Made an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced and an alignment 2 weeks in advance. I live an hour away and made sure I was there early, with the understanding that they wouldn t start on it early as they were really busy. Two hours after my scheduled time I was called letting me know that they had just got it back but that they did not have the tires I was quoted, that I would have to pay $160 dollars more. I would have paid a bit more to fix the mistake but not $160. They made no attempt to make the situation right. They couldn t even do the alignment because of my tire tread being uneven. So far the worst service experience I have had anywhere.

The worst service dept I have ever worked with! Rerouted for 30 minutes to foreign country and wrong departments. It s funny how when they are trying to sell you a vehicle they call you and leave their cell number but when you have an issue in getting your car repaired for a malfunction no one is available. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - only Subaru dealer in town and they are the HORRIBLE!

I accidently posted on the main Ferguson page first instead of the service department, but it deserves to be repeated. Working with Chelsea in the service department was such a great experience. Dealing with our fleet management company can be such a hassle and Chelsea s dedication and positive attitude made a normally unbearably-tedious process a pleasure to work through. I have Subaru vehicles in other cities and this has made me consider driving them all to Tulsa for service.

If we can help it, we will not be returning to Ferguson Subaru for Maintenance. This is the 2nd time where issues were missed and when we took our car back in they were happy to fix the issue for more money. I understand that things happen but two times in a row is ridiculous. Oh and they sent us a list of $4000 worth of work needed, none of it pertaining to the issue we brought it in for. Example one: there was a valve leak (and they ran dye in our engine) they didn't catch all the leaking valves. We paid $3000 and are still dealing with the same issue. Last month we brought it in for repairs and communication was horrible, often going days without getting a reply. When the car was done, the window didn't work and the guard on the bottom wasn't correctly attached. Unacceptable. Plus they didn't fix the issue we initially brought it in for but happily charged us almost $1000 to fix it AGAIN! Go to OKC, go to Arkansas, go anywhere else. You'll spend a lot of money here for mediocre service.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Great communication about pricing and what they were going to do for us. The shuttle driver Yvette was a delight too. I look forward to my next visit and ride to and from home. Thanks again for the brake repair.

Ended up getting a cracked windshield on a vacation trip. Ordered windshield while still on vacation. They got us in super fast after we got back. Did a great job. Only took a few hours and we are back on the road in our 2week old Crosstrek.

Chelsea T. was very engaged and understanding of my many questions regarding my WRX s 100,000 mile tune up and even checked with service multiple times to ensure the information she provided was correct.She even installed my new child seats (more firmly than I ve ever been able to manage).The entire team at Ferguson was quick and professional!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I had both rear wheel bearings replaced on my Outback (my second one). Chelsea my service advisor was thorough and explained everything to my liking. Their shuttle service was readily available and Jeff was very nice and accommodating! Oh and their waiting area was spot on especially with the free Jimmy John s deli sandwich. I d like to mention that Subaru really is dog friendly. They have treats for them and even let my lab Julie to ride in the shuttle van. I love Subaru and this service department.

Carlie in the service department was terrific in helping me get a replacement key made and wiper blades replaced. She s so friendly and coordinated with the parts department to get cost estimates, availability and organized completion of the work. She made sure I was informed at each step. We have purchased 4 Subarus from Ferguson and all have been serviced and maintained by their service department. They are outstanding in diagnosis of any problem and the repairs are made correctly and quickly.Service: Wiper blade installation

I have had a series of service needs since leasing my Outback 4 months ago. There was an AC issue that took 3 appts to fully repair. Admittedly by Ferguson, this was a Ferguson issue and not Subaru. This is HUGE! For a business to take accountability for the problem and own it is not the norm! They did and apologized beyond what was necessary! That goes a long way in building trust! You know they are honest and that is everything a consumer expects and wants!The second issue was a rare obscure 1st to be reported. They kept the car multiple days and drove it until the issue was replicated to take a screenshot. Taking turns driving it home for errands in hopes they could get a code! They finally did and it was sent to the Field Engineer; this is dedication and commitment. Three values I look for in doing business with someone and absolutely appreciate. Charlie, the manager, stated to me after the first day of keeping the car, You are either the luckiest or unluckiest person. Depending on how you look at it . He was right! Between him and Stephen Hill (GM) they never gave up and and came up with a plan. Turned out it was a connector that was loose.Times are trying for many of us & the auto industry even more so! The fact that Ferguson took ownership of their mistake and error coupled with their passion and dedication is why I will continue my relationship with them.One area they must improve upon is communication to the customer. They can set their own standard by creating an expectation (EOD text or call) for the customer. This will help make the customer experience less stressful and better! This is why only the 4 star rating

