Hands down the best auto shop in the BA/TULSA area! Brought in my 06 silverado to fix my breaks and misfires. Both Neil Zarn and Nick went above and beyond to get it going. Very knowledgeable and Communication was great. Not only fixed all the issues, told me about other things to keep an eye on which was very helpful. Prices were good and I left with my truck running better than ever. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Neil was able to diagnose my problem very quickly. He ordered my parts and repaired my work truck in a very timely matter. As a business, he cut my downtime to minimum for my truck. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

2018 Jeep Cherokee seat broke and needed a total replacement. Local dealership quoted $2.5k plus and Zarn was able to get a salvaged slightly used replacement with heat and all features delivered and installed in 3 days for a fraction of the price. Great honest shop I will take my future auto business to. Great work Brittany end Neal!

I've had Zarn Automotive perform all of my auto work for many years. This year (2023) I requested some performance parts be installed in my Challenger. Upon installing the parts I was told about some damage in my engine. I had no problem with paying the extra cost because Zarn Automotive is extremely transparent, and with me, brutally honest about my vehicle. I GREATLY appreciate the honesty because it allows me to ask questions, and thus, make good financial decisions regarding my vehicles. I feel like I save money overall, even if it hurts to spend a little extra now.Because performance is important to me I want to say I gained about 70hp and about 90lbs of torque, because of his latest work.Its been about 17 years now and NO ONE but Zarn Automotive will ever touch my vehicles.

I have used Zarn for several years now. They are honest and have integrity. They have never advised of items needing needless repairs. They will give honest assessment and suggest items with no high pressure. A recent trip had my SUV dying and making strange noises. This was internal engine issue. Instead of offering to replace the engine as many others would have, they knew of an applicable factory recall that would cover my issue. They called my local dealership and even printed a copy of the bulletin. Vehicle is now back on the road, repaired under a special extended warranty program and it cost me less than $100 to have the issue troubleshot.Money well spent. I've been coming to Zarn for automotive work for several years, even though I don't live in Tulsa anymore. Neil and his team are always quick, informative, and thorough, with incredibly fair prices. They also stay on top of your car's regular maintenance needs and will let you know when you're due for fluids or parts replacement, with price estimates so you can plan ahead. They are all-around good people who do good business.

I have been going to Zarn automotive for years. The have a fantastic reputation with my family and we will never stop using them. They are very professional, courteous and treat you like family. Their knowledge is beyond comparison to all the other shops I ve gone to. I don t have anything negative to say about them. If you need any kind of work on you vehicles and don t use Zarn, you just might be getting ripped off.

Had just paid 1500 to a mechanic who wasn't able to fix my daughter's car. Friend told me about Zarn Automotive. Neil is a MASTERMIND! He not only fixed my suburu, he also found the "mysterious, non diagnosable" problem with my daughters Honda!! The staff are great and I won't ever take our cars anywhere else! I went to Zarn when I saw the positive Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I was having an electrical issue with my car (Post-2010 car of course) that was very hard to replicate/diagnose. But Neil took his time and was able to come to a conclusion and implement a fix that has since held up. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and Neil clearly knows his stuff. Took my car in because my check engine light came on. Fixed my car in a few days. Neil called me one day saying they broke my key and replaced it. When checking out I asked for the itemized bill, they were reluctant to give it to me.. I checked out then they printed it. I had to get to work and didn t look at it, eventually I did and realized they charged me $70 for the plastic part of my key! I called spoke to Neil and he gave me a hard time about how the key was in bad shape and I knew what I was doing. He did refund me the money but what terrible service.

I have been going to Zarn for years and they have always been great to work with. They give detail about the work that needs to be done, price estimates are always provided and verbal authorization confirmed before work is started, they use high quality parts and will send you to trusted partners if they can't fix what needs to be fixed. They also provide great communication. I will continue to refer friends and family to Zarn Automotive.

