The staff is always very kind and friendly. They always know who we are when we call and have our previous orders pulled up and ready to go. Batteries are delivered to our business quickly and always with a smile!

These people are absolutely great! Rob Mitchell came to my house, crawled over the edge of the car to open the hood, it was very very close quarters. I dont know of anyone that would have EVER attempted it, jump started my car on several attempts with 2 different chargers, then once it started i was able to put into neutral and Rob pushed off of the garage wall with his legs while laying on my engine! A true Hero. (when AAA said 3 hour wait) I drove to interstate where Anthony Munn installed my new battery. I love interstate. FOREVER A CUSTOMER!

It was one of the easier purchases I ve ever made. I walked in, told them I needed a battery for my 2011 Ranger. She asked if I wanted mine tested and I told her, No, it s old and even if it tests good, it s time to replace it. My granddaughter will be driving this truck and I don t want her stranded with a dead battery. She looked up the size, rang up the purchase, put a battery on the cart, and the tech wheeled the cart out, and installed the battery. I was probably there less than 30 minutes. Now if tires could be that easy

Didn't feel that everyone was on the same sheet of music and the knowledge of Batteries was basic. They seem to be more salesman than anything else. It was all about sales and not actually getting to the root of the problem. However, I had a tall and slender female associate help me one time, and she truly did her best to go above and beyond.

had to purchase two new batteries. gentleman there, didn t catch his name, was awesome. he went above and beyond, freezing cold outside and he came out to test both batteries before replacing. excellent customer service, will definitely be a repeat customer

It was my first experience and it was a great one. The staff was extremely friendly and fun to chat with while waiting for my new battery which was done in about 3 minutes. I would 100% recommend them and will be returning for all my battery needs.

I had an issue with some off-road lights on my electrical system. The ladies working there were extremely helpful and directed me to a better battery which solved my problem immediately. I went back to get some battery cables cut for an overland trailer and their prices for those cables were better than any other auto parts store. Will definitely go there again.

Excellent service with knowledgeable folks. Had a one-of-a-kind powersport battery go bad within warranty period and they handled the replacement promptly and without question. So nice to find a place that provides great customer service.

I love the new store and layout. It was also nice to be welcomed by familiar faces. Interstate is always my go to store when I need batteries for vehicles and medical equipment. They are always eager to help me and find solutions to my questions. Thank you Kim and Sharon !

Employees are very professional and friendly. They know batteries very well. (that is not as common as you might think) The products are good quality for the price and the best customer service I have experienced in a battery store.

I needed a battery for my RV. They had it in stock. They took the old battery back. They knew exactly what I needed for the new one. The battery wasn t as expensive as I was originally told it would cost.
