Very poor service and communication! Sent them a truck to fix a certain issue, they never even called me before they started the job to see what I needed done! They just started the $75 an hour clock of doom and tried to charge me 700 bucks for one wire to be fixed and even that was done wrong! The owner knocked off 400 but still took my 300 bucks plus I had to have 2 toe truck bills to take it there and then back home! So all in, $900 bucks still came out of my pocket, and the guys wont even so much as call me so I can personally ask them what they did to my truck!Do not use these dudes unless you have a ton of money to spend and money is not an object for you! They will take advantage of you just like all non Christian mechanics these days. They are not Christian as they claim so BEWARE!

Matt and his team are the absolute best. They have worked on my vehicles(several of them, both personal and business fleet) for years. They are easy to work with and are timely in the repairs. If my vehicle had to remain for an extended amount of time, it was because it needed. We have used A1 Service for the past 4 years. Matt and his team are very quick, helpful and knowledgeable. We value their honesty and have learned they make recommendations that are best for you, not to make money like so many other places we've been in the past. Their service is completed same day on small jobs or in a few days on larger repairs that we've needed......NEVER weeks! We are so grateful we found them!!! I m rating 4 because they repaired a go-kart for me. So, can t rate on automotive, but otherwise very pleased. A1 is along my daily drive and I had gotten nothing but waiting lists for my repairs at other places. So, I stopped in to ask if they could refer someone. Matt said just bring it in. Rebuilt part at very fair price, cleaned, tightened and greased and ready next day. Even loaded it up for me.Service: Transmission

My girlfriend s car overheated and ended up needing a new radiator and fan. It was after business hours but we dropped it off and they had it done the next day! Good pricing on labor and they were professional. I will be going back to them.

OUT of the AREA DONT TRUST THEM!. These clowns had our truck for 3 months claiming they cant get parts. Got the truck back and it was leaking fluid. Took it back and they fixed it fluid leak. Next day turbo failed. Took 2 weeks to repair the turbo. Picked up the truck and driving back to New York the motor drops power. Sent two employees from NY to pick up truck and even though they know our employees were on the clock they dragged their feet and not lift a finger to help. If I could give them a Zero I would.

Very helpful couple of guys. I had them check my 86 4runner before I drove back to Dallas. They were very thorough in inspecting it. Very satisfied with their knowledge and service. They didn t even charge me for looking at it. Wish they were in Dallas.

I was at the laundromat and it's very clean and you padd the time by watching TV or you can sit outside. And they are open 24 hours too. I had the whole place myself.They charge 75 cents to wash and 75 to dry. Change machine is available along soap and dryer sheetsThose to are 875 cents. I plan on making this my go to laundry mat.I am making this my go to place for washing my laundry.Loved it.

My father bought an ol truck and it was shaking so bad, A-1 did a realistic diagnostic, found what was wrong fixed it and got my dad affordably back on the road. Thank you so much for your services. I will be bringing my vehicle and my partner's truck to A-1 service and Repair off Leavenworth Trail.
