Steve at Pro-Touch has always been my go to, super honest and an excellent mechanic. I was out of state and had an issue with my runner, they wanted to tear down my engine. I called Steve and over the phone he diagnosed it as my transmission. He was right!! Wow is all I have to say, he really know his stuff! Thanks Steve, you saved me a bunch of money, actually you have saved me a ton of money over the 25 years that I have had my runner. I would totally recommend Pro-Touch to anyone needing service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

After receiving a high bid from another shop, I decided to visit Pro Touch. Steve and Roger are absolutely terrific guys and they gave me a bid right away on my 2012 Acura MDX. I bought the car with a 170k miles, and it was going to need a timing belt and water pump. I also told Steve there was a weird smell coming from the car when I pressed on the accelerator. He gave me a bid that was three hundred dollars less than the competing shop. The job was completed in a few days, and he even put a new serpentine belt on and found a leaky hose under the car that was causing the engine to run too much fuel and emit that foul odor. I will be back guys, and I would highly recommend the shop to anyone in the Tulsa/BA area!

Usually have a great experience here but for some reason this time they didn't call & get authorization before doing extra stuff to our car

Paid for a Diagnosis, and for the shop to repair any problems they found. After paying around 2000 dollars, Got the truck back, running as it did when I brought it to them. Did my own inspection and found a fuel line was broke and taped up under the hood. Something the shop should have caught. Would not recommend this shop.
