We went to buy a new car from Ferguson and had the most enjoyable experience! We had the greatest sales person Chester! He was very patient with me while I tried to figure out what car I really wanted. Chester was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in narrowing down my choices!! Chester went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and everything was taken care of! When it came time to go to finance Kyle helped us. Kyle was very detailed and went over every warranty we could choose from. He went over pricing in a very detailed order so you didn t feel anything was being snuck in the deal, unlike other previous dealers I have done business with in the past. They both made my car buying experience very enjoyable and I left feeling I got a great deal and a beautiful car!! I can t thank both of them enough! I highly recommend Ferguson GMC and the sales and finance team!!!

I recently went to Ferguson to look at for a compact used car for myself. I spoke with Autumn, she was great and went out of her way to find me a car that was in my price range. We test drove a couple and found one we loved so I left in my new to me 2016 Hyundai Accent. The car was clean and drives great.

Allison was amazing to do business with. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and company to help navigate buying my son's first car. From the first call all the way to us grabbing the keys to my son's car was perfect. They were upfront and honest about the vehicle we were buying and explained everything in detail. I can't not recommend Allison and the team at Ferguson Superstore. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend checking them out.

Allie Ashworth worked with my parents to help them get the perfect vehicle for my mom. She was patient and understood this was a huge thing! She took the time needed and even came in on her day off to help accommodate their time constraints. 100% would recommend anyone go see Allie at Ferguson Superstore. where to even begin . to whoever reads this. i m just a regular car buyer. but my experience with John from subaru and his direct supervisor Courtney was nothing close to regular. i would like to preface this by saying i m 20 years old. i ve been probably 3-5 months searching for the exact car that i wanted. i m not much one for prices and payment because i know my own finances. the very first time i spoke with john. was something completely different than i have ever experienced at a dealership. he educated himself on the car i wanted from their lot before even speaking to me. but the real kicker is he was the first one in months to speak to me as a fellow human being. as an adult. John never treated me like the other salesmen. his extreme kindness and dedication to taking care of people stunned me. it s hard to put into words how much he went above and beyond for me. it almost didn t work out with my getting the car i wanted from them. and i got hateful and snippy. and they never changed their attitude towards me. they still continued to treat me with kindness and compassion for understanding that i wasn t really frustrated with them but with people continuing to treat me like i m a young teenager. courtney also went above and beyond for me with john. they were a team. so many of the people at the dealership made sure i left with the car that i wanted. upping my trade in value. i m forever grateful for their relentless support with my new purchase. it even made me tearful. which is crazy because i m just buying a car but i wasn t buying a car. i was purchasing something i saved and wanted for for a long time. and worked so tirelessly for. and they recognized that and congratulated me when it all finally worked out thanks to my work ethic and drive to work hard for the car i wanted, and to Courtney and johns strong efforts and passion to help me get there. i m a proud owner of my 2021 tesla! to those under 25, this dealership will treat you just like the adult that you are. thank you guys.

We had the BEST experience purchasing our Outback. Jeremy Smith was the salesman. He was the sweetest young man. He was always available to answer all our questions. Michael Altman did our appraisal. He offered us a fair amount on our 2016 vehicle. Derrick Lawerence was the finance manager who offered us a deal we couldn t refuse. Daniel Holcomb showed us all the features on our Outback AND there were a lot! He was super patient. We sure appreciate each of these men!

After being misled and disappointed by Mark Allen in Collinsville staff, I was very nervous about trying again. So nervous I wouldn t give them my phone number. Started by email and let them know what car and package I wanted. First dealt with Katrina that put me in touch with Lucus. He was very patient with my apprehensions. I told him I wanted a particular vehicle and didn t want to come in until the papers were ready to sign. I bothered him incessantly until I got my down payment all situated. I let him know I was coming in and I got to test drive my vehicle. Still in love with it. I signed my papers, met with finance guy Rob and he made it easy. Explained everything and got me a lower interest rate. I drove away with my brand new vehicle and my boyfriend got a hat! I won t ever buy anywhere else! Thank you all for restoring my faith in the car buying process! I ll recommend you to everyone!!!!!

Cody Ward is an excellent salesman during the sale as well as after! In the process of him delivering my car I had an unexpected appt. and he was very accommodating in bringing it to the new location. Kassidy worked diligently to get us an affordable extended warranty on a used car. All in all it was a great and painless experience!

