Outstanding staff and customer support! Made me feel supported and taken care of when my car was wrecked and ultimately became a total loss. Poor little Miata. Such a short life until that Nissan pulled out in front of you.

I wanted to express my experience with Collision Works of Broken Arrow and let others know that I personally WOULD NOT recommend them.I went there before with my Avalon when it was rear ended and they did a pretty good job, so I chose to go with them again when I was T-boned by a motorcycle.First thing I noticed that wasn t jiving was the communication with the shop. They told me that the estimated date of completion would be around three weeks. I got a phone call a week later on a Tuesday telling me that my car was almost ready and that the target was by the end of day or Wednesday at the latest. We had planned on going out of town that Wednesday so we canceled our plans and stayed in town. We received no call back from the shop, so we stopped by around 3pm and I told them I was there to pick up my car. They told me that my car wasn t ready and wanted to know who had called me. I was thinking YOU had called me. The next thing they said was that they had some bad news about the lower chrome molding. They told me that they no longer make it and couldn t find another so they would be willing to remove the passenger side so it would match. I told them that I wasn t happy about that and they I wanted them to continue to search for it. What upset me was there was nothing wrong with the old one, the damage occurred above it (see pitcher bellow). They discarded it without making sure they had a replacement.We drove home and we got a call from the adjuster telling us to pick up the car and that they would continue looking for a replacement part. We drove all the way back and my car was now gone. They told us that they had taken my vehicle to get the protective covering under the door handles and that the car would be ready the next day.The next day I picked up my vehicle and then later noticed that my drivers side door didn t seem to be aligned properly. Then I noticed over spray of clear coat all over my trunk and back window, over spray on the fuel door, a missing screw holding the bumper cover, followed by the paint on the inside bracket not even being the same color.They never apologized but they said they would fix it. Now mind you I have no rental car now and they expected me to wait in their lobby. I had an appointment for 1 o clock. I had my wife follow me up there. The lady was a bit rude and told me that they were on lunch. I told her that I did not plan on staying and was simply dropping off the car. I got a call four and a half hours later telling me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived they had no clue where my keys were and after searching they found them. They simply handed me my keys. They did not walk me out to show me what they had fixed or anything. They got the over spray off, they fixed the bumper and put some aftermarket chrome strips with a crack in the middle on each side. The door does closes slightly better but you can not only see it from the outside, but feel it still isn t aligned. This goes for the rear drivers side door as well. When I looked at the bracket they didn t even attempt to repair it.At this point I m going to talk to the adjuster and see what they re willing to do. Over all the body shops did a rush job and in my opinion, a piss poor job. I won t ever go back.Update:I took my vehicle to another body shop and they pointed out that the front door is supposed to be new, but it somehow has a dent in it already...? The rear door is a used door. They painted over my vin numbers on the inside panel that shows the body panel is a matching part. So now I have this small discolored rectangle box mixed into the paint.The rear rim that was supposed to be repaired was moved so I didn t see it when I picked it up. The rim looks like they put some type of degreaser on it and it ate away at the coating on the rim and also stained the area around the lug nut area. It looks terrible. Both doors are not aligned properly and this is what is causing outside noise to leak in. Over all Collision Works did a piss poor job.

Super friendly staff. Waiting on my car to get finished right now but looks like it is going to take another couple of weeks. For a total of a month in a rental. Yikes.

Took my truck in with only body damage on a insurance claim. Now somehow my truck is deemed a total loss. Instead they want to scam my insurance company and me for more money. Total frauds.

My car was at the shop for over a week.I picked up the car and noticed damage to the paint where they drew circles around all the places that had hail damage. Also an area where it looks like they used a brillo pad on my car.The pad in the trunk was not replaced properly and the back bumper has deep scratches on it like they dragged the trunk floor board a-crossed it. I can t figure out why they took anything out of my trunk. It wasn t necessary.They scratched my cars paint with the paint paint they used to draw in my car.They also fixed the head light to turn on. However, now when I turn the headlight on, my dashboard lights and gear shifter lights turn off.This is worse condition than when I dropped off my car.Jerry Fielding is the manager and seemed nice enough, however I am not OK with the damages done to my vehicle by them.Please fix this mess!

They were customer service oriented. Answered all my questions. I had one issue after I picked the car up. I called them monday. I brought the car in Tuesday at 10 am and my car was fixed by 10:30am. Amazing shop, saved my car from being a total loss by providing a fair quote vs other shops and did an excellent job. Can't even tell it was in a front end accident. David Lee worked with our insurance and made the process seamless.

Took longer than expected and bumper needed molding sanded and repainted but I picked it up anyways because I didn t want to wait another two weeks. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Good customer service just not perfect work.

My insurance, Geico, sent me there. They had a geico rep on site to inspect my car, got me into a rental and showed me exactly what they would be fixing and reassured me that it would be good as new and sent me on my way all within 20 minutes. They also kept me in the loop and sent me update texts and if I needed to ask a question they were quick to answer. Got my car back in perfect condition and a lifetime guarantee as long as I have the car. Posted are before pics.

I needed work on my vehicle. They provided a reasonable quote and communicated well with my insurance company and myself.It was nice to have status updates on the repair to my vehicle and the office was friendly and answered all my questions and calls.When I picked up my car, the work was high quality, and the detail and cleaning were much appreciated.I was happy with my business with Collision Works of Broken Arrow! Highly recommend them!

