If I could give zero stars to this business, I would in a heartbeat. They refused to do my estimate and my undercarriage estimate because they will not put your car on a lift without being scheduled for repairs. Then how may I ask do you get a freaking estimate? This is a terrible business, and I ve never heard of such remarks. An estimate is an estimate no matter if you have to go under the carriage under the hood, the exterior it s an estimate. Stay away from this business.

3 weeks to get my car back. Tpms sensor goes out literally 2 minutes into my test drive. When I go to work the next day I notice there's oscillating noise from the side of the suspension they worked on. But only between 51 and 69mph and gets louder when the road curves left goes silent when the road curves right. I'm afraid to take it back because I will go homeless if they keep it and I miss more work. I'm worried that'll break and strand me though. So rock and a hard place ya know. Wish me luck.

Set an appointment up using their website. Was called immediately to be told that appointment wasn t available and would have to be pushed back. That s not a problem and is common in this case. Two weeks later upon arriving at the shop, was told the other insurance has to write an estimate before they do anything. Wasn t called the day before to go over this, and it wasn t even mentioned when we spoke on the initial call. Was only taking my car there because they are specialists in working on my specific vehicle. Not worth it and will be taking my business, as you should, elsewhere!

Unfortunately I've had to use Gerber twice, and each time my car has come back it looks like it has never been in an accident. I work in quality control so I know details, especially when it comes to my car. :-) They do the best body and paint work that I've ever seen. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel at ease in a time of stress. I really can't recommend them enough!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely professional, organized and detail oriented. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. I was well informed throughout my repair process, how long and what it was going to take to get my car correctly repaired. My car was detailed spotless and returned a week early too. I cannot extol the virtues enough of the Gerber collision team! From getting an estimate to the final result, I could not be happier with the work. Special props to Candie (sp?) at the front desk, Brent, and Dave the manager for going above and beyond what was required. A few weeks after I had my car repaired, I had a dash warning light concerning my third brake light. I called to ask if it was related. Dave asked me to bring it by so they could take a look even though it was unrelated. Brent met me at the door and took it to the technician. They offered to fix it for me anyway! I recently had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at Gerber Collision and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The technician, William Towry, was incredibly skilled and attentive to every detail. The estimator, Samantha Bradford, was also fantastic. She was friendly, professional and provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed and the cost. The body work on my vehicle is flawless and I couldn't be happier. My car wasn t accepted for repairs for two months. They keep lying about when my car will be ready and are taking forever to fix it. They can t keep a schedule. When asked when it would be repaired, they said it would be ready on a specific day. A week later, still not ready. Ask for another estimate. They say next Friday, it s still not done. Then they say the Monday after that. I don t believe it will be ready on that day. It s extremely frustrating when the damage occurred on May 26, and on August 12, my car still isn t repaired. If you want your car repaired quickly, go somewhere else.

My car was in a minor rear end collision. I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and picked it up on Friday. The work was amazing and the girls up front were very helpful and efficient. Had to take my car here after someone hit me with no insurance or drivers license. It took a month to get it back, it was no fault of this company though. It was due to the car company not having the parts on hand. I would recommend this company to fix your car for sure.

I had an amazing experience at Gerber in Broken Arrow. Everyone was kind and professional. I had a pretty good scrape on my bumper and they had it fixed quickly and they did a great job. The paint was blended well and they even did a mini detail of my car!! It looked brand new. Thank you David and all the other people who helped me get my car done so quickly!

Came in to speak with someone about replacing a front windshield. The lady at the desk took several minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there. When she did she said it would be at least a week before anyone could even look at it and give me an estimate. Then she scheduled an appt 1 1/2 weeks out. Probably won t use them

After an accident my car was fixed at Gerber and they were amazing! I got a call twice a week to give me an update and everyone was so polite and helpful! They gave me a long estimate, just in case, but got my car back to me over a week earlier than expected! If anything happens to our family vehicles we will be taking them to Gerber.

So far so good! Car in still in repair. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. HIGHLY recommend.Besides good service, there was a very kind gentleman. My daughter found the candy dispensers in the back of their office but I explained to my toddler I did not have a quarter, and he asked me if he could offer her his quarter. Small acts like that tell me he/they are really good people.

Took my car in for a dent in my car. I was told 5 days for the repair and they finished in 2. Customer service was great. I was updated about anything that happened during the repair. Car looks brand new, cannot tell there was ever any damage and it was finished early. Great work!!!

