This place is absolutely amazing! These guys were open, honest, friendly and overly helpful. I just got my extra vehicle back up and running (09 Range Rover SEC Supercharge) and the oil hasn t been changed in about two plus years. I guess the last people that changed my oil use vice grips or some crazy cut corners tool on my drain plug and stripped it completely. They were honest and wanted to help but were afraid to unplug and drain cause it was so stripped. Offered to help find a replacement even tho they don t carry it at all. Then said they will do something to get it changed and pulled out an evac oil change system and got it done. I can t personally say enough about this place. And the crazy part is I just pulled in randomly to get my oil and it was the best decision I could have made.

I ve been going to this express oil change place for over 10 years and hands down the courtesy is the best but just the honesty that these guys bring to the table and go beyond my expectations that I would recommend. And the mechanics on the west end bay they ve always assisted any need to do whatever I needed I really appreciate these guys.

Omg! Love this place already and it's my first visit but definitely not the last. Best service ever! Donnell is very amicable and professional! Gets the job done quickly and efficiently by far the most astonishing experience ever! Will be coming back and referring people.if you're wondering where to get your car serviced or if this is the right place it is and you won't regret it at all! You'll be leaving as happy as I did after my quick oil change that was deeply needed! Donnell thank you for being phenomenal.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service that I received today for my oil change. Every time that I have gone in I have received exceptional service, and it has been quick and courteous. Uzziah was incredible! We came in for a quick little oil change and got information about services in the future that we will definitely be utilizing.

I recently had my car's oil changed at this shop, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Phil was efficient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The process was quick, and they even gave my car a complimentary check. I will definitely be returning and spreading the word about this place. Five stars for excellent service and professionalism!

On Friday, March 8,2024, I pulled into Xpress oil to check on some prices on a tire rotation and oil change for my Malibu. As I got out of my car, I saw a man who appeared to be employed at that establishment, yelling and cussing out a woman in a white truck. As He was yelling at her. A young man got out of the vehicle he. Also looked like he was employed there. A couple of minutes after that, the woman pulled to the side of the building and sat there for a little while. At that time, I had pulled a round and approached her to see if she was okay. She seemed to be very upset. It made me very uncomfortable for myself. As a woman. I would not want to get services done at a place where a man would speak to a woman like that. Customer or not. She said she was okay, but as for myself, I didn't feel it was okay. I will never return to this establishment for any kind of service on my vehicle. And I definitely would not recommend this place to not just women, but anyone. I went to Take5 down the street, and they were wonderful.

Donnell did the oil change on my high mileage vehicle. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and did a FANTASTIC job, he was happy and has a great sense of humor! This is the only place I'll take my vehicle to and if he's not there, I'll wait till he's back. Definitely 5 stars!

I have used express oil change for all my car needs for over the past 8 years. JT is a great manager to work with at this location. He is always honest, communicative, and helpful with his employees and customers. All the guys at this location complete thorough work. I will continue to be a customer here for all my car care. My wife any I have been bringing our vehicles to Express oil change for years now! JT and all the guys are great, always up for a little football talk and very professional! After moving out of Broken Arrow four years ago to our new home in Hulbert, we still make it a point to have all of our oil changes done here. We appreciate the great service you guys provide, and we are definitely lifelong customers.

This place gives wonderful service and friendly staff. I enjoy going here because of the staff's knowledge and friendliness to all of the customers. There's a guy named Donell that is the best. He is ALWAYS in a great mood and seems to love what he does. Everytime I go there I hope to see him and/or a guy named Uzziah so I know I will have a pleasant experience. They always get my service done in a timely manner and they are sure to tell me if anything else needs done to keep me on the road. Of all the years I have been coming here these two guys are my favorite. It IS worth the money. Express is a better place because of these two workers. They absolutely deserve a raise and compliments from the bosses.

I love the convenience of this place! I didn t have to get out of my car. I came in for a simple oil change and they literally go the extra mile to double check everything before I hit the road again! Everyone is so friendly and professional! I highly recommend coming to this location!

I used Express Oil in Broken Arrow because of the 10 minute oil change they have advertised all I ve their oil service bays. I called before I got there and they claimed their 10 minute service was legit l. Showed up, it took over 30 minutes for an oil change and the guy who did my oil change didn t know how to reset the oil change light and asked me to do it. Also, they took off my skid plate and told me they didn t have bolts to put it back on, so he put it in the back only my truck and told me to go get bolts. Just frustrating to sit here and watch 3 cars in the bay next to me come in and out. Not sure I would recommend these guys.

My girlfriend convinced me to use Express about two years ago and I don t regret it. They are quick, knowledgeable, and stand by their work. You should give them a try at least once to see for yourself if it would be worthwhile to switch.

I have been coming here for over 6years and will never go anywhere else as long as this place is open. Every time, without fail I see JT and I enjoy listening to his leadership. He gives direction and seems to take safety seriously all while being lighthearted, and making it fun. Today I had Will and he was polite, professional, and got me in and out of there in no time. I do not trust anyone else in town to change my oil. And a large part of that can be attributed to the fact that I see the same faces here every time I go. I also hear them call out their safety calls and checks every time without fail. This makes me feel confident in bringing my car here.

JT and the team are always exceeding expectations. They communicate very well and are always customer friendly. They listen to the customer and provide solutions to fix problems. I have been a long time customer and highly recommend JT and the Express team in Broken Arrow! From oil changes to brakes, batteries and anything else that comes up! Great value for the money. Keep up the great service! Big thanks to all!

Literally the worst experience I've had for an oil change. I went for a simple " 5 min oil change. Ended up not getting serviced due to my passenger wanting to exit the vehicle to throw away his beverage. The supervisor denied me service due for no reason. I would appreciate some sort of repercussion. I literally wasted an hour of my day just to get denied my simple service. If I don't get a reply I will call corporate because I felt racially discriminated. Please contact me with an update. I honestly feel like the guy didn't want to give a brown man any kind of service. Let alone a "5 min oil change". I will be in contact with my lawyer on this matter.

Love this place, I have been going there almost a year. I have several vehicles and done alot of business with them. I have seen them sweat their buns off and freeze their buns off to serve me, but every time, no matter what my issue was, they got it solved. I have gotten to know most of them and they are super guys that endure alot to keep my vehicles running and in top shape. I don't leave many reviews anywhere, but wanted to take a minute to tell the guys How much I APPRECIATE THEM and what they endure to service my vehicles. God Bless them ALL!

The technicians at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers are very friendly and knowledgeable, and are much more competent than most of the dealership technicians I've dealt with in the area. They do not try to push anything onto you, but do make you aware of components that might need a replacement and provide a quote to go along with their recommendations. Excellent service all around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called to get in for an emergency oil change as my light came on 3,000 miles before my reminder sticker said. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes and they were very polite and knowledgeable. Will be returning!

About a month ago I went in for an alignment and Nathan informed me that my balljoints and tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced. He asked if I wanted the shop to replace the parts, I declined and fixed it myself.Went back today after I completed the repairs myself for an alignment. Nathan again found a couple issues that popped up since my last visit and informed me of them. He spent over 2 hours getting a bent lower control arm mounting bracket straight, replaced both front tires and completed the alignment. Working with me the entire time and giving me updates along the way. The man did an absolutely fantastic, above and beyond, job! Nathan I can t thank you enough and I will be coming back when more work on the truck is needed. I highly suggest you give these guys a shot, all of them have great customer service and will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Dillon did a fantastic job looking at my Jeep, analyzing why the check engine light was on, and gave me honest recommendations. I truly appreciate his knowledge and integrity.
