10/15/23 I always buy my tiers and car batteries from Walmart because they have the best price & warranty. A few years ago I actually used the Walmart warranty in Canada while I was on vacation.Of course Walmart is no different than any other business they cannot find quality worker's.

Oil changes have been good and this place is really convenient. Twice there have been things of note on the checklist that should have pointed out or explained. Once was a bad battery and the other was a fuel injection cleaning which they canceled for some reason. This last time they also left their plastic and paper mat in my drivers side.

Brought my husband s car in to get four new tires. Called before hand to make sure that they had the tires in stock and how much it would be and they were not very informative so I called another Walmart and they were very nice and let me know the whole process. So then I went to this Walmart since it is closer to me And my husband took his car in an hour later we got a notification that the car was ready when we got there there were three tires they were supposed to be for new tires so walk in to pay and get the keys and ask what s going on and they said oh yeah, we can t give you four new tires, because one of the bolts is stripped . But we didn t touch it. We didn t mess it up. That was somebody else before us. I haven t had new tires put on since we bought the car four years ago. So they damaged my car and lied about it and didn t inform me that they couldn t give me all four new tires and we re just gonna let me leave . Dealt with the team leader Tim and he was very unprofessional. All of the guys. They are drive the vehicles way too fast and careless. They don t seem to care about customer experience here and we won t be coming back. Now I have to deal with a tire that won t come off because they decided to strip the bolts on our vehicle.

I took my husband's car here to get tires and the service worker was honest and truthful. He informed me that I didn't need tires at this time, but he would put them on if I really want him too. It was just nice to know that they truly care and don't just push products on you. Will definitely be going back again, when I need tires

Never Take Your Car Here!Went in for a quick oil change, everything seemed fine then a few days later my car starts having a burning smell.Turns out when they changed the oil filter they spilled oil ALL OVER the engine so much so it filled the engine valley and soaked the felt paneling under the car. They didnt even say anything. Took over an hour for me to clean it all out.If you don't want to risk repairs later and waste money take it to a real shop. The mangaer here was even talkimg about how skilled his technicians are, yeah right. They were either drunk or incompetent.Service: Oil change

I am disappointed, the evening before the snow Strom I called at 620 an they said be there till 7. I took my tire there at 640 an they was gone. My car was now in a Walgreens parking lot with out a tire an snow Strom coming. They should have stayed open till 7 just like wasscheduled, an told to me.

Do not go to this Tire Lube Express I went in to have my tire plugged and left with no oil in my car. I tried to work quietly and calmly with management who attempted to make me feel like an idiot who can't check her oil. There was no attempt to make things right when I ask to see the video they refuse to let me see it. It may seem so it like such a small thing but the customer service is ridiculously under qualified to be doing their job.

830 am they were closed! But manager said oh they are open now! Store is going down hill! Managers should know what going on their store! Chuck needs to pay attention ! Thank you Take 5 great experience !

They had the tires I was looking for. Price was right and the service was good. Could be a little faster but really can't complain.

They tool over 45 minutes to change my oil. My car was the only one in the line section. The person working on my car kept walking away. I even could over here the guys talking. Laughing that he went on another break. I would replace most the working here.

Pulled up handed the key to my rims and a 4way and they still used an impact now my key is stripped and i have a flat tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

It's never very settling when you trust your vehicle servicing to a couple of teenagers that announce to you that it's their last day. Needless-to-say, I kept on moving....
