I will not use this shop again and I HIGHLY discourage anyone seeking quality repairs from using premier.PROS:Quality paint job.CONS:Terrible customer service. There were several issues with my truck when I picked it up not to mention the shop took over 4 weeks to do a moderate amount of repair. Throughout the entirety, the shop called me maybe twice. I had to call over and over just to get any updates and feedback on progress.There were several issues I discovered upon pick up:1) (hid) headlamp out and the bulb wasn't even locked into place, just slid into the housing and free floating.2) wires to foglamp were taped back together after being ripped apart by this shop - see photo (so shady- I had to order new bulb assembly Bc it shorted out)3) new door ding on passenger door4) interior console and driver seat covered in sweat from workers5) rear axle was replaced and so far from square that it was obvious with the naked eye (see photo)6) chip guard peeled up within 2 days after picking up (see photo)7) this shop GLUED my fog lamps into place for absolutely no apparent reason when the scope of repair DIDNT REQUIRE THE LAMPS TO BE REMOVED! - this one has me dumbfounded as I know for a fact they were damage free prior to. One lamp has now filled with water and I cannot replace the lamp nor aim them due to the glue.What makes it worse is that I dropped the truck back off to have the rear axle corrected and the chip guard replaced. The shop did NOTHING and had zero concern about my complaint regarding the rear axle obviously out of square--instead just argued with me. [I have photos and measurements to prove my claim - see below (photos not uploading properly to demonstrate variation in measurements- work in progress)] I continued to complain and was led in circles. Long story short, my new set of $1700 tires will be worn prematurely Bc this shop cannot do things right and refuses to take responsibility for shotty work.- job experience in collision repair

Unfortunately I have had a couple wrecks due to no fault of my own, and have used Premier Collision both times, and also for other things. The People at Premier are incredibly knowledgeable and do absolutely fantastic work! They are very detailed and if you're anal about your vehicle, this place is the only place you need to take your car for repairs! They work great with insurers and look out for you, their customer! Freddie is outstanding and has been in the business for over twenty years, and ALL the staff treat you like you are family and one of their own. From the moment you walk in these folks treat you with respect, and listen to any concerns you may have. Absolutely outstanding quality work! Once you have used their services, you won't go anywhere else!

I took my car to Premier because I heard they have one of the best painters in town. (I was rear ended and needed a new tailgate and bumper).My experience was nothing but wonderful. My car was in on Monday morning and I picked it up Friday at lunch. They did a wonderful job! The people were super friendly, knowledgable and friendly.Also, a bonus that they are right next to a rental car facility. Easy!! I recommend for sure!

Awesome work on my Subaru. Replaced a damaged fender and did an excellent job on the pearl paint. Not an easy one to blend in. I would not use anyone else! They even washed my car before giving it back!!!! Talk about excellent service.

I've been taking my vehicles to Premier for years and always get good service and professional treatment from the employees. I'm most cases they do a thankless job having to satisfy the customers while under the microscope of tight insurance companies but they've always seemed to make it work so my hats of to them.

This is the second time we've had the occasion to use Premier, I thought the first great experience was just a fluke. The service was fast and work done when promised. After picking up my car, I noticed it had been detailed, and looked brand new. I highly recommend Premier!!

I had to replace both the front and back bumpers on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Premier Collision ordered both bumpers for me, mixed the Venetian Red paint to match so precisely that I can't tell it isn't factory sprayed. They did a great job communicating with me about ordering the bumpers and when to expect them. One of the bumpers was damaged in transit. They called me to let me know what had happened and that they had already ordered another one.Honestly, my car looks like nothing happened!I have some door dings and scratches, and I'm taking my car back to Premier Collision for their excellent service and workmanship.

After hitting a deer at 50 mph I took my vehicle here for inspection and possibly repair. They were honest and courteous. After discussing my predicament, they asked my intentions so they could help deliver what I was wanting and they did. I will definitely use them again.

My 2014 subaru xv crosstrek was damaged very badly from a passenger side rear collision as you can see from the photos. I believed the car would be totalled, but turns out it wasn't. Premier did a great job on repairing my car except when I first received it, the front passenger side window had bubbles in the tint from where the airbag had deployed. At the mention of this, they took the car back for one more day and fixed this issue. I'd say all of it was satisfactory because the car seems her self again after the terrible accident.

Horrible service, they had my truck for three months and it was just my bumpers that were damage but they tried to say there was frame damage which made things even harder with the insurance then when I finally get through the insurance turns out these clowns were going to sell it to the junkyard without letting me know. After everything's nothing is fixed NOTHING and I had to pay $200 to replace a grill, that wasn't damaged, because they threw it away.

Top-drawer service and repairs all around. Had near-total collision in brand-new Civic, and after repairs, experienced body men could not tell it had ever been in a wreck. Will be using them exclusively in the future. Thank you, Ralph, John, Faye, Monte, and everyone!

Had some scratches in my bumper cover that would probably need a repaint and the guys at premier collision were kind enough to buff most them out for free. They were also quick to get an estimate.

They charge $250 (going rate by most) to replace headliner. You bring vehicle in, they take out headliner board, remove old headliner, clean board, put new headliner on using high temp headliner adhesive, cut holes to fit then reinstall.I took out my headliner board, removed old headliner, cleaned off old foam backed headliner material on the board. All it needed now was headliner glued on the board. They tried to charge $236 for that. And they said it takes them over an hour to glue the headliner on the board, a complete fabrication.I can't comment on the work they do cause because I believe they tried to take advantage of me because of my handicap and therefor I took my headliner board somewhere else.
