These folks go to a lot of trouble to help customers. I have had my car worked on and can't appreciate Andrew's hard work and perseverance to get my Nissan on. Literally. They don't give up.

The mechanics give honest quotes. They communicate what is found and what is needed. I never worry about surprise fees and they are always very friendly, deliver on time.

Sanport has been maintaining my vehicles for 20 years or more. They are a family business, and they have taken care of me as if I belonged to their family! My truck blew a spark plug out while driving. These guys got me in quick and back on the road the next morning. All other shops I contacted were backed up a week or more and were also more expensive.

I turned my truck in for some general repairs. My major problem was the truck was running hot. I advise anybody to NOT use this company.They charged me approximately 2,000 for everything. However, as I was driving the truck, after repairs were complete, the truck still ran hot.Additionally, during the repair their mechanic accidentally broke a bolt. They assumed no liability and charge me an extra $500 to repair the bolt.When confronted they were rude and extremely unethical. They did not do anything to address my issues. Do not use this business as they do not sand behind their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is an EXCELLENT auto shop! I have used their services for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are honest, fair, and professional. I love Sanport. Les and Mary have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have never known my fathers to go to a different mechanic so that s over 20 years of my family getting their cars fixed here.I have never been price gouged. I have never felt scammed. In fact, they have saved me from future heartache by finding problems I didn t even know I had.They have been keeping my 2002 Honda with over 230,000 miles on it purring like a kitten.I will never use a different mechanic if I can help it.Go to Sanport if you want AMAZING service.

Sanport took care of some front end (suspension) work for me. I brought in my parts and paid a fair labor rate for all work done. Recommended for your auto repair needs. Good communication and efficient. I'll use them again for some other upcoming maintenance.

I have taken my vehicle to Sanport Auto for over a decade. They have performed every conceivable repair and maintenance including but not limited to rebuilding my transmission and installing a new motor. Andrew, Mary and staff operate with the utmost honesty and integrity. If they say a repair is necessary you can rest assured it is. They have never suggested and/or performed unnecessary work. I am self employed and my vehicle is absolutely essential to what I do for a living. They have kept me on the road, and if I have experienced a problem after service it was corrected immediately. Additionally, Sanport s mechanics maintain the proper certifications so you will not void your vehicle s warranty when using them. This is the most honest vehicle repair place in Tulsa. They care about their customers and treat you like family. I've been coming here for 18 years. They always make sure that things are done properly and go the extra step to fill washer fluid and other things.

They are excellent! They know you by name, and are very thorough.. I love that I can call them up, say, " my car is making this weird noise", and they know what car I drive. They have always been prompt, reasonable, knowledgeable, and will get you where you need to be until your car is ready. I love using them, so glad I found them, and will certainly recommend them to others!

I've been taking my cars to Sanport Auto for over 20 years now. Andrew and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and their prices are very competitive. They also do a great job of getting your car in and out quickly. If you're looking for a trustworthy garage, give Sanport a try.

Very professional and also gave me a tip to try to get the truck to fix. Very nice people also.afyer the tip they gave me I came to the conclusion that my truck does need the work and well I will be letting them do the work to it.

The Best and Honest Car Repair Period, I have used Sanport for over 15 years. they are the most knowledgeable, caring and honest people you can ever find. It is family run business and I am always treated as family member. Give them a visit and you will find out it is the best move you ever made. Mary, Andrew and Les keep up the great work

First of all I'll give a customers response to Jenna McQuigg's one star rating - I don't think you really talked Anthony or Mary about the problems with the truck. I have been a customer for a good 30 years and I have never had any issues with Sanport on any car problems I have had. They have always given me great service on all of the typical ongoing service needs like oil change, brakes, tires etc. They always tell me what they find when doing typical service work that I might need something repaired or replaced and a time frame of how long I can wait to do it if I choose not to do at that time. I think you just passed up on a great continuing relationship with a company you can trust and depend on.All of that being said, now my opinion of Sanport - they are great. Sanport is ependable, trustworthy, and always willing to discuss vehicle issues.

These people are crooks took my car to be fixed left with over 9700.00 dollars in damage, they parked my car so close to a truck as to hide damage to vehicle,stole my key fob ,broke windows and left body damage, court came back with 8 grand judgement from these thieving scumbags ,DON'T EVER GO THERE TRUST ME

Great place these Gals and Guys are the best they really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Their waiting area is super nice and comfortable too.They recently fixed a part on my Saturn Aura for my AC and fixed the sensor for one of my tires they did it fast but effectively so that I could get back on the road in time to get to my other appointments. They will be the ones I go to for every one of my car needs. Thank you all for taking such good car of me

All the people that work at Sanport Auto Repair are professional and courteous. Andrew and his crew stand behind their work. Great work for a fair price. I will not have anyone else work on my vehicles. I have been a customer since 2007.

I've been going to this Auto Service Center for 2 decades. They have always exceeded my expectations. I tried to go to a shop closer, years ago, to save the commute, but lost the quality of workmanship. Which in turn cost more money, because the issue wasn't correctly addressed. I, of course, gladly returned. They recently serviced my rear brakes on my 1997 Ford Ranger & advised me of things that are pressing issues that need service soon. Directly afterwards they changed my ignition switch on my 1993 F350 Crew Cab Truck, where the key broke off inside it. They made sure it had the oil it needed after discovering it to be dangerously low. By the end of the day I was picking up (Big Birtha) & returning her home.I've noticed sometimes people get offended from the desk clerk / parts specialist because of her straight forward approach of addressing the repair issues that have been reported to her, to advise on. She is ALL business & right on point. By all means, check. I have! When you find out she not only getting it done soon, in priority order & at the best price possible, you'll just want to hug her.Of course, she'll tell you she doesn't have time for that right now, as she answers three phones, checks on parts & creates invoices ALL at the same time.I am SO thankful for Sanport Auto Solutions!

Andrew and Mary Santos are the bestThey are my friends and take care of all 6 of my cars.Two of the cars I brought from them for my kids. I had issue which needed a timing chain replacement on my 96 maxima .Called several auto shops got estimate which was sky rocketing 2500 to 3500....called Sanport in BA checked my issue first then gave me an estimate 1800 .work was done within 7 days and the lady name Mary was very helpful. .friendly and generous. I still owe her $7 :)..worth taking your car there ......

About 10 years ago I asked a friend of mine who owns a used car dealership to recommend an honest mechanic. The first name out of his mouth was Andrew at Sanport. And, after 10 years and several different cars, I know for a fact that the only thing better than his honesty is his knowledge.

Sanport Auto Solutions are professional in every way. Mary gets thing moving quickly and the quality of work is excellent plus they work quickly and have your vehicle ready for you to pick up quicker than you would expect. Sanport is an honest shop and does good work. A local Toyota dealership quoted me over $2600 to replace the timing chain cover gasket on my Highlander. Sanport's mechanic found that a couple of the bolts on the cover were loose; he tightened them and stopped the leak.
