I absolutely wouldn t recommend getting your car serviced here. It s been an awful awful experience. They Had my car for 8 weeks. The first 2-3 weeks our person Dallas wouldn t even answer their phone half the time, wouldn t give us any answers all he would say was he was waiting on our adjuster but the whole time our adjuster was trying to get ahold of him we finally switched people and it got a little better. Still had horrible issues with communication. Finally got my car and there s a blue awful scratch on my pretty new Kia. They were just going to give it to us like that.. they acted like it wasn t there we said where did this come from? And it was one of their lifts that lifted my car that had scratched it we weren t leaving until they offered to fix it.. Also gave me back my car with 10 miles until empty.. horrible experience. No communication. I d give zero stars if I could. Please don t ever get your car serviced here. It has been a nightmare. I don t even know what they ve done the past 8 weeks. Gave me my car back with zero screws or fasteners back in and things fell off as I was driving

Best service department I ve ever worked with! Although scheduling an appointment with them can be a headache (considering they re so popular) they re quick and accurate with any repairs needed and their service department is very knowledgeable. With kind staff and timely service I highly recommend working with them! I take my 2019 Soul there for any and all repairs and never have I once had a problem with them. 10/10 y all got a loyal customer!!!

I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. They argued about the correct air pressure the tires should have as clearly stamped on the tires. They tried to get me to buy all new tires. My vehicle is 2 years old with only 25,000 miles. Turns out these tires have a 50,000 mile warranty and no where s near worn like they said. They recommended a front end alignment. When questioned, they said they hadn t even checked. They recommend it to everyone. We had them check and it doesn t need one. They are the dealers you hear about that are crooked, just trying to get your money on bogus recommendations!!! We won t go back.

I will never take my car here again. Worst customer service. They do not communicate to the insurance or the customer. They have had my car for over 6 weeks. It's been finished for 5 days now but they never contacted the insurance for the change in how much they need to finish the job. My car can't be released tell they can get that done. The insurance has been trying to reach them with just the same miss management and run around that I get. I've never had this much trouble getting my car repaired. I will never deal with Dallas or this kia dealership again.

Very poorly managed, many times I have come for oil change to find out that the appointment I scheduled is not showing, so I have to complaint so they could take my car, if you are planning on staying to wait for the oil change be ready to be seating for a good 3 hours. They don t communicate with you or in between themselves. I can t say I ever had a good experience at this service center. I think 1 star is still a lot for how bad it is.

Called and spoke to Service dept and was quoted 3 hours of labor at $180/hour. I scheduled the appointment but they told me it would be 5 hours of labor. When my car was done, I talked to Mike the Service Manager and he honored the 3 hour labor quote. He went above and beyond to be ethical and help us. I am very pleased with Mike resolving the price discrepancy! Thank you Mike and other Techs who helped us.

Warranty recall, 65 point inspection, tire rotation, and oil change.Caitlyn and Jeren were phenomenal in there help an attentiveness.They treated us with respect. So much different than the other KIA dealership that is less than a mile from us.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.When we look for a new vehicle they'll be our first stop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you love getting ignored, this is the place for you. I have had to run complaints up to the general manager of the car lot more than once in order to get the service department to move. Currently waiting on an estimate for over a month to obtain an estimate for an auto accident that I was in.This is the third time I have to wait this long for service. The first two times were warranty issues and literally not being able to either walk in or schedule an oil change due to the poor communication between the third party call center and the service department. The last time I had to contact the GM of the lot to get service. Apparently this time that wasn t enough because I had to call Kia s corporate office. MAYBE they will call me back today or provide me with what I need.The sales team is great but I would unfortunately never be able to buy from them again due to the worry that any time I would ever need service I would likely be unable to get it, from the smallest of services like an oil change, to the largest like servicing an auto accident.The lack of caring and customer service is mind boggling. Enter at your own risk.

Had to have my car towed to Ferguson close to their closing time last night and Jansyn called me as soon as they had it. I was told they would look at my vehicle in the morning and keep me updated. As promised, Jansyn continued to keep me updated throughout the day and made sure I got out of there with a reasonable price. I met the service manager, Mike and he was great as well. What started off as a stressful situation (car breaking down) ended up being easy and stress free.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, General repairs, Oil change

Made an appointment for 2:30 a week and a half ahead of time. Drove an hour and a half to be told it would be 2 hours before they could change my oil. Bought oil filters and went elsewhere! Don t even bother! Appointments mean NOTHING.

