Drove up for an oil change. Immediately was guided to the back by kind workers! Was asked what was needed, based whether I sit in car off of my personal preference. I chose whatever was more convenient. Its better for them if you wait inside. They will give you the option. Just know you will have to help them in small ways if you choose to sit inside. (Let them do their job).The service was quick! Less than 30 minutes! They made the checkout process really simple and quick. $70 but the speed and job was well done and worth it. Very sweet, personable, and thoughtful people! Will go back again. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience, the guys were super helpful, polite, answered all my questions and were very polite when explaining that maybe I was a bit behind on my oil change. They put up with my teen daughter s shenanigans and were overall great customer service oriented. We found our new oil place. Thanks for great treatment and taking care of our car Joshua B, Keyon F, Terrell F, and Edward P. See ya in a few thousand miles!!!

Watched the guy at the front try to take advantage of a woman with repairs until she said that it was one of their other locations that worked on it last. I d be extremely careful using them.

I went in this yesterday for an oil change. After they pulled my vehicle in they checked the oil on the dip stick checked milage and then showed me that. My oil was clean and had only 1700 miles since last oil change and there was no need for the service at this time. Then proceeded to top off my windshield wiper fluid and sent me on my way. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Thank you again!!

Very good facility! The staff always greets you and asks what you need. If you don t need a service they let you know. They are quick and thorough and I like that.

The advisor gave me a price early in the day but was an hour backed up. I told him I would come back later. I drove by later and stopped. I said oil change only twice. He said OK. 5 min later he appears with my air filter. Nothing was wrong with the filter and I had changed it at prior oil change. Then he raised price after quoting lower price earlier. Won t return. Violated my trust twice. I am a retired mechanic that is disabled. If you have no honor then I don t trustYou for anything for any reason. I was a mechanic for years and my word was my bond with my customers. I spent many years exposing fraudulent automotive repair facilities.

The three employees were incredibly nice and just made me feel welcome from the moment I pulled up!I was in and out of there in 20-25 minutes because of their amazing teamwork!They even checked my spare Jeep tire on the back without me even asking. So incredibly kind!I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!Service: Oil change

My husband and I were on a road trip when our oil light came on. We stopped here and were amazed by the staff. They were all courteous, professional, friendly and above all else, helpful. They got us back on the road within 20 minutes of our arrival!

I usually go to Take 5 for my oil changes but decided to switch it up. They forgot to reset the oil life on my car, I thought it was all good until a couple of months later when my car started smoking like crazy and almost caught fire, found out the reason for that was because the oil filter wasn't put on correctly. Oil was dripping down from it onto the exhaust pipe and making the engine smoke like crazy. I will not be going to jiffy lube ever again, now I have to get another oil change and this time I'm going back to Take 5.

I've been to so many Jiffy Lube's in the city, but this one is my go-to. I live in Bixby and drive out of my way to get to this one. It's smaller, but they always get me in right away. The staff is friendly and gives me a discount when I go and they have catchy signs like "Wednesday is ladies day, you 'bay' is waiting." Hahahahaha.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great experience fast and friendly service. Clean waiting room. Staff is awesome. They make sure things get done right and communicate wit the customer whats going on. Really enjoyed goin to this location and will for sure be returning

Husband went yesterday between 2-3 to get an oil change in a company van. There was only one other customer there. He said the guy there was very rude to the point my husband left and went to Take 5 instead. He said it was a shorter guy with bloodshot eyes and of course a bad attitude.

This place is awesome. Stopped in for my first oil change since moving to Oklahoma today and Danny took great care of my car and was a pleasure to do business with! This is definitely going to be my regular spot moving forward :)