It was a rear bumper cover replacement. The color and finish match the rest of the car. I never spoke to anyone but the receptionists so no technical things were discussed. It would have been better for the review if anyone who did bodywork talked to me but that didn't affect the stars. I deducted one star because one plastic fastener was hanging down. It was only in one of the two parts it was supposed to be holding together. Luckily it didn't fall out. To get five stars, it must be perfect.

The service advisor was awesome! She did an outstanding job, was friendly, professional and gave a very fair and affordable quote. I was going to get one more quote , but decided it wasn t necessary. I received my truck back in a very timely manner and the repair made on my truck was outstanding and came with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the truck. I highly recommend Collision Auto Works!!!

There aren't enough STARS to rate Collision Works on my part!! I just picked up my car after 2 weeks and they did an absolutely AMAZING job!! I could NOT be more pleased with the quality of work they do and the awesome staff!! So friendly and efficient and just have a way of putting you at ease while your car is in their care, and I do mean "care"! I left my car there with a feeling of ease knowing that when I picked it up it would be just like new, and they did not disappoint!! They fixed me up with a very nice rental as well, but if course I was excited to pick up MY car, and leave there with such a sense of pride as I pulled away!! THANK YOU Collision Works for a job WELL DONE!! You have earned a loyal customer for life!!

I am sincerely impressed with Collision Works. The communication was top-tier. I was consistently kept in the loop during the repair process and more importantly, my vehicle was ready as scheduled! While Collision Works is a preferred repair center for the insurance of the person that damaged my vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to have them restore any vehicle of mine in the future. I was truly impressed with the professionalism they have. I am a person that always hides money in my car because I never know when I may need cash so I never carry it on me. They had actually put all my money I had hidden in my cubby hole in my car and when I picked it up it was all there. So thank you for an amazing job!!! I can't really say enough good things about this place. They got my daughter's car done amazingly quick AND well under their estimate. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The car looks like I never backed into it. :D I would highly recommend and use them again.

Make sure you double check their work. They are forgetful, leave unused parts and tools in your car, do not complete work.Management is not ensuring quality and completed work is delivered to the customer. I had to make two trips to pick up my car. But both times it was not ready for pickup. They fixed the problem, but I had to wait an hour the second time for something they could ve done before I showed up. I shouldn t have to correct them twice.Service: Body & Trim

This place runs so well. Airen kept me updated frequently, everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. My car looked amazing when I picked it up, they did a fantastic job detailing it, and I wasn't even expecting that to be done. AND, it was done 5 days early. I was told that I would receive a breakdown on the repair process and a quote BEFORE they started the process. I call a week later and they tell me that they have already started the work and the insurance company gave the go ahead. So the original quote comes in just below the Total the vehicle price. Almost immediately after getting the go ahead it jumps up another 6k. The vehicle should have been totaled but these guys just wanted to make some money. Then they didn t bother fixing everything even when it was pointed out. They either couldn t or wouldn t fix the ADAS system. So we had to get rid of my wife s 2021 Pilot because she didn t feel safe in it any longer and she was terrified that something would happen to her or the kids. 100% will not recommend this company to anyone. My Charger looks perfect like nothing ever happened to it. Their staff is very nice and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. They even have an Enterprise employee on-site so I was able to drop my car off and get a rental car in 15 minutes and made it to work on time. I would definitely recommend them. They do great work.

It s been a very bumpy road with this body shop with quite a bit of issues along the way. But to their credit, they have honored their lifetime warranty and tried to correct the issues. I m hoping they ve got it this time and I won t have to bring it in for warranty work in the future. The new GM has been working with me and my last visit was far better than any of my previous experiences with this company.

Top of the line professionalism. From the first time I dropped my car off until I picked up my car. I was kept informed and updated on the progress of my car. My father had a wreck his car and dropped it off on July 30th, 2021. Collision Works has continued to provide delay after delay, with a different story for the delay every time. Several times, they have to told us they were waiting on parts, and when they had previously told us they have received all parts, and had begun the repairs. Now, they are saying the car will not be complete until Nov 12th, 2021, and can't provide any kind of explanation. This is beyond ridiculous!Update: Car was completed and Picked Up 1-11-22. The team at Collision Works is so wonderful! My car was done EARLY, and it was so clean. Everything was fixed above and beyond my wishes!I also love that they have Enterprise in shop! One stop shopping, and Robert from Enterprise was so helpful!Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I recently got into a fender bender on St Paddy s day since someone ran a red light but thank goodness for full coverage because my insurance paid for everything that needed fixed and now my car looks new again! I would highly recommend this location to anyone that s needing body work done because the customer service was amazing and Jerry kept in touch with me the whole time my car was in the shop getting worked on plus I got daily texts which was really nice! I would definitely go back again!

The work was good, the staff was easy to talk to and they tried to do right for us during these COVID 19 situation.However, more responsibility on their behalf would show character about their customers being important plus giving accurate information on when exactly your car would be ready.Overall the experience was decent, but not a 5 star experience, but a barely 4 star as they offered perks due their error.Now more work need to be done on taking ownership about their suppliers, part and beOmg transparent with their customers
