Just spoke with Randy over the phone and he was very helpful. He seems to have a lot of insight and experience to my vehicle issue and gave me a lot of information as to what it could be. I have never been able to speak with a mechanic over the phone who knew so much. I truly appreciate his time and knowledge. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days but I feel this place is fair and definitely knows what they are doing. I will be using them in the future.

I'm pretty new to the area, and needed a mechanic to replace the radiator in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. A guy at my church mentioned he'd been going to Fellers Auto Specialist for 30 years and high recommended them. I couldn't agree more, not only did they replace my radiator in one day but they even managed to find a Mopar radiator - kind of a tall order these days. My Jeep's running like a champ now.

Stopped in as my tire was a few pounds low, man who seemed to be the owner came out loudly yelling at me I needed new tires and he charges to put air in tire and proceeded to loudly yell and gripe at me how I m wasting his time. Will never stop in that place again.

I do not leave a lot of reviews, maybe one or two a year, based on extreme service- good or bad. So, I stopped by this shop to inquire when I could drop off my car for a new clutch. The nice receptionist went in the back and asked the person in charge if and when they could work on it. I was then told bring it in the next morning or the following morning. I explained it would probably be the following morning so I could have a ride home. They repeated that would be just fine and that they had a place to put the car. So when I arrive as planned, the head guy walked out and looked at me like I had two heads. He seemed put off and said I cant just drop off a car like that , and I was told because its a classic car (my daily driver) they are too busy fixing daily driver cars for people who need their cars for work. [My car is my only car and I use it as a daily car.] I explained repeatedly I was told to drop it off and that they knew what car it was and what it needed (a clutch). They told me they had no place to put my car and to take my car back home and promised me they would call me in about two weeks when they were ready to work on it. I even told them that if they didnt really want to work on it, that to just let me know so I could take it somewhere else no problem, that I wanted to make sure they would call me because I didn't want to wait for them to call if they were not intending to call. They assured me that yes yes they would call me. Well, it's been over a month and they have never even bothered to call like they said they would. I just feel like they skunked me really hard. Would not recommend for anything other than a very basic service.

Had my daughter's car repaired by the crew at Fellers. From start to finish could not ask for a better experience. No pressure, below what I thought it was going to cost, and very fast turnaround. Thanks to everyone at Fellers. You will be my go to shop for any repairs I may need in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Towed my vehicle in when it died on the highway right after the Thanksgiving holiday due to a bad fuel filter. Fellers fixed the problem and had me on my way the very next day. The service was quick, reasonable and the people are SOOOO nice! They looked at some other things that were wrong with the car and gave me an estimate for those repairs too which I think are also reasonable, so I'll be using them again. Highly recommend Fellers!

Absolutely the worst customer service by Tom. What makes you think you can talk to a 16yr old that is only doing what he was told to do that way? Have used them and recommended them in the past. NEVER AGAIN! Exactly like every review I've seen about them, seems Tom and his condescending know it all bad attitude are the problem, not the 7 out of 10 customers. Will definitely spread the word.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

Terrible customer service and have no idea what in the world they are doing! We brought a vehicle in that needed the thermostat replaced, easy fix, didn t wanna deal with it. We brought it in and they charged me $910 to fix the thermostat and the fans. I was very confused why the fans needed to be replaced and even questioned it but the man assured me there was a 12 month warranty. The problem was never fixed, it was still over heating when I stopped but was ok while driving. I called up there and they asked me to bring it back, they fixed a wire and made me pay another $50. On my way home from the shop, it was worse - it was completely overheating. I called the office again and they stated that it was normal with it being over 100 degrees. No that s not even close to normal, you should be able to drive it no matter the weather. Not pull over and turn it off so it doesn t ruin my vehicle. I called today to talk to him again and he refused to fix it due to me advising I was leaving this review. But I was assured a 12 month warranty! This place has no idea what they re doing and I m honestly not quite sure how in the world they are still in business! Do not go here! Save yourself the time and stress!

