There are so many nice things I can say about this place. David the customer advisor has gone above and beyond to help me. I am so appreciative of the services i've received here. David has a great personality, excellent customer service skills professional demeanor and the company especially this location is made better by having him here. The other employees were very helpful and professional. The services I received today just proved that this is the shop I will be using for all my car needs for the future.

Concerned about this damage that was done to my wheel when having new tires put on. I found it myself.Surprised, they seemed honest and nice, but over looked the damage. Now my new wheel has the paint knocked off in a few places.Next conversation will be if they replace it for me.Updates.Good Year stands behind what they say. The manager has took control of this and is replacing the wheel. Day of installation.Walked me out and looked at what was going to be done in advance. Very impressed with how they took care of me. Accidents happen, but these guys took care of it immediately.I am so happy to have Goodyear on my truck the tire is certainly number one in the market in my mind.Every business makes mistakes, but it's how you handle it which makes the difference.These guys are honest full of integrity. You don't find this eveywhere. And when you do, its a pleasant surprise.

It's incredibly rare to encounter someone in the auto service industry who looks beyond the business and sees you, truly, as a fellow human being.His caring and attentive approach wasn t limited to just our initial interaction; throughout my visit, John consistently demonstrated a combination of deep expertise and genuine concern for my needs. Went to Goodyear to have power window work done they put a lot effort to fix it.But it was more of a problem to fix. Told me I need to take it to different place we're they can do a in depth diagnosis of deeper problem which might be electrical.Want to thank them for honestly and integrity for not charging something they couldn't fix a lot of places wouldn't .

GoodYear Auto Service has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their technicians are expert s at what they do, diagnose and repair your vehicle. I recently bought a used SUV, a 2004 Hummer H2, and the service 4x4 light kept coming on. Other local auto repair shops wanted $100.00 and up to diagnose the code. But GoodYear was kind and reasonably priced at only $40.00. They quickly got me and my H2 in the shop and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. It was just a selector module update needed. Great Auto Repair/Tire Shop! I highly recommended them!

I had to rave about this place. I had to get my alternator replaced on a short notice and was so stressed about getting my car repaired. Goodyear took fantastic care of my car, got my repair done quickly, were incredibly friendly, and reasonably priced for a well known branded car shop. In particular, the office manager (Michael I believe) was friendly and actually gave me an additional discount from the price he quoted me. I could not recommend this place more for car repairs, and will be going here for future car repairs!

Great if you want to wait 4 1/2 hours to get new tires on. Had an appointment at 8 and they didn t take my car back until 10 and it sat.Weren t busy just lazy

Excellent service, friendly, got my pickup back on same day (they were able to find a used rim on a Saturday), changed out my busted tire, oil change, and my lug nuts were bad. They did not do anything extra beyond what was discussed and even said I didn't need an alignment. Highly recommend. The store manager Michael was top notch. Wheel rotation is free q 5-6,000 miles. And I got a warranty on the tire if I bust another one. A+ for a job well done.

I have been using this Goodyear for decades. Just today, they fixed my tire for free. Left it for the day, but before we knew it, they were calling to say it was ready. If you need great tires & service, give them a try.

I searched for a reliable mechanic near me and I decided to stop into this location simply because of their excellent google reviews.My wife and I travel 45 minutes into this Broken Arrow location because we know we will be treated fairly. These folks were amazing! They clearly explained the issue with my AC. They were able to make the repair quickly AND saved me hundreds of dollars!!!! It's a 30 minute drive for me, but they will now be my go-to shop for my regular car services and any other auto issues!! Finding this honest auto repair shop has been a lifesaver for me!! Thanks, John, Jane, and Brenden!!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mike (store manager) and his crew for close to 25 years now. This week's experience explains why. Had my vehicle towed in thinking the water pump is bad. I told them this expecting to pay the quoted $300 plus. Got a call from them saying it was the radiator cap, well under $25. You may rest assured THESE PEOPLE CAN BE TRUSTED! Thank you Mike and team.

The best experience I ve had at any auto store. Was in Tulsa late Friday afternoon and noticed an issue with my undercarriage. Called Naomi Jane Reynolds who was quick to offer assistance. Arriving at 4:30 PM, John McLendon and team immediately addressed the issue so I could drive home to OKC. Great teamwork, great attitude, & great service. I definitely will be back!

