Well they done 2 hard inquiry on me yes I got my 2022 durango from them .But been waiting around 3 months on the back spoiler recall to get done .the lady did 2 different times the color code on it I just give up .if it takes that long I sure don't want to put my durango in there who knows how long that would take.

Great experience, Chelsea made sure everything was taken care of while I was at work and all I had to do was go sign the paperwork when I got off. she even brought the appraiser and the vehicle to my job so i didn t have to take off. I didn t have to lift a finger. Very easy and quick process, will definitely use her for my next purchase and I tell anyone looking for a new ride to go through her.

I'm writing this review on behalf of Shawn Lewis. I went to this dealership to have my vehicle programmed. They said they could not program the vehicle, the part would have to be replaced. They advised me the part could be ordered for $460.00. Leading me to believe the part would be a Dodge part.They put the ordered part on my vehicle, which was already pre-programmed and charged me a total of $780.00 which they included programming cost.After driving the vehicle for 3 months the part malfunctioned.I later found out by new employee Loree, that the part that was ordered was not a Dodge part, but was in fact ordered from O'Reilly 's for $320.00.I spoke to management about getting a refund for the difference in price since it was an after market part, and their response was "this is how we make our money through price mark up. We have a contract with O'Reilly, Auto zone and Bumper to Bumper.After taking my truck back for warranty work, they advised me that their computer is down and it is unable to read the computer that they installed and they are unsure when the computer would be back up and running.After sitting at the dealership for 4 months. I order another computer and install it myself in the parking lot of the dealership.I took the old computer that they installed inside and requested a refund.I was told they could not give me a refund until they received a refund from O'Reilly.It's been a couple of weeks now, and I have been given the run around.If you need work done on your vehicle, buy your own parts to eliminate THEIR MARKUP AND AFTER MARKET PARTS!

Chelsea was awesome,she went out of her way to help me with my new 2500 Ram. She was not over aggressive as most salesman are. Actually a pleasant experience doing business with her. If you need a vehicle I recommend that you go see her.

If there is any place that deserves a zillion stars, it is James Hodge Dodge in Broken Bow, Ok!! Chelsea, Glenn, and Ashley are the absolute best!! We ve bought 3 vehicles from them this past year. Recently, my husband & I had a camper fire that spread to my vehicle and our house. We lost almost everything. Not even a week later, this team got me in a new vehicle. If you are looking for a place that will fight tooth & nail for you, go to James Hodge Dodge in Broken Bow!!! Everyone there is amazing. We will never go anywhere else. We have officially become family.

Harry was one of the rudest, disrespectful employees I ve ever met. I heard he was a preacher, a preacher of what? Being discriminatory?Carmen was nice, but he needs to be reprimanded! Never felt so uncomfortable, and when I was standing by the coffee he didn t even ask me to move and proceeded to make coffee while grazing my back. He couldn t say anything?! I want to call corporate, he doesn t need to be front desk. Glen needs to do something.