I do not know where to start... Body work was done only to need more to finish what was started. From over spray to panel gaps, bubbles in the stripes and being almost an inch off center, dirt in the paint and fish eyes. Panels that were supposed to be replaced look like they were fixed and painted. Missing lug nuts. Paint on the rear rims and on the passenger seat when then driver front was worked on. And shall I mention the noise that is now there but they don t know what to do. Or the parts that are still on back order after months. Calls have been made and messages left for management that are always busy and never return calls.I will be getting quotes from other local shops to see what additional costs are needed to fix it they way it should have been.Service: Painting

Make an appointment and they follow through.Good quality work.Third or fourth time I've had my cracked windshield replaced here via my insurance and they've been excellent every time.Nice couple of gals in the office made for some humorous conversation ,,,,, for me anyways while I waited.

Was needing an estimate due to county damage on my older car. All I got was to go online to do because the people that answer on the online requests have more time to look up prices than the 3 ladies working in the office. Since my car is old I couldn t do online because it wouldn t let me select the year. Not very customer friendly. I realize it costs them time to fill out estimates but doesn t looked good for their company to say they don t have time to deal with the person standing in the office

They had my vehicle for 2 days referred to me by State Farm and when I received it back there was damage to the interior of my vehicle on my center console. I brought it back immediately to inform the manager David Burgess and he flat out denied fault. He said it was absolutely impossible that they did that yet wouldn't even ask his employees that worked on the vehicle. All while admitting it was possible someone tried to force the console shut. I had to file a complaint with State Farm and their corporate company.EDIT: Updated review. As stated below by 'owner', Gerber Collision did replace the part and I have no complaints with the collision repair or the repair to my center console. It looks great! Thank you.

What a great collision shop! My Tahoe looks better than it did before the wreck. David Burgess and his crew should be commended for such a smooth operation getting my car done before it was promised and picking up and delivering it because I was unable to drive it. It was also really really clean inside and out which it wasn t when it went in

Great Experience. I would give more than 5 stars! Hands down, Best customer service and staff around. My vehicle was fixed (mechanical work done, A/C) in a timely manner and was even vacuumed out at pickup. I couldn't be happier with my choice to have my work done here.

If you are "Select service" with statefarm, the customer with the claim does not leave it for an estimate, and return months later for repairs. The front desk girl told me this, and it differs from statefarm and other gerbers information. Who all claimed i leave it for repairs that day, and dont need an estimate because it is direct billing with statefarm.Head. Ache.

I haven't even got my vehicle back yet and my experience is already bad enough to know I will never usee them again, and I will make sure to tell anyone looking for a body shop to look somewhere else. A truck driver put a piece of pipe threw my windshield. One small dent on the door and replace the glass from what everyone else has told me a 3 to 4 day job at the most that's even cleaning all the glass out of the vehicle. Well I am on the 9th working day from my accident and they still have my truck. Not sure what they have charged yet but I have a feeling they are going to try to run up a bill and screw the trucking companies insurance is paying the bill. Won't happen on my vehicle!Came back to change my review a little. Picked up my truck and the work was done correctly. Being a older model vehicle it can't be easy to match the paint but they did a very good job. Can not say how good of a job TNC Detail did on the interior it looks brand new!!!!! Gerber did good work and TNC did excellent work. Still bothered it took so long for the truck to be repaired when I was told it was going to be done earlier.

They did an excellent job. It looked like nothing had ever happened to the car. Very impressed with the work and the kindness of the manager. Also, the bi-weekly updates were awesome because I didn't have to worry about calling since I knew they were going to call.

Repairs took longer than expected due to incorrect parts ordered. But afterwards the car looked like new, excellent service but slow. Either way they did an excellent job

Had problems with my repair from the day I left the shop. I called them immediately to report it to them and that I was unable to bring it back in quickly due to my schedule and transportation constraints. When I did they sent me to have my alignment checked and told me they would cover the cost. After having it checked they refused to pay for the alignment they sent me to have done that they said they would pay for!! It wasn t even a large amount. This business apparently has no problem flat out lying to their customers. Not to mention they didn t even fix the car correctly in the first place. I ve referred lots of business to them as I thought they were an honest, locally owned, business but turns out they are neither one of those things. Beware of this place!Additional: The day after this terrible interaction with these people I received a call from the manager of the business telling me that I was a liar and that they never offered to pay for the alignment. They absolutely offered to pay for it. I would not have even gone to that shop if they hadn t. It s the entire reason I was there! Apparently they have no problem harassing anyone that disagrees with their un-ethical businesses practices and calls them on it.