I can t express how much I actually ENJOYED my truck buying experience here. Darren was my salesman. I had my nephew with me and he did everything in his power to keep the little one entertained the whole time. No pressure, super laid back and no BS run around. Megan?? I believe was the one to finish my paperwork and she truly got me a great deal. Again, GREAT experience and I ll forever recommend Ferguson. If you re hesitant, stop by and talk to them. Great people!

if i could give 0 stars i would. my family has been coming here for years to get oil changes so when my boyfriend needed one on his 1995 ford f150 i recommended he got there. we pulled in told them we needed an oil change and than gave them the keys (DID NOT HAVE US SIGN ANYTHING) and than we proceeded into the waiting room. the man who checked us on called us over and told us his truck was ready and guided us to check and than told us the price for the first time since entering the store. Than once we got to cashier he paid and than was handed paperwork to sign (AFTER HIS TRUCK WAS ALREADY WORKED ON) and when we waited outside for the truck some man told us whenever they lifted his truck up the bodyfram twisted and now the driver side door is unable to open. Once we both crawled in through the passenger side we than realized somebody had completely ripped his BRAND NEW door handles out of socket. As soon as we got home I called and complained to the manager and he said to come back in the morning. And when he did they basically said it s an old truck you knew what you were signing up for and refused to take accountability for the damages. We absolutely will not be returning customers and i am disgusted with the arrogance of the service team manager. ZERO STARS!

I just bought a car from Ferguson and my service representative was Jeremy Williams. He did a super job of showing me all the features of the car and getting me good discounts on the price. Besides that he is really a good guy.

They were good, honored the price on the internet, and, of course, tried to upsell on the extended warranty. Keep in mind that if you want a warranty, they offer it to you at the highest price and will negotiate down. I did take out a couple of pieces that I thought I may need, which you can do.Cody took care of us, and we are happy with the car and the service. I will be back for accessories.

My salesman Steven was extremely helpful even managing to let me view the Truck in the main building because of the freezing temperatures. He wasnt pushy at all and was patient as I am a very thorough customer wanting to look over every aspect of the vehicle. Ask for Steven for a relaxed and knowledgable salesman who definitely cares about the customer experience!

Terrible place. Scheduled two cars to view and was bombarded with texts, calls, voicemails and videos from the staff informing me they had the cars ready and excited for my arrival at my scheduled time. When I show up on time, the lady informs me they sold both cars an hour before my arrival. She didn t mention that in any of the voicemails or texts. She had another car ready for me instead. Nothing like the ones I requested to be held for me. She just wanted my money. Didn t care about what the customer wanted. I told her I wasn t interested to look at whatever she had to offer me. I only liked those two vehicles on the lot. She continues to blow up my phone with multiple calls and texts and voicemails. Begging for my business. Not only will I never be back- I will definitely be telling every person I know who is in the market for a new car.

One of my back seat windows decided to malfunction today. I called to see if they could just pull it up and they got me right in. It wound up being a part that had to be replaced or the window wouldn't stay up. They had the part and did the repair while I waited. They treated me great. Thanks April and the shop manager for getting me taken care of so quickly.

Over the weekend I had the privilege to work with Desmond. He went above and beyond and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness between a couple different vehicles. In the end, he got me the truck I really wanted at the fairest price possible. I would highly recommend him for any sale

I wish I could give 0 stars. Come here if you want your car to come back damaged. Absolutly zero customer service skills. They took no accountablity for the damage THAT THEY CAUSED. Maybe if the people here were decent people they could get better buisness. The people that work here not good people. Apprently arent very good at what they do if they cause damage without fixing it. Didnt even say sorry for the damage. They knew that they caused it beause they acknoledge the damage but, tried to blame it on the truck. You guys literally ripped off the door handle and didnt fix it. So unprofessional and underqualified.

Had a very incredible experience. Met with Sale Consulant Tom Rother. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Once approved, we met with Sports enthusiast financial advisor, Brandon, in the Subaru office. "Coooper Kupp" Thank you all the team and especially John with the desk by the TV with the Candy . Great Place to Purchase a vehicle. Highly Recommended.

My family has given this dealership over $100,000 of business, but never again. Since buying a used car from this dealership I have had to make a lot of repairs to vehicle I bought less than a year into ownership, which has been financially taxing. You would think a 2018 Subaru Forester would be solid, reliable and not have any issues considering it s coming from one of, if not the largest sellers of Subarus in the region. Apparently I was sorely mistaken.

We had a great experience purchasing a used MDX Type S from Malek Bourmaf. He took his time and was happy to show and test drive the car extensively before purchasing. It was a low pressure and pleasant experience working with him and Ferguson Subaru. I would purchase a car from them in the future without hesitation.**Edit** They also went and picked up the other key from the previous owner and mailed it to me with a tracking number.