Always get fantastic service here! Was impressed recently with the professionalism of Jansyn and the whole crew (forgot some names) during a citywide power outage. I had made the mistake of letting another tire shop install my tires and mess up my alignment. Ferguson Kia fixed it for me without an appointment (because it went bad fast) and even with the power outage causing delays it was quicker than expected!Service: Wheel alignment

My recent experience with Ferguson Kia's service department was stellar! My service writer David took very good care of me while at the dealership. He made sure everything was handled very efficiently. I had two recalls that were scheduled to take an hour and a half to complete. I was back on the road in 45 minutes and that included an oil change and tire rotation. Very impressive as usual.

Very impressed! Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. They also fixed 3 recalls. Very nice waiting area and they are fast! Knew how far we came and got us on our way. Had my car towed to the service department. Called to check on it and it took them 2 days to call back and let me know they had found my vehicle. Waited a week for them to look at my vehicle at a scheduled service appointment, received no status update so I called and was ignored again. Showed up in person to the service department and was told they hadn t looked at my vehicle and had no idea when they would look at it or when it would be operable again.Untimely feedback and unreliable service.

What is the use of setting an appointment when you are still going to waste over an hour and a half of my time? You don't like it when your time is wasted. I don't have 2 hours to wait for you to do an oil change. At least have some common respect and call me to tell me there will be an hour and a half wait and give me the option to reschedule. You want your time respected, I do as well.

Donovan at Ferguson Kia REALLY took care of us, when we needed a new wheel and tire for my Sorrento. They had to order a wheel from California, and Donovan was kind enough to give me a loaner wheel, so that I didn t have to drive on a donut while waiting for the new wheel.This was an absolute LIFESAVER in a unique way. I was 9 months pregnant when we brought the car in. We ended up having to speed down the highway, in an emergency, and nearly didn t make it before the baby was born. In a donut, we would have not been able to take the highway, and would have needed a professional cleaning in our brand new car. The real icing on the cake.. the wheel came in while we had a newborn. Ferguson sent a couple technicians out to our home to pick up the vehicle, fix it at the dealership, and bring it back. This was a 35 minute drive each way! This experience made a huge difference for my family, and I tell EVERYONE I can about how impressed I am for exemplary service at Ferguson. Truly unmatched!Service: Tires

What a great place with such an attentive staff! Took my car in for service and Dallas was the best! Dallas was amazing my KIA needed a major part and I was so worried that my warranty was not going to cover it. Dallas said not to worry kept me posted and everything was covered and I am so grateful! My car had a recall and Ferguson kia got me set up right away. We had to wait 2 months for the part to come in. I wish they would have figured out a loaner vehicle for us though so we wouldn't have had to go through the hardship we went through waiting. When we finally got our car back we still had a check engine light on after replacement of a new engine, but because of everything we have been through they only charged for the part and did the work at no cost they even vacuumed and washed my car. I was having an engine warming issue on my Kia Sorento and I needed an oil change. I called the service manager and he got me in first thing the next day to diagnose, fix the problem and to service the car. I was told on the phone it would take 2 weeks to get an appointment for oil change(with associated services) and I have a trip planned this weekend, so took my chances as a walk- in. A young lady met me with a tablet as I walked up and checked me in, checked with service coordinator and showed me to the waiting area. She updated me, I received a message to authorize service and walked me to checkout desk. I was in and out in 64 minutes, with oil changes, fluid levels checked, tires rotated, car wash and vacuumed! I am OK with all of the above and plan to return in 5000 miles!!Services: Tires, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Ferguson salesman Colton Lemon helped us buy a great used car at a great price, and the Service Center took care of us when we discovered something wrong with a recent repair. They went above and beyond to make it right.

Ferguson uses a text service that gives you updates on what the tech has determined is the issue with your vehicle and they include a link that allows you to select what repairs or services you want to authorize, which is pretty novel. This can really speed up the time-to-repair because you aren't having to wait for a service advisor to finish with a phone call to get an update.

The service shop people are not to be trusted, my husband, scheduled a service appointment but because he works overnight he send my nephew to take it, when he arrived he gave my husbands name, they took the car in for servicing and when it was ready they gave him a bill for three times more than what was quoted to my husband, my nephew paid for it because he was told that s what my husband had scheduled and since my husband was asleep at the time he could not confirm or deny. I know it s also our fault for not telling him the quoted amount before hand but he trusted the employees when told that was what was scheduled, my husband called to try to understand the confusion was told in fact that that was not what he had scheduled but we can t do anything about it because our nephew agreed to it and signed for it.Service: Oil change
