They were up front on price, fair and treated me honestly. Had my son s vehicle done even before they thought they would and at a fair price. The price they quoted even included tax, so no surprises when the bill came due. Mechanic took time to speak with me and give me options and advice and explain them all to me. Very pleased, and when I need more work done I will be going back for sure!

I love Sinclair because I can get my oil changed super fast and I don t have to make an appointment or anything. It just flows into my day so well that I don t have to break from my life to fit it in! The owner Joel is super knowledgeable and I ended up ordering tires from him because he taught me all about tires and how they are not all made for the same mileage you plan to out in it each year, so he helped me calculate how many miles I might drive each year x 4 (the life of the rubber of a tire) and then bought me the RIGHT tires for my needs. Not the cheapest on the market, but cheapest in the long run. Buying every year loses money for the customer (me)! He s at a great Broken Arrow location so give him a try for sure!

Greatplace, excellent very inexpensive. Very knowledgeable upfront about charges. The level of respect always to ask first than do. Love these guys. You can't beat the cost, efficiency, the respect. So thank you to all you guys at sinclairs

Thank you to (alphabetically) Fred, Jimmy, Trenton, and Tyler for the best 20 minutes on a cold, rainy Saturday morning, getting the truck s oil changed that one could ask for. I felt not only comfortable, but welcome, and was able to confident in the thoroughness of the work done. I m glad to now have a go-to oil change spot and to know they can do just about any other service a vehicle might need. If you don t feel this way where you get auto repairs and maintenance, go visit these guys.

A couple of months ago had a new water pump put on car at this location. ( Bad mistake, oil changes OK but not mechanic work!). Somewhere along the line they did something to a vacuum hose, even though there is no connection! Now car does not shift correctly. They (Joel) swears nothing is wrong. This guy is a terrible manager. Mr. Branstetter needs to rethink who represents his company to the general public!

This is the only place I take my vehicle to. They have excellent service and products. They always seem to find a way to get me a discount of some sort as well.

This place is a complete disappointment. I went there for an oil change and had a good experience so I decide to go back to get my brakes changed. I opted out of getting my rotors done and only had the brakes put on. When I left my brakes were still squeaking. I returned and asked them about this and they said it s because I didn t replace my rotors and I didn t believe that so I asked if they put grease on my brakes and they checked them and of course said yes. I have had my brakes changed dozens of times without replacing the rotors every single time I replace the pads and I have NEVER had my brakes squeak like this. But they insist and tell me to let the brakes wear down a little to match the rotor. So I wait. Eventually the noise is driving me insane and I get a second opinion and they didn t put grease on my brakes. The current mechanic said to NEVER bring my car to this place again they charged me $300 to put front and back brakes on just to squeak for weeks and it took another mechanic to add grease and $95 to fix my problem.Oh and when I went up there to confront the squeaky they told me they could make the squeaking go away by doing my brakes and rotors from scratch for $900!!!! I advise anyone to find somewhere else.

I am only leaving one star because it would not let me leave negative. My daughter and son-in-law took her 2020 Ford escape that she takes very good care of here for an oil change. We have gone here for a number of years to get our oil changed. But this time, the irresponsible technician left two greasy palm prints on her light colored seat. My son in law watched him do it. When she addressed it with the supervisor, he told her that there was nothing he could do and called the technician in. The technician blatantly lied and said this stains were already there, which they obviously were not. She asked to speak to a manager, and they told her one would not be in for a week or more and there was nothing they could do about it. I understand accidents happen, but they could have settled this by detailing her seat. Instead, they chose to lie and insinuate she was lying. We WILL NOT be back to this place in the future!

I ve got my oil change here for the last two years and I drive a lot. I typically get my oil changed once a month and I ve never had a problem. Groupon offers a great deal for this place as well to make sure and check that out.

I visited Sinclair today for routine services on my 2016 Jeep Patriot. I was very surprised to get in within 15 minutes of pulling up to the garage, with no appointment scheduled in advance! I was in and out within 1 hour and 15 minutes for all the services I listed above. Really fair pricing and the technicians and staff, especially Joshua S., were super helpful and friendly. Joshua and his team took the time to explain what the found issues were during the inspection, and what recommended services to undertake sooner and later. I definitely recommend this auto center, and am so glad I followed my mom's recommendation to stop in there as well! Excellent service and exceptional staff. Garrett went above and beyond to take care of both me and my vehicle during my visit. He was so kind and did a great job getting me in and out of the shop in no time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a first class experience at a super affordable rate and superior service. One of the best garages in BA, hands down. Stop hesitating and book your appt - you won't regret it :-).

If you are tired of bad service and unfriendly people, then you will be thrilled with these folks. You can stay in your car or go inside and know they will treat you right. Not "salesy". "Just the Facts". Always my go to.

I cannot thank the guys working tonight enough! Garrett especially. Another shop stripped my drain plug and they spent an hour on it and were able to finally get it out. They saved me a lot of headache.

Absolutely recommend this auto station. They are always beyond friendly and take care of me quickly. I have been to this shop twice to get an oil change and both times were great! Garett has helped me out both times and he is so kind. Plus, they use Groupon! 15/10 experience. Often businesses request for you to give them on online review. On occasion you have an experience that makes you feel compelled to write one! That is what happened to me today at Sinclair in BA. Joel and his team had a challenge on their hands with an electrical issue on my Jeep that other mechanics could not solve. They communicated clearly and most importantly were completely honest about the issue upon discovery when they could have not been and collected more money. They will be my first call moving forward on future mechanical issues!Service: Electrical

These guys are truly the best! I was having serious car trouble about halfway through my trip and was fortunate to come across these guys, helped me complete my trip in a timely and affordable manner! Definitely going to stop by when I pass through again!

Today at lunch my car broke down. This repair shop was so kind to me! They let me borrow a gas can so i could get back on the road and when I brought it back they told me to have a blessed day and stay safe!!!GREAT group of men working here!THANK YOU!

Love this place! I've been coming here for years because it's such a convenient spot right off the BA and I always have fast service. My fiance and I both brought in our cars today and only waited about an hour!! I highly recommend this Sinclair location if you live in Broken Arrow!
