My husband and I came to Broken Bow for a quick getaway for New Year's. We were headed home & all kinds of lights came on on the dashboard. Thankfully we were still on the main road & within the city limits. We stopped at OReilly, figured out the problem & when asked if they knew of a local mechanic. Randy at R&R was recommended. He said he could start immediately & get us up & running soon. He did just that! The price he quoted was very reasonable & he completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I'm glad he was open the day after a holiday. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area & have car trouble and need it repaired.

we were in town for thanksgiving and had our temp sensor on our tahoe go out. Randy was able to get us fixed up within a day and at a very reasonable price.certainly glad we found him.

We were visiting from TX to this area for a camping trip. My starter had drained my battery and both went out at once. We got it towed in the afternoon and they had it fixed in the AM - despite losing their amazing horse that AM. I cannot express how grateful I was in that moment to be in good hands and not be upselled/uncharged parts either. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone who lives nearby. He went out of his way to call a shuttle service that he knew of to get us back to camp safely- since there are no Ubers or Lyfts nearby. He even loaned us out a grate to cook over the fire with that night since we didn t have anything. Dallas has nothing on R&R hospitality and service. :)

I highly recommend R&R! I recently damaged my oil pan driving on a gravel road in the area and Randy was able to get me in quickly and get my car repaired. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Great people and I would definitely go back. Thank you for bailing me out of a difficult situation!

A true blessing. Truck felt like it had a flat tire, but figured out it was the carrier bearing. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and my family and I were checking out of our cabin at 11 the next morning. Made a few calls and contacted one mechanic and he referred me to R&R. Called the number and thank the good lord he answered and decoded to help. Went above and beyond my expectations and truly got us out of a tight spot. He got it fixed up and had me back within 3 hours. I highly recommend.

I m not from the area and was having problems with the A/C. Turns out it was a simple fix and they didn t charge me a dime. I was so impressed by their honesty that I brought it in the next day for a tune/up top-off. The price was beyond reasonable. I d say cheap. Good work and very honest. I wish they were in my town.

I was visiting the cabins in Brown Bow and I had car trouble. Check engine light! We were somewhat stranded. R&R Repair was the shop that was recommended by the tow truck driver. The owner, Randy greeted us with kindness and honesty. He diagnosed the problem the car, got it fixed and got us on the road within an hour. I would recommend R&R Repair to everyone! Randy is a one of kind and will treat you right and get you on the road. If I could give R&R Repair 10 stars, I would! Thanks Randy!

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!My husband hit a tree stump that was right in front of our Jeep (in the middle of the Cabin s driveway) that we couldn t see from inside the vehicle. It rendered our steering wheel/alignment in such a way that we had to hold it at a 90� turn just to drive straight . For real.We stopped at R&R and sure enough, Randy said we d bent our Tie Rod rod &/or Pitman Bar. Worse, it was 106�F on a Friday afternoon, there was an excessive heat warning, R&R was closing early, & the part wouldn t be in until Monday.After explaining that my husband s mom is on hospice & our need to make it home ASAP, Randy stopped what he was doing to see if he could get it straightened enough for us to drive home.And that, he did. Y all. He saved us. We are eternally grateful.The heat was miserable and oppressive & he really didn t have to do any of that. He could have easily made hundreds of $$$ off of us if he wanted to, but he lined us out proper.Thank you R&R. At first I would have left a great review. They were friendly and I was thankful to have the help. I thought having a thermostat changed and coolant added (yes on a Saturday) for $217 was a bit high but I was thankful and willing to overlook it. We even gave him $40 in cash as a thank you for the Saturday labor. However, we made it back on the road and my car started overheating again. We took it to a mechanic that Monday back at home in Texas and come to find out the thermostat was installed upside down another $100 in repairs to fix. I text him and let him know what had happened and provided him with an invoice asking if he would return the labor only since he promised us he stood by his work . He responded once asking me for the invoice but after that total silence. I had to go through my bank. This whole experience was super disappointing.

We were stranded on our way back home from vacation and we found this mechanic he was fast and professional. He got us back on the road in no time for a very reasonable price. And was super friendly. We appreciate all your help. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Had problems with my Alternator when on a trip to broken bow on a Friday and he came in on a Saturday to get it fixed so we could get home in time! Great service, great price, definitely would use him again if I ever needed to. He went above and beyond for us! Even traveling to get the parts.

Excellent fast service. Recommend to us by O'Reilly's. He was closing up for the day but he took the time to take care of us anyway. I can see why he is the only one around that O'Reillys would recommend.

Great experience! Car trouble is no fun, but Randy went above and beyond to help and make sure my car was ready for my trip back home. He was able to diagnose the car issue and fix it promptly. He even found me a ride back to my cabin. Highly recommended.

Randy was awesome. We had an unexpected issue with my breaks while in town. He made sure that we were taken care of and back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this shop both for quality service and integrity. The only recommendation I have would be they need a bigger sign from the road. Easily the best shop in town.Service: Brakes

Recently had them replace the engine and A/C system in my 1998 Chevrolet Silverado K1500, bells-and-whistles edition.We ran into problems with it being a 25 year old truck, but there were only a few things that caught me by surprise.After everything was said and done I have a fully functioning truck that should be good for more than a decade and I spent less than 15% what a new Chevrolet 1500 W/T would cost.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had with using an auto mechanic, and I will use ONLY Randy from now on! He was so responsive and helpful when my Jeep was in need of repair and he had me back on the trails in no time. You must give him a call for all of your auto repair needs in the Hochatown/Broken Bow area!!

On vacay an our vehicle started acting up. Messaged these guys through Google Maps late at night and they responded within an hour and set something up for the next day. Due to the circumstances, they just kind of fit me in.Great people. Excellent work. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

We seemed to need our alternator replaced while on vacation. After a quick check from R&R Repair, we learned that was not the case, and instead it was an issue with a battery connection that could be resolved when we return home. R&R Repair saved us a good deal of time and money, and we are very grateful for their service. Highly recommend. Thank you!Service: Battery

Drove all the way from California, and the car broke down 10 miles from our destination. By sheer luck we broke down right in front of an auto shop! R & R got us fixed up and on our way. Speedy service, good prices, and excellent customer service.

Family vacation and our SUV broke down on the last day !!! Randy answers calls on Sundays !!!!said don t worry enjoy your last day and we will get you all fixed up in the morning!Monday morning fixed with in and hour and got to go home the same day !!!!