They got us in when other shops didn't have openings, but I went in for an alignment and the steering wheel is still crooked. Should have taken it back, but I don't have another 2 plus hours to wait for them to fix their mistake.

There are not enough positive words to express the great service we received. Mike, John, Colby and the entire staff provided unbelieveable knowledge nd personal service. We will definitely return and highly recommend them.

My brother took his 93 f150 there to get an alignment and they forgot to tighten his ball joints. It almost fell out before he got home. We got it tightened and close enough to drive it back and they fixed it for free. I figured someone made a mistake but he said they were nice so I took my 97 nissan pathfinder there and they failed to make the strong leftward pulling anybetter. Also my steering wheel was still crooked and my passenger side tire wearing. I figured it was my rear end so I replaced everything it needed then it was worse. I took it to Robertson and they said it was so badly out of alignment the drivers side was dragging the right. Cannot recommend. I'm will to give people a second chance, but they let us down. Also my brothers truck is still out of alignment. I think they aren't doing somthing right.

Best around for alignments. I have an old truck that other shops said they couldn t align or said they would take half a day to do. Goodyear took only an hour and gave me a good discount.

I have been buying many tires from my local Goodyear store on Main Street, Broken Arrow.They consistently get my tires ordered and mounted without delay. Even when they are not actually open in the morning, Mike sees me waiting in the parking lot and gets the job started.Good tires are expensive. However, my team at Goodyear backs up my tires with great service. I recommend stopping by.

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. I used to really like this Goodyear location, but maybe the staff has changed since I last went a few months ago. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation about a week ago. I brought my car in at 11:30am and told them to take as long as they needed to, and I would pick it up after I got off work. At 5:30pm they called and asked if they could keep my car overnight because they were waiting on someone to come with the filter. I was upset, but told them to keep it overnight, because I assumed they had already started draining the oil, and I would make arrangements to be taken home.The next day, they called to tell my car was ready. I expected a discount for having to keep my car overnight, when it takes less than an hour to rotate my tires and change my oil. I was extremely inconvenienced by it. I asked them about it and the woman at the service counter said, "Well it wasn't our fault. The parts shop wouldn't bring it to us". I don't care who did what, I am a paying customer and I was inconvenienced by your service. If it were any other shop I would have gotten if for free or half off. Goodyear gave me $5 off a $70 oil change. The woman was extremely rude, when I was being cooperative and trying to be understanding.Since then my car has started to rattle. I took my car to a mechanic and he said it was because the bolt that unscrews whenever you drain your oil hadn't been tightened well after the oil change. If I've been driving around losing oil that could damage my engine. I will NEVER go to this Goodyear again. I have told several friends and family members and they all agree that it was ridiculous and unnecessary.

I had my car serviced at the Broken Arrow location and I am very pleased. They completed everything that was needed and did it pretty quickly. Service here has improved greatly since the last manager that was here and this is probably the best Goodyear in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Team really goes above and beyond even during COVID.

Best place to take your car! They are friendly and reliable and honest. They actually called me after I had already left my jeep to get a new ac compressor and said it just needed a o-ring and saved me $400 dollars! Also called other automotive companies to get estimates and they were all a lot higher the Goodyear Auto Service. I highly recommend this store.

Goodyear in Broken Arrow,Oklahoma is the BEST Goodyear Tire Store in the nation. The manager Mike and his entire staff take such great care of my company vehicle for all it s maintenance,tires, and whatever else my vehicle needs. I only bring vehicle to this Goodyear and I drive 30 minutes one way to come her for all my vehicle needs. Thank you Mike and to entire staff for taking such great care of my vehicle.

If return business is any indication, I have been returning since the mid to late 80s. They have worked on or put tires on every car my wife, 2 children and I have owned. They are honest, fair and John and Mike are the best.

Was on a road trip 800 miles from home right before a holiday. They took care of me quickly and professionally. Very nice group folks here and quality work. I will return here if I ever need anything while in BA.

Mike Fontenot is the only person I would trust with my cars. I have used his service for many years and would not go anywhere else! I have been been going to Mike, the store manager, for 18 years with all of my vehicle service and tire needs. It is nice to work with someone you can trust. John, the service manager, is always very helpful and great to work with as well.
