Team One has always been my go to service shop. Nate and his team are honest and have always provided great work. When I purchased my BMW x5, I thought it would be best to use the dealer for service. Man I was wrong. Everything at BMW is more expensive and I feel like I am swimming in a pool of sharks at their service center. Team One has some great folks who communicates and does what they say for an affordable price. Team One is the best.

I ve forgotten to write my review on this place, but I must say, service was fantastic. I really got the sense that these guys were actually enthusiasts themselves and it made it that much more comfortable of an experience and the work they did installing tires on my E70 was excellent. Good stuff!

only shop who was able to align my car right and actually give me a knowledgeable break down on my alignment and why I was having certain issues! the guys in the office were great! the guys in the shop were great! all around stand up crew. 10/10!

Spoke with Chase on the phone. Gotta say his customer service is nothing less than superb! Great attitude and welcoming energy.Answered every question I had thoroughly. I appreciate transparent service, such a rare find these days.That is what these guys pride themselves on and offer with no hesitation. Hats off to you Team One Automotive, 5 stars from me!

Chase was very helpful and explained everything my car needed. Very knowledgeable and feel prices were good. Highly recommend team one for your cars. My daughter was very impressed with them and loved the way Chase explained everything she will be going there now for her cars.

I have had several vehicles repaired at this shop. Each time the repairs were completed in a timely manner and we were kept up to date on what was being done. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly and without fuss. All in all I would use them again if I need it.

Nate Hays and his team are absolutely incredible!!!! I have referred multiple customers to them. I have worked in the automotive space for years and they are one of the most honest, up front and communicative mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to work with. If you need any sort of work done, don't think twice! Just trust and be prepared to be wow'd!!!!

This automotive team is excellent! They are very reasonable on prices. They do great work. The best part was I was told by an unnamed car dealership that my repair on my car were not covered under warranty. Their price was astronomical. I was referred to Team One by Tate Boys. Went there then received a phone call from team one saying. These parts are still under warranty and I already called my guy at a dealership I trust and they are going to make your repairs. So the best compliment for the shop is that they are very honest and care. They also gave my husband advice on how to make repairs at home so we didn t have the pay them to repair something he could do himself. Definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Hands down the best mechanic shop in the area. From the guys up front being knowledgeable and informative, to the guys in the back doing the work with attention to detail with pride and honor!The owner, Nathan gives you a breakdown of the issues you have and different courses of action and the benefits to each option.Do your family a favor and take your vehicle here for any automotive work that needs to be done you won t be disappointed!

Nathan and the guys at TEAM ONE Automotive have always taken care of my vehicles. Outstanding Service, the communication through out our repairs are above and beyond. We have new and our children have older vehicles and we wouldn t trust anyone else to work on our vehicles and keep our family safe on the road.

If you need automotive repair or any kind of maintenance, this is the place to go. My Dad has trusted them with several vehicles over the years and we have as well. They communicate with you, they get the job done right and are always honest and up front with you about everything. They have always been on time and responsive and willing to answer any questions we ve had. Excellent shop and owners!

I normally don't bother with reviews but my experience with Team One Automotive is definitely worth sharing. From the time I made my first call to Team One to the time I drove away in my car, I was treated with professioalosm, respect and kindness. As I watched the employees interact with each other I knew that they were a team and cared for one another. Chase walked me through everything that was going on with my car and then we came up with a game plan to get my vehicle in tip top shape. I can't say enough about Chase. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. This young man listened to me and never made me feel rushed. I will always recommend Team One Automotive to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle. You guys are fantastic!! The guys at Team One have done a fantastic job diagnosing our Toyota van and my Nissan for various things that just need a tech's trained eye. It's apparent these guys know the vehicles they take in, they make accurate quotes, and the timing for getting the work done is estimated and comes out right every time. Thank you guys for the great work!

I have taken several personal and my fleet vehicles to Team One. Overall they do a great job getting jobs done and take good care doing so. If I have had any issues later they have been very good about taking care of warranty issues with parts.

I just completed my first time using Team One. Had the good fortune of having Chase Blueford to walk me through each step of the repair process which included the diagnosis, arranging for parts and the actual repair. Chase was extremely knowledgeable of all the details and gave me the time to discuss many questions I had about several things about cars in general. I have found my new shop for our Mercedes, BMW and Ford pickup!

Team One is a great place to take your vehicle with any issue or to just have it serviced. The team over there is very friendly, professional, responsive and efficient. I worked with Chase at the front desk and he was extremely helpful, understanding and very friendly. Highly recommend Team One! Will definitely be coming back for any of my vehicle needs.

This place was amazing. I was in from out of town and broke down in my aunt's driveway. AAA towed me to Team One and they had me back up and running (replaced starter) in a couple of days. The cost was reasonable and the entire experience was as pleasant as possible being broken down away from home. I highly recommend Team One Automotive in Broken Arrow!

These guys are awesome. I called them Friday evening to talk to them about a custom alignment because previous shops were having a terrible time getting my camber right. They got me in Monday morning and took great care of my car. Put plastic on the seats and floor board. John and Chase were great to work with. I will for sure be back in the future.

We had our Mercedes in to have the cam fazers replaced this year. They performed that complicated repair in a reasonable amount of time and it was fixed right the first time. We always recommend Team One.

Great team. My car had been recently abused at a nearby Specialist and left out side for months, which this show car had been only garage keep and covered since 2002. Hour Glass replaced the stollen rotors and battery and refinished the poorly powder coated parts under the hood to show quality again. Tate Boys did tire balancing, but she is low to ground and they just pointed down the street to Team One. If you read this their attention to the alignment and documentation is specific to model, mods and your specific needs.
