Absolutely loved my service today! Chris took amazing care of my vehicle and kept me informed on everything that was going on. It was quick and easy, out of there in less than an hour from when I arrived. All at a wonderful price. Highly recommend this location and I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs.

Best experience with a tire and mechanic shop in a very, very long time. Chris Rodgers , the assistant manager was excellent to work with. Well dressed and well mannered, very respectful and knowledgeable not to mention very friendly. Somebody make him a manger and let me know where . Next the front end mechanics name is Donnie. A fine young man and a very knowledgeable mechanic, very good to work with and I believe him to be one of the most forthright and honest mechanics I have ever met. Give that man a raise!! An excellent experience all around and will be recommended to any I speak with about car repair.

I am so glad I found this shop. They have very knowledgeable technicians and very reasonable prices. The wait times are also reasonable. Sometimes, I've been able to get a same-day appointment, which has been a blessing. They've done a great job on my vehicle every time I've brought it in. It's also a comfortable environment with free popcorn, coffee, and water available.

Great experience at this location. Had a pretty serious brake issue and was able to get it handled professionally and promptly. Ronny was able to work with me and help me get a good deal on the work allowing me to have my car back working, and braking, properly. Very good experience and will recommend to others.

Love this place!! I've been here multiple times and every time they've been great with my car! Even with my really old, uncommon model I've had no issues whatsoever and they're very quick with their service. Definitely my go-to auto shop while I'm in Tulsa!

The auto shop is great! Customer service is professional and friendly. They are truly trustworthy. At first I was skeptical because most auto shop uses excuses to get more money from customers, but no not Midas! They do their best to help with my budget and Ronnie who is the manager is there to help solved my finances so I can get the parts I need for my car and drive safely on the road. Christ help me and welcome me when I come in to the shop. He gave me good advice and would answer any concerns or questions I have. I don t feel judged by them. The tech are willingly to even walk me through on what s wrong with my car and show me the problem. I don t know mechanic stuff but they show me the problem and how it should look like by comparing my old car parts to the new parts.

First and foremost, Chris and Donnie greeted me with professionalism that I have not seen anywhere else after going to a few other shops that day. Not once did I feel like I was being sold on something I didn t need. I I appreciated their knowledge and honestly. Definitely a five star shop!

I will not go anywhere else to get my car looked or get it fixed. They treated me with respect and got me in and out as fast as they could. Which was really helpful because I had my baby with me. I have gotten my binker, fog light , air conditioner, map sensor, and manifold runner valve fixed here. I have been to other shops and since I am a woman they acted like I didn't know anything. No here they treated my with respect, told me everything that was going on, and very polite. I am definitely recommending this Midas to anyone who is having car problems or just even needs maintenance done on there car. Thank y'all so much Midas of broken arrow for helping me fix my car.

My tire pressure light was on. Chris made sure the air got put back in them correctly and was very helpful & friendly. I don t know how to do this, and he made sure I was all good! I really appreciate it! The place was very clean and organized. Everyone that works there is super friendly.

Everyone at Midas Broken Arrow were great! I was able to get an appointment the same day. I came in for new brakes, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and provided quick service. Will definitely be back for all our auto needs!

I had an issue with a car I recently purchased, they looked at it told me what the issue was, long story short they helped me tremendously to and basically saved me a bunch of time! I really appreciate everything they did for me today! Will definitely be coming here for my car needs!

I was in Broken Arrow from out of state last week and had some issues with my vehicle the day before I planned on heading back home. Chris Rodgers was awesome in helping me out and getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Very professional and trustworthy.

The service here is excellent! They did whatever they could to help me out and I will forever appreciate that. Everyone is so friendly and the service is quick. As soon as you walk in, there's someone to meet you with a smile. No excessive waiting, no excuses, just good service - which is not always easy to come by these days. If you're needing work done, I could not recommend this store enough! If I need something done, I will definitely be coming here again!

This was my first time at Midas. I was very pleased with the courtesy and efficiency at the front desk. I was also impressed they did not present me with a list of products and services my car "needed," as is typical of other places. I will be returning.

Brought the car in for an alignment. Ronnie said they would take a look at it. He informed me after a very short wait that the car was not in need of an alignment and showed me the details. Did not charge me to look at it. Great service very friendly. You know they are not going to do something that doesn t need to be done. Thanks Ronnie for the great service.

They took care of me super quick. Lot of car places like to take advantage of women when it comes to car repairs they definitely did not. Told me the truth that it was just a nail in my tire and fixed it within a matter of minutes. They offer military discount as well. Truly amazing place will definitely recommend and return for car repairs when needed

I had a great experience at the Broken Arrow Midas. When I went in for an oil change they answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. They were also timely and very friendly. I would recommend this location anytime!

I have been using Midas since I was in Wichita and then I transferred down to Tulsa and saw them as a reputable company. They did the service as requested and I appreciate the reasonability of the people working there to help me out same day.

Customer service experience could not have been better. I came in with special requests due to a poor experience at another location and every need was met to a T. Donnie was the technician, and Ronnie was my Service Advisor. Donnie allowed me to come back in the shop while the vehicle was being aligned and point out my requests. Not only did Donnie complete the work properly, he re-aligned it after driving it again to confirm everything was resolved. I also had a coolant flush completed and requested a specific coolant, which requires them to flush the machine as well. Not a single complaint from the crew. These are all small requests, but often you re met with resistance from a majority of automotive shops, or a major increase in price. It may not feel like it to them, but they went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience. Ronnie s communication on the customer service side was phenomenal.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Our van broke down near Tulsa on our road trip. We had it towed to Midas and Ronny has gone above and beyond to take care of us and get our van fixed up. Traveling with 4 little kids I am SO GLAD to have someone who cares and is willing to help us in our time of need.

My experience was handled professionally and the customer service from Ronnie was excellent professional and friendly! The mechanic did his job well and in a timely manner! The shop is very clean and the coffee was great!