Took my chevy equinox to their shop for an over heating problem in March. At that time , I didn't have the time to give what I thought were the fans not cooling the engine. I went in one morning because they are first come first served. Everything but the radiator and water pump was replaced for grand total of over 900 dollars. It is now September and the problem has come back to haunt me once again.I used my last tow for the year to get the vehicle back down to fellers the night I found out it was overheating again. This was a monday, with receipt for the last visit. Wednesday comes around and I was called and was told that, pretty much everything they fixed the first time is correct and good and that the problem was something connecting the things they fixed. The clocked me at 15 minutes and charged me 49 bucks with tax. No big deal right? Drive the car back to my job and within minutes of sitting there, the car starts to overheat again! Frustration has set in.I drive the car back to fellers and was told and reassured "that it will overheat a little...due to weather being 100 degrees outside."Reassured, I drove it back to work with the air off it seemed fine. As soon as I parked in the driveway, it overheats and is pouring coolant everywhere.I'm out over 1000 bucks and the car still overheats. Don't waste your time or money.

I went only to get some quick help. The person I spoke to (I believe to be owner) was loud, aggressive, rude and just a bit scary with how he reacted that I didn't have time for him to tell me what I should or shouldn't know about my own vehicle. I am so disappointed that a long standing small business in Broken Arrow has given me such a negative feeling that I cringe to drive by in in the future. I thought, maybe he had a bad day but I see in reviews there must be a few 'bad days' for his reaction.

Poor quality work and poor customer service. Do not waste your money! I went there because of the pricing and how close it was to my home. The thermostat I had them replace leaked months after replacement and all the other things that I had them fix never stopped the noise that they were making. I have no idea whether or not they did the job right or at all. When I called them to talk about possible replacement for the thermostat he insisted that had been over a year when I'm fairly certain it hadn't, and he took forever to explain how busy they were and how great their business was doing and that I needed to just leave my car for days or weeks who knows, but refused to talk about making a deal because they put the thermostat in wrong obviously. I was perfectly calm just trying to ask him some questions and he kept talking over me and saying how he was not trying to be mean. And he rushed to get off the phone. He wouldn't even let me get a word out when I was asking him questions. All because I contradicted him on when I got it replaced. I felt like they never fixed a single thing and that's a couple thousand dollars I will not get back and now I'm going to have to pay again to get a new thermostat.

Reasonable prices and charges. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to those who don t want to spend thousands on dealers. Bob is soo friendly and nice. He s honest. The front desk lady is awesome too. SHE doesn t give attitude and do not look down as if you have money or not. They really do try their best! Even though they were backed up , they were able to fit me in and am thankful for that. Thanks fine fellers!!!!

My old truck was having some electrical issues and also suspension issues. They traced the electrical issue and told me my tires were cupping and that I need new shocks to avoid that in the future. I thought this is going to cost an arm and a leg but surprisingly it wasn't bad for the hours they spent on it and the mechanic called and kept me up to date on everything. My tires were indeed cupping since my shocks were original to the truck. Everything was fixed right and I was very happy with the service and prices were fair. Had to replace my old tires but they needed it anyway.TLDR: Good prices, knowledgeable, won't suggest unnecessary repairs to make more money, great communication from mechanic and shop.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Back in April I had a whole new ac compressor replaced along with a few other things pertaining to the air-conditioner. I paid $1800.00 dollars to have the work done correctly so I thought. Last week On Thursday the ac started blowing out warm air. I thought I was tripping because it has only been 3 months and 7 days since the ac compressor was replaced new . I call and tells the front desk what is going on. She tells me to bring it in and they will look at it. Then I ask her about warranties she said that it is a 90 day labor warranty and a 1 year warranty on parts. So Monday I get a call saying that one of the hoses that is hooked to the air-compressor needs to be replaced and that it would be $680.00 dollars to replace it. My van is 16 years old and I would think that for the price I just paid everything would have been replaced NEW. I go back and I look at my receipt and it said that they repaired the vacum leak not replaced the hose for it. Which tells me that you sir did not replace the hose and knew that there was a leak (not once was I notified about this leak). Then he goes on to say well if I did not fix it then your van would have not been blowing out cold air. I told him It did for 3 months and 7 days. It stop working right after your labor warranty would not cover it. After that he goes on to tell me that I am wrong and that he is still going to sleep good at night then hung up on me. Sir that is not how you do business and I would not recommend their services, also he has poor customer service skills. I will be taking my van somewhere else to be seen. I will also be taking my receipt to have them look at what he said he replaced . All I want is someone that dose honest work is that so hard to ask.

