Twenty years ago I bought a 99 Tahoe from Reliable, good truck and good people to do business with. Recently I bought a 2020 Silverado from Big Red at Reliable, happy to see that even though the faces have changed over time, the level of service and customer care has not. I appreciate how easy it has been dealing with Red and Reliable, and I d recommend them as a very good place to buy a quality used vehicle

Big Red was awesome. First time here and definitely will return in the future . We was upfront with him about our credit and down payment. After driving the SUV and checking it out really good we knew this was the vehicle.We went in Big red worked out a deal for us and was upfront explaining everything . Go check him out if ya need a car . And tell him I referred you when he asks how did you hear about the lot .

I bought my dream car from Melvin at Reliable. I am a first time Corvette owner and so thrilled abouot the Vett I found there. I had a great esperance with the purchase. I have bought several cars form dealers and this was the easiest by far. Melvin and I worked the deal over the phone. He was very fare and seemed very honest. Melvin had all the paperwork done by the time I got there and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Reliable Auto. Thanks Melvin I'm one happy Vett owner!

Had been looking for a car for 2 weeks when we stopped by Reliable Auto & spoke to Big Red. He was courteous, friendly, & very knowledgeable, & worked out a better deal than what my Bank could do & got me into a car that same day. I would recommend Reliable Auto Sales & Big Red to anyone looking for a good used car.

We were looking for a decent dependable used daily driver for my husband to get back & forth to work mostly but could also drive around the farm when he didn't have his truck. We found a 2010 Nissan Exterra. Clean SUV. Needed new headlamps. One isn't working properly & we weren't told & didn't notice obviously because we bought during the day & never thought to look at headlamps but, we think it's just the bulb & I will update when we change it. Other than that absolutely no complaints! Very nice, very genuine people & easy to work with! Fair pricing!Would definitely recommend & go back!UPDATE: It was just the bulb in the headlight needed replaced BUT, less than 2 weeks after buying we had to replace a wheel hub. So moral of the story is I would definitely have car checked by a mechanic next time. I would still say overall experience wasn't terribly bad.

We purchased a truck from Big Red & Bill a few weeks ago and unfortunately our pick was the unlucky egg of the bunch and the vehicle failed within a few short weeks of driving it.Bill & Red took care of us with a loaner vehicle during the process of repairs. Although the warranty company did not cover the repairs, Reliable Auto kept their word and did the right thing by still repairing the truck on their own. I also have to give a huge shout out to Family Auto Repair down the road for fixing the truck. Great people.I thank the good Lord for people like Bill & Big Red for doing right by their customers.We are grateful for their fulfilled promise in being Reliable.

Big red was a very helpful and great guy. I Went and bought a truck from him told him everything that was going on between credit wise and down payment wise, he didn t hesitate to help me get in a vehicle. Definitely will come back in the future.

We stopped in recently looking for a Chevy Silverado! Big Red helped get the deal done for my boyfriend with ease and friendliness! We bought a 2018 Ford Flex about a month ago from Big Red. I like to wait a little while to feel out the car and get all my paper work back before I write reviews. First off Big Red is absolutely awesome to work with. Straight to the point, didn t feel like he hid anything from me and most importantly Wasn t pushy. The car we purchased has been absolutely perfect and couldn t be happier. They even had a second key made for us. 10/10 would buy another car or truck from them.

This is NOT your average car lot. These guys are honest, very knowledgeable, and sell quality cars and trucks. They are very easy to deal with. Not only would I send my mother there with confidence, I'll buy my next vehicle there. Got a great deal and a top notch vehicle. Thanks fellas !!!

We needed a reliable truck at a great price and that's what we got! Working with Big Red was easy and fun. I have bought vehicles at other places but the service I received at Reliable was the best by far. Friendly, fun and no hassle. If you need a good used vehicle then do yourself a favor and go see Big Red!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. This place is a nightmare. Literally the same day I purchased a vehicle from them I found out the vehicle only had one working headlight. I purchased on a Friday & On top of that the brakes were bad so I literally spent all of Saturday car service hopping. Just to find out the car needs rotors and brake pads im super upset that I m having to put $500 worth of work into a vehicle I paid cash for. I also told big red AND bill about the problems all they had to say was the brakes were bad when you bought it but the rotors should be fine. This place needs to be shut down no way they should be selling cars with major mechanical problems

I can honestly say this place was the best experience I have had as far as buying a car. I absolutely hate car shopping and my boyfriend has almost no patience so we were dreading doing so. This was our first and last stop as far as shopping went. Big Red was great. He talked with us and got us into something that works great for us and our family. I would highly recommend starting here when you go car shopping!

I recently bought a truck from reliable auto sales and big red was the easiest person to work with. The process was the most relaxing experience I have ever had. I have bought a lot of trucks and this is by far the best experience and place to buy from. I will not go anywhere else from where on out. 100% recommend reliable auto sales to anyone looking for a great quality vehicle!!!!!

Saw several cars that caught my eye over the years. Recently stopped in to look at a few, and had a wonderful experience with Big Red. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He sincerely wanted to get us into a car of our choice, WITHOUT being pesky or pushy. Prices were reasonable and he was ready to make us an great, honest deal. I would definitely recommend Reliable Auto Sales to anyone.

BIG RED is his name!! If you are looking for a used car and honestly Big Red is who you need to see at reliable auto!! He will get the job done! My husband and I purchased two used cars through Big Red and we are very pleased!! My husband and I went into Reliable Auto Sales today to look at one specific car. We didn t think in a million years we d be able to get it, but we wanted to try. My car was on its last leg and I desperately needed something reliable. Big Red hooked us up and got us into our dream car with GAP insurance and wheel and tire protection at a rate we can actually afford. I can t thank Reliable Auto Sales enough for treating us so well and helping us in such a vulnerable situation! I would definitely recommend them 100% of the time!

Got a great car for a solid price! Big Red was awesome to deal with. I travelled quite a way for the car and it was everything Big Red promised. Was also clean clean and full of fuel! I will check with Big Red when I need my next vehicle!
