I'm so glad I found these guys! I trust them, I have taken several cars there with great work and a great experience. I had them look at a car we bought and had 3 days to return/exchange and they told me it had some transmission issues, I took it back based on that. I know I can count on them to do the work and charge a fair, well deserved price and they will never tell you that you need work you don't. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend! They have always handled all my Brake jobs, Oil Changes, trans fluids, tire rotations with great care for my car. Jake and his staff are professional and always courteous.

Best place to bring your Honda hands down! I have a 2013 pilot that I just bought. They have done done a lot to it for me, including replacing the timing belt and all that goes with it, replacing broken motor mounts, I had an oil leak that was a valve or seal that they replaced, shocks and struts, alignment, and I know that the work was done right the first time. That means so much to me and it is worth it to bring your car to honest people.

I have been a customer for at least 20 years and would not trust anyone else with my Hondas. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and gives his honest recommendations. He is an exceptional mechanic and businessman. I appreciate everything he and his associates have done for me, especially their honesty.

Crooks and con men. Had our Honda Pilot engine replaced about 6 months ago. Our a/c was working fine when we took it in, they ruined our a/c and would not take blame for it, refused to fix. Conveniently left our engine cover off, then called and said they HAD IT. When we went to get it put back on? Owner, who was the one who called and said it had been forgotten to be placed back on, said he didn't know what we were talking about. That the engine never had a cover when it came in. Finally had to eat crow and replace with one he 'conveniently' had in back (which was ours). They stole our rear windshield wiper blade, was brand new prior to being taken in, then removed our drivers side blade and replaced it with a rotted and worn out blade. When the car was in the shop, they lied about family member taking test drive in car, never happened. Now we have an oil and transmission leak on a NEW ENGINE and the so called 'warranty' IAN's said was on the motor? Not worth the paper it was written on. These guys are crooks and con artist. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! If we could prove the damage done to our a/c and motor by IAN's I would file a class action law suit against them. CONSUMER BEWARE!! Even if you have to push your car another mile down the street to another garage do it.

Fair pricing, great work( they have done minor and major work for me) and the waiting room with recliners is an amazing touch. I thought getting my car serviced was going to be a pain but it was a nice break! Thank you Ian's Auto Service!

Ian's is SO GREAT. They are fair & honest. A few years ago, my old mechanic was taken over by new management & since then I've tried finding a new mechanic that I can trust. I won't go anywhere else now!

The best Honda mechanic I've ever been to! He knows everything there is to know about Hondas and Toyotas. He's also super friendly and won't try to rip you off or sell you anything you don't need.

I spent nearly $600 with this place for a/c service which was never fixed. I asked if they checked the compressor they said they did, but apparently not because replacing it corrected the problem. They offered a Compressor for Hondas specifically quoted at 450.00. This was outrageous.

As good as the reviews say!I just moved to Oklahoma from South Dakota. I have driven Honda vehicles for over 25 years and know they will continue to run great as long as you maintain them. I also know paying full dealership prices isn't fun, so I wanted to find a reputable Honda mechanic that is honest, thorough and reasonably priced. I just had my Honda Odyssey serviced here and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to have my vehicle issue properly taken care of and back on the road quickly and for less money than I had budgeted! I will definitely be bringing my other Hondas here in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle safety inspection

We purchased a 2 2 year old CRV. The transmission was bad. Ian's got into the problem. It turned in to quite an ordeal. They communicated well. They never gave up. The service is first rate. The staff in knowledgeable. Price was fair. They went above and beyond. Used Ian s when I lived in Tulsa. When my wife s CRV needed several types of service, I drove her car from Denver (while seeing family). Saved money, received a warranty on services, and most importantly, Jake and the team realized that the auto shop in Denver had incorrectly diagnosed where my leak was coming from (I would have literally paid thousands to fix something that was not broken). Ian s is reasonably priced, and they provide excellent customer service. As a woman, there are other shops where I have not been treated with respect. At Ian s, I am always treated with the utmost respect. I really appreciate that they will call before they do any work and tell you exactly what the cost will be. I also appreciate that they will look over the car (brakes in my last instance) and not replace something that doesn t need to be replaced yet. My sons 2006 Ridgeline was showing check engine lights. He took the truck to the local Honda Dealer in Stillwater and they came back with a $900 quote to fix it. I thought the diagnosis looked incorrect, so we made the trip to Ian's for a second opinion. It turned out that the Honda dealer wasn't even in the ballpark with their diagnosis. Ian's diagnosed the issue (valve adjustments) that fixed the issue and I saved a $100 over the Honda dealers estimate. If I would have gone with the Dealership, I would have spent $900 for nothing and still would of not had the issue resolved.If you want fair pricing and excellent service, then this is the place to take your Honda vehicles.Service: Auto engine tuning

I've been using Ian's Auto Service for several years as we own an Accord and an MDX. Service has always been great and prices are reasonable. I was recently in a bind, needing a Honda repair, and under a time crunch before leaving town. Ian's came through for me!

Great service. This shop is recommended by a lot of other quality shops in the metro, especially when it comes to heavy engine repairs on Honda's. They know their stuff when it comes to the "metric" vehicles. This is where we will be taking out Toyota, Nissan or Honda to in the future.They do quality work and stand behind what they do.Service: Engine repair

They have taken care of all my Honda and Acurs maintenance. One of them has 380,000 miles on it and has never had any major failures. I think that is because of the high quality maintenance done there.