My wife's car was leaking oil. I had taken it 2 other shops and was quoted two prices around the same amount. My broker recommended Feller's so i took it in. The receptionist is awesome and the guys did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. Not to mention saving me 300 dollars. Its hard to find good mechanics now a days, but I have and will continue to have all my vehicles serviced and repaired by Feller's!

Took my daughters car in for long overdue service, 2005 Impala, which was way too much work for an old guy. From the minute I checked in until I left the lot, treated very well and very polite. Did a great job on the service, plug change, plug wire change, oil change, flush fill radiator. Price was outstanding, I will be a repeat customer.

Did more than agreed to and charged less than quoted. Awesome results. Fellers auto is an impressive company. They even called me to confirm the quote before starting the work. Awesome place... great staff. If they sold stock I would buy it.

My regular mechanic had went out of business and as most people know, it's hard to find a great one. Fellers was recommended to me by O'Reilly's down the street from them. I had an issue with my tail light and had replaced the bulb three times and it still did not work. I took it to Fellers and let them know that I suspected a problem with the wiring. They were great about explaining to me the procedure they were going to perform to figure out what the problem was. They even gave me a ride to work in the morning and called me before proceeding to fix it and gave me a price quote. The owner was super friendly and genuine. I have found my new auto repair place. Love them!

I was visiting family from out of town and my check engine light came on on the way to BA. My elderly parents who love close by recommended them as being honest and doing good work, so I took the car over there (this was Christmas Week btw!) and they immediately brought it in and diagnosed the issues. Tom, the owner, even gave me a lift back to my parent s house while they did the work. They were able to get the parts and repair the car that day. Everything is tip top for my drive home and the whole crew there could not have been nicer and more accommodating. If you re looking for honest, friendly, competent, and professional auto service in Broken Arrow, look no further. These folks rock. Highly recommend.

Fellers is our families trusted mechanic and the only place I go when I have a real problem with my vehicle. They do a great job every time and we have them check every vehicle before we buy. It seems hard sometimes to find a good honest shop but they are and thank y'all for that.

I do most of my own work, but if it's something important and time consuming I take all of my vehicles here. I've always found it hard to find a good shop you can actually trust. You can't always please everyone but I've never had a bad experience or felt like I was ripped off. I still always call around to compare prices and Fellers is usually one of the cheapest. Even though I feel some jobs I would pay that little extra for quality work that will only have to be done once, right way.

Terrible prices. The owner hung up on me and refused to work on my car after simply asking about the prices. He went on a rant defending his prices and talking to me like an idiot. When I said I would like to get other quotes he said I was mean to him, he wouldn t work on my car and hung up on me. I called five different places and he is even higher than the dealership by over $100. Go here if you love getting ripped off.

Very poor customer service over the phone by the owner. I do not know much about quality of mechanic work, but the owner did not listen to me, interrupted, and hung up on me. I assure you I was calm throughout the conversation, he was not. I would look elsewhere for service work based on customer service alone.

Had my old truck in there three times now. Each time the mechanic called and let me know what was going on. Price is lower then most mechanics I ve had to take my truck to. First come first served, prompt service good price.
