Leonard has been such a great help! I dropped my grandmother's car off over Christmas and they took care of it right away. This seems like a good, honest company! I'm so happy to have found somewhere trustworthy to take care of my grandmother. Thank you guys so much!

Dropped my truck in for a diagnosis of a rattling. The mechanic immediately recognized it was a loose heat shield bolt. He tightened it up and that fixed the problem! In and out in 5 minutes! I insisted on paying something for their time but the owner said "No!" Now that's integrity and great customer service!

Warren s auto repair harkens back to the days of the small town repair shop! The owner Leonard Warren is top notch and they do just about everything automotive related! Probably the best thing about it, is the fact that it s one shop not a Megacorp you re just a number shop! Very nice owner and the mechanic is super kewl and quick. They used my already purchased parts (unlike most shops) that I just didn't have the time and motivation to do myself. I have a few more vehicles and projects that I will be getting repairs done with very soon. Oh and the tire shop owner next door (cash only) is really kewl also.

If you need your car worked on, this is the place to go.The owner & his help are so friendly & helpful. Also their prices are fair & they go out of their way to take care of you & your car. I will be going back for future car care.They are the Best.

I had a great experience with Warrens Auto Repair and wanted to share this with everyone. I was looking for a mechanic shop that could do my oil change and brake job but didn't know where to go to get this done because I recently moved here from out of state. As I was driving down Kenosha street in Broken Arrow I noticed Warrens Auto Shop. When I went into the office of the shop, I noticed that the owner, Leonard, was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Their prices was amazing! The mechanic came to me to validate that I truly needed new brakes and an oil change. It was nice to see that the mechanic actually discussed this with me before actually doing the job. I know that normally the mechanic should do this, but not ALL mechanics do. Those car shops just want your money because they don't care. That's happen to me several times and I never returned back. But, this didn't happen to me when I went to Warren's Auto. This shows me that this shop is honest and I can trust them. Isn't that what family do? Family really want the best for you and that's truly how I felt. If you need your car repaired with friendly service with a smile, great prices and fast service, go to Warren Auto Repair. They're amazing and they Trust and Cares about you and your vehicle. Whenever there is a problem with my car I will always take it Warren's Auto Repair and you should too! Very impressed with the service here. Had to have my 2007 CR-V towed here late in the afternoon. They had a diagnosis on my car by the next morning, and it was repaired by that afternoon (new battery/alternator). Car works great now. Everyone was friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem and turns out it needed a new radiator. After diagnosing the problem they were able to fix it and get it replaced and back on the road within a couple hours and on a Saturday. Definitely would recommend their friendly services.

Shane is the absolute best, even tho our car wasn't fixable in the end he tried his best and his knowledge is definitely there. I'll be going to him in the future for any car issues. Also, his other employees seemed great too.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It took a little longer then expected but that was because they very busy and made sure everything was done right. I found them to be honest and focused on customer satisfaction. I will recommend them and continue to use them for all my vehicles. Best place to get quality used tires! The gentleman man who helped me was very nice and helpful. Put 4 used tires on quickly and efficiently. With a balance total cost was $120.00. I've gone to other places only to pay more and be rushed out. Definitely recommend Warren's Auto Repair!!

I was in need of two tires urgently. I was recommended to have my car brought into this location. Chris was able to find two tires in his shop that worked for my vehicle. And gave me an amazing price for them.I had already called around and shopped around with all the corporate own locations and all the other private own locations in Broken Arrow, and no one was beating his price. Chris was able to mount them and balance at no additional cost.I highly recommend anybody to come here. Friendly service quick service as long as they're not too busy.

I highly recommend this place. Came across it here on google, saw mixed reviews but im glad i went w my gut & took my car here. Theyre very professional, get things done in a timely manner, & decently priced. I can really tell they truly care about their customers. Also a bonus, the little shop inside is super cool. I have been coming here for many years. Even after I moved from 81st and 169- to 81st and Harvard, I Still travelled the extra distance for my oil changes and some minor car services, i.e A/C work and radiator work. They have always been very professional, friendly, and they don t doodle. Besides occasional changes in their oil change prices- there consistency has been unmatched and it s worth the little extra drive- especially, when I have a Five- Minute oil change less than a 2 minute drive from my house at 81st and Harvard. I have used them and have no complaints but I feel a loyalty to these guys since I ve been coming here so many years.

So I needed new tires for my truck and did a lot of research.. found this place, called and talked to them.. they recommended a set of tires and gave me a price... I researched the tires they recommended and went down before 9am and paid for the tires... Came back at 3 and they had them installed in 45 minutes... Great tires great service... There are no frills to the this place. Just good service for a great price

If you ever go here, ask for Dwayne. He s short, sweet, and to the point. He will tell you what s wrong, how it went wrong, and how much it will cost to fix it. He s very quick with his work. To this day I mention the car I brought in when I call and he knows who I am. Amazing place amazing staff great prices.

We had very very good experience here today. They are family owned in Broken Arrow and are very honest and very friendly. $29.95 to change your oil. We brought our own oil and filter and we were only charged $14.00!! You drive your car into the bay and just sit there while they change the oil and filter - and they are fast. It's the least expensive, friendlies, and fastest we've ever gotten an oil change. Warrens has a new customer with my wife and I. They also have a detail shop right next door. That is next for me!5 Stars - Highly recommend!

This place is my go-to spot for oil changes. They do everything very quickly and professionally. The prices can t be beat and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. If you are close to this place or even if you are a little ways away it s worth it highly recommended!

This shop does decent work, but whatever you do, DO NOT put yourself in a position of the owner owing you money and do not enter into any barter agreement with him. He will do what he can to avoid paying and will only honor your barter if he feels like it. He takes the bizarre position of stating that his cash-paying customers come first, meaning that customers who have ALREADY PAID with their labor should leave their cars and wait for unspecified amounts of time to see if maybe he can fit them in. But of course he did not tell me this until I had already done significant amounts of work for him. I am a self-employed house cleaner who cleaned rental properties for the owner and his family members and cleaned the bathroom of the shop regularly for several months, first on a barter basis and then on a cash basis. He stated to me that he was pleased with my work and even had me cleaning his parents home. I regularly sent the owner emails with current balances and the dates and amounts of work done. This worked well for a while. Eventually he stopped paying me though I tried many times to contact him, so I stopped working for him. I have brought my car in for oil changes and the mechanic has kindly done the work, and I deducted the costs from the barter and cash balances. But when I came in for a new battery recently after calling three days ahead, the owner argued with me, brought in personal issues from his life inappropriately to divert attention away from my pointing out that he owed me the work and that I called days ahead of time, and stated to others present that I was causing a scene, even offering one person a free oil change and demanding that I pay for it after the customer left. Now he refuses either to pay what he owes me in cash or to treat me as a regular customer. So again, take your car here if you must, but DO NOT become involved with this business on any basis where the owner owes you money or work.
