to both concerns while I've been in Durant, OK on a major construction project for almost a year. Easily the best sub contractor I have found in OK, now if I could only find the same quality in an HVAC Controls Company. Ah well, at least I won't be late with a flat

Casteels replaced two tires on my fifth wheel trailer just prior to leaving on a vacation. I got less than 100 miles from Calera and had to pull over because one of the tires had separated from the rim and gone flat. I called a local tire shop for assistance and then called Casteels to tell them what happened. The technician was simultaneously rude, defensive and condescending. I'll update the review if this is resolved positively, but my experience to date is a far cry from the five-star rave reviews posted here.

The man stopped working on the car he was attending to go back and look himself to find the only used tire in the size I needed. True meaning of service.