Consumers BEWARE!!!!!Went in for a basic oil service, had the front and rear differential service as well. After service was complete, we were leaving and immediately noticed a rattling sound coming from under the hood. I stopped, checked the oil level, looked for anything noticeable and didn't see anything. Over the next week or so, the sound continued so i had the car returned to the service center where they offered to diagnose at no cost. After 3 more hours waiting in the lobby, they decided to keep the car and issue a loaner. They had my car for 9 days with almost zero communication from service despite our multiple attempts. The loaner car provided was unusable due to a leaking rear tire from a previous failed plug attempt. On day 9, they finally made contact to advise the issue was a broken heat shield on my exhaust and they felt that the service center was not liable for the damage. How can a car go into be serviced without this issue, but be returned with the issue and they don't assume some responsibility? They issued a quote for repairs @ $1558.00!!! at least i know they were able to properly identify the issue because the noise is now 10X's louder than it was last week. Keeping in mind, this is the same service center that forgot the oil cap on my wife's car after its 1st oil change after dropping 30k on a new car. At least i topped off the loaner before i dropped it off. They somehow seemed to burn over 1/2 a tank of gas in my car leaving my with barely an 1/8th. The one bright spot in all this was our service writer.Needless to say, i will follow up with other agencies regarding this damage/repair/reporting and reviews and seek my service needs elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service! They assigned us a representative that we could directly ask questions and updated me the entire time I was there. It's a very unique experience. Jesse ordered me a new radio since mine died out of nowhere and got it covered under warranty which I am SUPER grateful for. He had gone to lunch when I came to pick it up and the other advisors were super helpful in getting me checked out and on my way. A series of miscommunication between the advisor and techs and no communication with me les to a nearly 3 hour wait in the luxurious waiting room just to be told that they thought I was a drop off so they didn t get it in right away. To top it off they now recommended a tire rotation at every appointment even if you just had them replaced and aligned at this very shop barely 2 months ago. I really enjoy my Subie and have not had many experiences like this before. It makes me wish there was more than one Subaru dealership near me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went on Thursday morning 6/16/2021 to get an oil change but they said there was a 2 hour wait and it would be best to set up an appointment. She said there are two dedicated employees to handle appointment oil changes and I'd be able to get right in and get r done. So I set up an appointment for Friday 6/18 2PM. Showed up about 10 minutes early and it took until 2 for anyone to acknowledge I was even there. I told them I had an appointment for 2. The guy found my name on his tablet, verifies the services I was there to have done, then ask if I was dropping off or waiting. I said waiting, since it was only supposed to be 300-45 minutes. He humhawed a minute, then said let me check. Came back and informed me it would be 1.75-2.0 hours. WHAT THE HELL was the appointment for??? I spoke to the manager for about 5 minutes and he offered no solution. TFB was pretty much the way it was. We need another Subaru dealer in Tulsa, as Ferguson customer service has totally gone to the crapper in the past few years.

Friendly staff, quick service, and believe it or not the price for the OEM part was better than an aftermarket one you could get elsewhere. Go figure, right?

Had an appointment booked out a couple weeks jn advance to install remote start, was called to verify appointment, then 45 min before appointment they call to say that they can t do it today. I call back to reschedule and they said they ll get me in a just over 2 weeks later. For a remote start in the winter. Didn t even try to act like they d be accommodating. The advisor I got stuck on the phone with clearly had a bad day and wasn t hiding it. Things happen but how this went down was disappointing. Nice dealership but don t expect to be accommodated if they mess up.

Awesome service center. They have a great business center if you're dropping a car off, but they also do shuttles. Everyone is super nice and best of all, they always have great snacks for the customers!

They did great job doing oil change services, and my check in lights on, when they got done, battery got died when I getting ready to go home, they replaced it, but somehow electric wires problems, but they fixed, so I appreciate Ferguson Subaru services crew to fixed my car running good ...

Do NOT order a Subaru from Ferguson!! They are under the assumption they are selling high-end Porsches was going to order not 1 but 2 cars. I presented a deal clearly stating the specs need on the units. Also, that the $500 deposit they wanted to be waived. Was told by( salesman won t be there in 3 months) Josh, we had a deal. Was scheduling a time I could make it by when Josh mentioned bring us a check for a deposit. I said no, the deal was for no deposit. He went on that no cars could be ordered with out the deposit. I said cancel the deal because if you are changing the deal now who knows what you will try later on. A dealership who is willing to throw away my business on two cars over a petty deposit evidently doesn t need it. Like I said in the beginning, Josh thinks they are selling $140k custom sports cars lol what a joke.

They are so unorganized. They never know if they actually have loaners when your car needs to stay at the service center, they cut my steering wheel when they were working on my car so I had to leave my car there longer so they could replace it - how does that even happen? The service managers that you deal with, or they assign you to have little customer service etiquette and are obviously stressed or overworked and forget about the car they're talking to you about.

The people are super friendly and have such a warm and inviting environment. The maintenance was done amazingly and in timely manner. Overall great place!!
