Great customer service! They are always quick and friendly. Very affordable prices. Needed an oil change and tires rotated, was in and out under an hour plus they vacuumed out my car, cleaned the windshield, and topped off my fluids. Definitely recommend! Will be a returning customer.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for several years with several vehicles, and I am always impressed by the quality of service, the speed, and the prices. Joseph T. Is usually the technician who assists me, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is well taken care of and maintained.

I like that they are fast but the phony upsellsare annoying and need to stop, please. My tires don t need to be rotated, my windshield wipers are fine, my coolant doesn t need to be topped off. Just stop. I m already paying a premium to get my oil changed here.

I usually get my oil change at Jiffy Lube. This time they changed out the engine air filter. Next day we head to South Texas and experience trouble about an hour out of Tulsa. Went to Jiffy Lube in McAllister, OK to discover that air filter cover was not clipped shut! We almost cancelled our Christmas trip due to car trouble, thank goodness I thought to return to Jiffy Lube to have things checked. Thank you Jiffy Lube McAllister OK for taking care of us!

Outstanding Service from start to finish. In the world we live in today, it is so wonderful to see people that go the extra mile to do their job with excellence. I live a long ways a way from this Jiffy Lube, but the next time my car needs an oil change, I will drive the distance just because of the wonderful service.

I had my coolant flushed and new wiper blades put on. I had an excellent experience at the 91st street in Broken Arrow location and will definitely be returning. They were courteous, listened, did the job thoroughly and quickly. Extremely friendly to my kids and I. This is now my go to place. Additional update.....still 5 stars! Had my truck serviced and they helped diagnose some issues my truck was having. This team goes above and beyond. Joseph T. is extremely knowledgeable.

I'm always happy when I arrive and leave. They are always super friendly and helpful. I go between two different places and Jiffy is my favorite. I always appreciate the extra little things they do like checking the air in my tires and vacuuming inside the car etc. Thanks for always doing a good job :)

Went in for an oil change about 3-4 months ago because my partner said they were great. The customer service was great. However the nightmare I just experienced was one I am glad i could wake up from. My truck ended up having problems accelerating. I thought maybe spark plugs. So just went on for about a week. However something told me to check my oil. I have no oil in my truck due to it had all leaked out because they didn't put the oil filter on all the way. So loose I was able to still tighten it with my hand. I am lucky my engine didn't blow. Needless to say I will doing both mine and my partners oil changes from now on and will not be back!

Upon me arriving at your facility I gave explicit instructions on how to install my oil filter.. Apparently you did not listen and I blew all the oil out of the motor thru the improperly installed oil filter causing permanent damage.. Please listen to your customers... 2009 mini Cooper trashed...

Joe provided great customer service and staff was very courteous! Only complaint was the waiting area was muggy (heat index was over 100 degrees that day), but still give them 5 Stars.Also (Google), I believe the address should be 2111 E 91st, not W 91st.

I came into this location for the first time. I've had previously used a different location. But was told by a family member that they hold the bar a lot higher at this location. And they were RIGHT! The manager was very helpful and respectful. Jason (mng) will be the reason that we return for future quick lube maintenance needs.

Have gotten an oil change with them more than once. Always very friendly and profession. They are very quick, and seem to do a good job (I don t know a lot about cars, but they always top all my fluids off, etc., and my car is running good, so they seem to be doing something right). This last time, I asked for recommendations on any additional repairs/issues to address before my next long road trip. They gave helpful advise and were able to fit in an extra recommended service with minimal increase in the total time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
