I was camping with my family in the Wichita Mountains when I noticed that my aftermarket hitch was becoming unattached from my Jeep. We were about to head to New Mexico, but I didn't feel safe towing. I spoke to the Camp Host who suggested Marlow's and boy was he right. The team at Marlow's met me at 8:00 AM when they opened and worked for an hour plus to get my hitch reattached. They were polite, creative and as professional as they could be and the result was outstanding! I would highly recommend Marlow's for any of your needs in Southern Oklahoma!

Martin has serviced my husband's family's vehicles and equipment for years, and when I had issues with my tire, I knew where to go! Such a friendly staff and a wonderful family-owned business. After pulling out several pesky nails and patching my tire, I was on my way. Thankful for such awesome local people in the community.

Update: engine blown, happened May last year. Thanks again for providing me with a solid education on who not to trust and reaffirming my assumption that anywhere within 50 miles of a military base likely results in shoddy local businesses.I had my vehicle worked on several months ago. After about a month, $2600, and two return trips to fix issues caused during the original repairs; I still have the significant problem with the vehicle of which I had them try to fix in the first place. They seem like genuinely nice people however, the owner stated to me that they are not perfect which is understandable. Perfection is not a requirement for thoroughness or an expert working knowledge of the trade being practiced. My advice: if you are looking for a maintenance garage I would pass on this one unless you would like to afford them the opportunity to get extra practice working on vehicles and prepaired for them to find additional issues unrelated to why you have the vehicle there initially. Again, they seem like genuinely good Americans however their attention to detail and keeping customers informed of work they are doing without the vehicle owner s approval and/or authorization is lacking. As the old saying goes You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.

We stopped at Marlow's with a vintage camper we had just purchased, headed back to Georgia. Marlow's worked us in to repack the bearings and put on two tires as well as a general safety check. Turns out we needed axle seals, too. They got all the work finished in one day and we got safely back to Georgia with that camper towing like a dream. Thanks, Marlow's!
