O'Reilly's Auto Parts has great customer service I was able to go in and purchase apart it ended up being the wrong size and the wrong one and then I took it to a different O'Reilly's Auto Parts over on 71st and 129th where they were able to find the right Car Exchange the old incorrect part and give me what I needed in a short. Of time and it was a smooth transition. I would have to give the customer service at O'Reilly's a five-star for this transaction.soooo as we say on Tulsa Live... Go Get You Some O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Dylan helped me install my battery and made sure it was secure! The customer service was great after waiting for roadside assistance for over 2 hours to be jumped off by a friendly Samaritan. Then guy in Walmart didn't know if one would fit but he works in automotive department. Dylan is an amazing employee!

They warrantied a battery for me that I thought was too old to warranty and saved me $100. The on duty manager was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to address my issue. Great customer service!

The service here is great! They targeted my problem with a cylinder misfire using a diagnostic tool that is a free service. I come to this O'Reilly's for any troubles I have with my Avalanche. You cannot as any stupid question here!

Usually have what I need or can find which store does. Transfers around town as well as overnight services to get harder to find stuff. Wish the online discounts were also available in store to help support the local employees that are half of this businesses ability to get you the right part. Almost like the corporate owners don't want to support the local stores anymore.

Came in to get the codes checked for my engine light, as soon as the employee was done he asked me, Do you know about Jesus? This didn t feel appropriate for someone at WORK to be asking a customer, especially outside of the building and right next to my car.I shouldn t be judged for my appearance or tattoos just for coming in for a quick analysis. Or EVER.I don t remember the employees name, but they had short curly hair and glasses, looked to be under 20yrs old.Really hope this company sees that trying to force your religious views on customers is highly inappropriate.Won t be coming back.Do better.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the prices have always been fair. Not too long ago I found a part that I had purchased from O'Reillys a considerable time in the past. Granted, the part head remain sealed in its original box, but they were able to take it back and give me my money back. They were able to look up and confirm the purchase via my O'Reilly's card number. I was very thankful and fairly impressed.

I came in yesterday looking for paint. They had it, great. Then I waited 5 minutes for anyone to come to the front. As in myself and 3 other guests loudly asking for help and joking about walking out with product with no reply. Finally I walked around the corner to find 3 employees at a dest looking at a computer. Three! Not one of these folks had the mind to pop around the corner and check the shop? The door rings every time it opens. Even if they were working, the least they could have done was let us know. It may not have been a full five minutes but it sure seemed like it waiting in line wondering if anyone was working today.

Brian went WAY above and beyond to help me with changing my headlight. I had gone to a different store to get it changed and they messed my headlight up. Brian cheerfully went in and repaired the damage to his capability, replace the lightbulb, and gave advice for what else I need to do to fix it properly. I was able to safely drive my daughter home in the dark thanks to his hard work fixing someone else s mistake. Thank you, Brian!!!

I had to change my review because these guys have not lived up to my last one. One guys says the best way to test an alternator is out of my car then another one says he can't test it out of my car. Went to Auto zone to get it tested. Don't waste your time here.

I was in turmoil today. My car would turn over after several attempts but had me worried. I made a random stop at this broken arrow O'Reilly location and this awesome young man named Brian talked to me, did a diagnostics check for me and we found out it was simply the battery. He put a new one in and off I went. Thank you Brian! You put my mind at ease. You were confident, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They are lucky to have you!!

I will NEVER BUY ANY car part anywhere else. Every store I have ever been to has hands down the best customer service. I have never been pressured for an upsale. I didnt know that they change out wiper blades for you at the time but the awesome gentleman not only changed them out with a smile on his face, he did it in the middle of a sleet storm and told me to wait inside so I didnt get wet. And now I am standing in the parking lot in 90+ degree westher while this amazing gentleman is changing out my car battery. Great place!

Had battery tested and then fully charged for free. Turns out to be a bad battery which I took back where I bought it for exchange. Very friendly people who seemed anxious to help even though I did not buy anything on this visit. Note: the BAD battery was not from O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Ted was very helpful in trying to make sure the part I needed was indeed the part they had. Turned out not to be the right part, but he called around and tried to help me find the right part. Eventually I had to go to the dealer since it was a VIN specific part, but Ted wanted me to call him and let him know the outcome so he would maybe be able to help someone else in the same situation in the future. You don't see that very often from a parts store.

Meh, any parts store....don't expect a lot and you wont be disappointed. Specific trip we went to have rotors turned and they ended up gouging a 1/8th inch deep v in the middle of the rotors then over turned the rotor to try and hide the gouge. Tried to blame the machines age for loose tooling. manager made right with new rotor. So it worked out.

It feels like we visit here every other week or so...they are always helpful and can look up and help us locate something if they don't have it in stock. We've borrowed many tools from them which has saved us so much money!

When i need parts for my car, can get them there. If they don't have them they will order them. They all was come through getting parts. The employees at that store are great . That's why i buy my car parts there.

This is December 2020. Employees at the store always helpful and prices are affordable. This time they helped me with a windshield wiper. I highly recommend the store
