Needed a somewhat small cosmetic repair on my car. They did an absolutely perfect job even with a pearl metallic paint. It looks great, and you would never know it wasn t original. Prices were extremely fair and their quote was what they charged me to the penny. Great customer service too. Easy to recommend!

They did an awsome job. Where several other companies wanted me to wait 4 to 6 weeks they scheduled me within 2 weeks and work was completed in 1 week. Very pleased In every way . I was quite pleased with the work and customer service provided by Unique Collision. My truck was wrecked about a month ago and I got it back today. They were quite helpful in helping me navigate the insurance process, and their attention to detail was much appreciated. As a business owner, I appreciate when someone cares about their customer service. Thank you Unique, I will be recommending you to anyone that needs your services.

I was in a car wreck which was very stressful and taking my vehicle here relieved some of the stress. Chris at Unique Collision was very patient with me on my many calls to check on the status of my vehicle. I got my vehicle back in great shape and they detailed it for me too. Everything they replaced has a lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I have had two car repairs done by Unique Collision and they cars look awesome.I have another car to be repaired by them when the parts come in.Needless to say, I'm a repeat customer.Ask for Misty, she'll treat you right!

I have used them twice and both times were amazing! The customer service and quality of work is the best in Tulsa. Most recently, my car was hit opening night of the Gathering Place. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new! They even got it detailed. I left my backpack with my work laptop inside in the lobby and didn t realize it was there until I got home which was well after normal closing hours. Frantically, I returned to the shop in hopes to find a mechanic working after hours. However, no one was in the office. In a last ditch effort I decided to use Facebook messager to reach someone in hopes of recovering my bag, within a few minutes I received a reply a from someone stating they were in route! The owner Dustin came to my rescue and helped me reclaim my backpack. I am boarding a flight at 5:00 a.m. and would not have been able to work all weekend. I am blown away by this company s customer service and values. This is has been the best customer service experience I have ever received. No only did they wait beyond closing time for me to pick up my car. They also came back to the office and my restored my car to factory quality. It looks brand new! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My wife and I are unquestionably satisfied with the high quality of service and the critical care and gift of craftsmanship this shop provides for the client's car. The price was fair, clear, concise, and complete.In my humble opinion, you will not find a place that wilk make sure your vehicle is secured at all times day and night the way this shop did for my wife and "Tiny" the name of my wife's car. The office staff offers real customer service with a real smile.

Was impressed with their customer treatment on first visit. However, it went downhill from there. Gave me estimate & insurance sent me a check. They told me 2-3 days for repairs. Were also supposed to do other repairs I was paying for while they had car & I had a rental car. Time stretched to 4 days. I went to get car & they didn't do repairs I was paying for & couldn't even find estimate on it. After leaving had issues with bumper they replaced coming loose & had to take it back. Also found they didn't replace all the under carriage they were suppose to replace. They redid the bumper & replaced rest of undercarriage at their expense but again kept longer than they told me & I had no car as a result. I had also arranged with them at time of estimate to deliver my car to a detail shop 1/2 mile from them. They said no problem but then they forgot or something & I had to find a ride there & take it to detail myself. To top all that, they didn't even clean or buff areas they fixed, left compound splattered all over my car & added scratched to new bumper & my fender! (Looked like belt buckle or jean button scratches!!!). I asked about that they said they weren't going to take the time to do that since I was having it detailed. Bumper still doesn't set properly around the fog lights. Also, guy at front counter seems to have trouble telling the truth & the gal working by him is a pretty nice until you cross her, then look out. All around bad experience. I won't use them again & people who chauffeured me around all those days heard it all & won't either. Be sure you get EVERYTHING they promise in writing. That might help.

I have now used Unique Collision Twice.First time, was after being rear-ended, with subsequent damage to rear end (insurance paid). And again, just last week, after having bought a new "used" car, a 2013 SUV in otherwise great condition, but with a big scratch on the hood, and some gouges on the low front spoiler, and a few other small dings and paint chips (self pay).Working with Unique Collision in both instances, was the exact same process.I.E: There's were no difference in approach, as to quote the repairs I wanted.In both cases, Unique gave a straight honest qoute as to how much it would cost. Not only that, Unique also worked with me, this time around, to quote me different levels of dent removal/re-painting, upon my request.I, like I'm sure many others, have a somewhat "suspicious" thought process, when it comes to dealing with auto repair shops.But, I honestly couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated as a customer (again), as well as with the quality of the repairs we agreed on.Everything was as promised, and completed when promisedBoth the quality of the repairs, as well as, or maybe especially, how I was treated as a customer, regardless of whether an insurance company was footing the bill, or I was paying out of pocket, has most definitely assured that, should the need ever arise again, I will go straight back to Unique Collision, and nowhere else.

I came up to the store and asked them to help me fix my bumper that had been detached, took maybe 20 minutes and didn't even charge me!! Sweet people!

Great job on the repair. Honestly it looked factory. Excellent job. Only complaint is it took a little longer than expected. Otherwise would recommend again.
