I recently left a good review even though I didn t get my vehicle fixed. I was quoted 7100$ and paid my 150$ diagnostic fee and was sad that my transmission was toast in my duramax. With Christmas coming up I just couldn t drop that much at the moment. After several calls with friends and shops that deal with Allison transmissions they told me it was my transfer case. I was shocked that lifetime didn t even mention my transfer case and I did ask because I heard it was an issue with these trucks. Nope I was told it s the drum and needs a full rebuild on the trans. I took a chance on the advice of several friends and other shops and spent 1500$ on a upgraded transfer case and put it in myself and did all the procedures I was told and to my shock every light and warning message went away and I now daily my truck again. No noises or issues. Also I purchased a warranty with my transfer case and it s surprisingly an amazing one. I don t bash businesses especially local but I was a technician for years and this really frustrates me seeing a shop do stuff like this. The shop I worked at didn t make a ton of money but we were always honest with people and gave them reasonable prices for repairs they ACTUALLY needed. I would have been 7100$ in the hole and lifetime would have added on a transfer case rebuild im sure for extra $$$. This was my first time in my life (besides tuning) taking any of my vehicles to an actual shop and it will definitely be my last. I know technicians can t tell the future and don t always know what s wrong but they were going to rebuild a trans that didn t need it! This gives the automotive repair industry a terrible name.

I've told at least seven people how remarkable this company was when we had an issue. The integrity of a company shows when things don't go as planned. I can't speak highly enough of Wayne and his team. This was my first experence with them. I shared it at our monthly Family Dinner as well. My brother chimed in that HE had an excellent experience with them and wouldn't go anywhere else. We both told my daugher to take her vehicle to them. :D I think you get what I'm saying. They stand by their work and word to a level that is a rare these days. Great job guys! I'll keep spreading the word!

I went in for the recommended fluid flush and they found some minor seepage and fixed it under warranty. I feel that another shop would have glossed over it. The staff has always been polite and helpful. I have 32k on a rebuild and not a problem.

Very pleased. I took my truck to 3 different mechanics and all unable to diagnose the problem. Lifetime fixed the problem which I was pretty sure was a faulty transmission. They were honest and did not try to scam me by telling me my transmission needed to be replaced but informed me that there was an issue in the wiring harness. They fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Again...Very pleased.

Lifetime Transmissions should be named Life Saving Transmissions!! They tackled a problem that no one else in the Tulsa area would touch. Dealers and repair shops all said " replace the transmission" for several thousand dollars. These wonderful people said " bring it in and we'll try to fix it". Valerie and all the staff I met were warm, helpful and completely honest about cost and services. I will use them forever for any future transmission problems. I even recommended them to my trusted auto mechanic for his farmed-out work.

So I waited a few months to review the work on my 2003 Silverado Z71 transmission. So far I am very satisfied with Lifetime's recommendation of installing a rebuilt transmission. The "new" transmission has better gearing so the highway miles per gallon have increased. I have used the transmission off road and on multiple trips to Oklahoma city on 44. The performance is better than new. Its expensive to replace the transmission, however its beats payments on a used to new truck. Highly recommend Lifetime Transmissions they perform quality work.

Lifetime serviced 3 transmissions for me, they did a great job and got me in and out in good time. They also answered all questions, were hospitable, and made sure I was satisfied. Can't ask for much more than that.

Had the honor and pleasure of meeting the founder Mr. Wayne Scherado, who has a wealth of expertise and experience. Valarie, the Office Manage, is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining the diagnostics and repair process. Aiden is extremely knowledgeable of transmission repairs, rebuild and/or replace. Lifetime Transmissions did an outstanding job rebuilding our 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV with 180K miles and she now drives better than when we first purchased the vehicle. 10 Days after the initial transmission repair, I discovered a small leak on our oil pan which due to a seal issue which was immediately repaired and fixed the same day the vehicle was dropped off, this is unparalleled customer service. Thank you to Valarie for scheduling the vehicle to diagnose the leak and thank you to Aiden to fixing the leak and in addition he also fixed a lose blot under the steering wheel.Based on my experience, don t waste your money any third-party extended warranty because third-party warranty companies invent ways not to cover your warranty, hence simply save your money [save the monthly payment you would be paying a third-party warranty] and pay with your savings if/when you require a transmission repair. Lifetime Transmissions also has a six-month interest-free payment option using Synchrony Bank should you need to use that option. A significant lesson learned conveyed to me from Wayne is to flush your transmission every 30K miles even though most manufacturers do not recommend and/or require you to perform this maintenance.

The turn around was fast and things that was needing replaced was called and explained before going ahead. So far it being doing well but not been much since i got it back. For now it been a great experience.

These guys wanted to qoute me about $2k MORE then Amco & Builders. Being a single father you HAVE to shop around. This place BY FAR was the MOST EXPENSIVE cvt swap in TULSA. If your in the same boat and need the most competitive pricing in tulsa GO TO AMCO. $1400 OTD for 10-12 Hours. These guys aren't trying to help the community, not with these ridiculous prices.

Great experience. Had a transmission rebuilt and it turned out better than factory. Everytime I take it back to be serviced I am always well pleased. Very efficient and thorough. Very easy to recommend.

Excellent service!!! David and Wayne and the other people I dealt with were so detailed and kept me informed every step of the way to get our Jeep fixed. I would recommend this business to everyone that needs their service. I have told many people in Claremore already. The shop is immaculately clean and organized and they value your vehicle like it was their own. I would give this place 100 stars if possible!!! Great people Wayne is always straightforward with you and he does not use subpar components he will do everything he can to make sure that transmission never fails again. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else to get my transmission serviced they are a little on the pricey side but cheaper than dealership but as the old adage goes you get what you pay for. And you are definitely getting a good quality service when you take it here.

The staff and technician were super nice. My negative rating is due to unexpected cost. We received a call the day before we were supposed to pickup our SUV that they had to do an extra $700 of work or they won t warranty the transmission replacement... It didn t seem very legitimate, made us question their technical ability that this was a surprise at the end of the repair and we had no choice at that point. It was very ironic because we went to them to avoid the unexpected cost additions at the dealership.

I was very impresed with this company. Not only were they kind, but efficient in the handling of my vehicle. The office was clean, but what i was most impressed with was the love of country this business showed. First time customer and wanted my transmission fluid level checked. The work performed took 10 minutes but I sat in the shop 30 minutes waiting for them to look at it and waited around 20 more minutes after it was complete to pay. For 10 minutes of work, I was charged $75. Fluid level was fine. Would have been a repeat customer if they weren't so disorganized and simply didn't follow good business practices. The folks at Lifetime transmissions are very knowledgeable and professional. I explained the issues I was having over the phone and they almost knew immediately what the issue was due to my trucks make and prior issues from GM with similar makes and models. They were able to get me in and out quickly and back on the road. No issues with the quality of work so far (1 wk past repair). The price was a little more than other repair shops, but with the knowledge, quick service, and the lifetime warranty, I could not pass up paying a little more for the peace of mind!