Neil persuaded me to get some overdue maintenance done, and I m glad he did, because my car is running like new. It s easy to be leery when mechanics suggest extra stuff, but it s obvious from the way the car runs now that Neil is honest and very knowledgeable. He was also happy to do a follow-up check on something I had a question about. I highly recommend his shop. I just hope he doesn t get too busy as a result of the recommendations. I have nothing but great things to say about Zarn automotive. All of the employees are polite and accommodating. I went in with what I expected needed done and though there were a few more things that popped up it was not them trying to sell me unnecessary things. They showed me how to check things and explained why things were necessary which I appreciate. Furthermore, when I had a faulty spark plug the day after they serviced my vehicle they were quick to squeeze me in even though it was 30 min before closing. Their professionalism, accommodation, knowledge, and respect is high quality. Every time I have brought my car to Zarn Automotive, Neil and his crew were always on the ball. I liked the fact that Neil is a genius when it comes to cars and how much he cares about his customers, and ensuring that everything they do is high quality. He is very good at what he does and the same goes for his crew. They are quick, but they will make sure that everything is put back properly and handled with care. I can't say that about most car mechanics and their shops. From what I've seen and dealt with I will forever be a customer of his. He does try to balance between high quality parts and decent prices. Zarn Automotive is an excellent place for car repair and I highly recommend it to anyone, and you will not be disappointed at all.

I was coming into Tulsa from Atlanta when I hit something in the road. My radiator and part of the coolant system had to be replaced along with work on the transmission. Zarn had me up and running at the close of business the next day. They were professional, thorough, and got me back on the road quickly. I could not appreciate them enough. By far, The BEST, experience I've had with an auto repair shop. And I don't say that lightly. After discovering that my 2008 Cadillac had a significant engine problem that my normal "shade tree" GM mechanic wasn't interested in working on, a colleague recommended Zarn Auto. When I brought the car by the shop, Neil spent nearly 30 minutes with me running a variety of diagnostic tests, taking test drives, and listening to all my concerns about the engine. I had never experienced that level of customer attentiveness in regards to vehicle repair.While my car when in the shop, Neil and some of his team (Ashley and Sam) , also called me routinely to give updates. They never seemed rushed on the phone were always friendly and patient if I had further questions.Finally, the actual work Zarn Auto did on my car was incredible. They even took before and after photos of my carbon cluttered engine valves so I could see full transformation and what exactly I was paying for. I have never had a shop give me before and after pictures for a repair. That little bit of transparency goes a long way in building customer trust.Big thanks to Neil, Ashley, Sam, and the rest of the Zarn crew!

Zarn Automotive has done a number of repairs for me. They do excellent work and once it's done, you know it's done right the first time. They replaced a heater core and overhauled the engine on my Dodge pickup, and it hasn't had any problems since. They have also done our Honda Accord and their workmanship and extra efforts for the customer are outstanding.Neil and his crew are great to work with and this is the only place I'll bring our vehicles to be worked on.I give them 5 stars only because 6 isn't available.. Take your vehicle problems to Zarn Automotive and be assured you will be glad you did.

I am very grateful to have found Zarn Automotive. They are very honest and reasonably priced. I needed a new engine in my car. Neil was able to get an engine put in at a great price and it was a fast turn around time. I ve also had work done on my SUV. Neil and his staff are very friendly! I will never go anywhere else to get my cars repaired. I m a customer for life!

I ve been going to Zarn Automotive for years.The best way to describe Zarn Automotive is, when you move to a new town and don t know who to trust with your vehicle, this is the type of repair shop you d HOPE to fall into the first time. Unfortunately, most people only find the good shop after a few unfortunate visits to those OTHER places..This is hands down the best place to go, whether you have a Toyota Corolla or a 1-of-a-kind sports car.There are some people who just put in the minimal effort and others who go above and beyond, EVERY single time. It s a rare trait with most businesses in any industry these days.If you want a trustworthy experience with your vehicle from beginning to end, I d stop reading this review and make the call.

Mr. Neil and his staff have taken great care of my daughter while she's been a student at the University of Tulsa. First, it was her Hyundai Elantra and now her Chevrolet Trax. Mr. Neil has been more than fair when it comes to pricing and has exceeded expectations when it comes to service and expertise. I have used Zarn Automotive on several occasions and each time I have been more satisfied than the time before with the speed and quality of workmanship. I tend to like working on my own cars, like change the plugs and plug wires. This time I did all that. My pick up truck still was not running right. I took it to Zarn because I know he will find the cause. He did, I had an intake manifold gasket leak and several other smaller problems. I would never have found the problem myself.�Neil and his mechanics found the problem had it fixed in a timely manner. It has been years since my pick up has run as well as it does now. I stopped back by his shop today to let them know they did a great job.�Thanks Guys.
