I service my 2014 Ram 2500 Tradesman exclusively at Chris Nikel service. I do so because of the excellent quality of service department technicians and mechanics. For example, I have found in even the oil change operation managed by Abel Flores the same committed attention to detail and quality service you count on with the mechanics who do major tuneups at the dealership. It s just not the price of the service but it s the quality of the people who perform it that matters. And, this is why I ve been a dedicated Chris Nikel customer for over ten years.

Thomas and Taffy took great care of us. Thomas was a great sales manager. He was very reasonable and helped us out. Huge shout out to Taffy for going above and beyond! 10/10 service and was very easy to talk to. We drove 3 hours to come buy a car (with 30 mins left before they closed) and Taffy made sure we walked out satisfied. Thank you guys!

Shawna in the Service Center was awesome. I needed my van repaired as quickly as possible due to some family medical issues out of state. She listened and stayed on top of my van repairs to get it worked in asap. They had the van repaired and out very quickly. Employees like Shawna are why I stick with this dealership.

Had $2400 worth of 100,000 miles maintenance work done on my truck with a lifetime warranty. Had them repair 3 warranty issue problems while they had it. One was passenger window making a loud noise. Since I got it back, the noise is worse. Will have to take back to get checked out before it completely breaks down. Chris Nikel has a great service department. They have done little jobs for me before, but this is the biggest job I have hired them to do on my truck. Will use them again.

I went in to have new batteries put in my key fobs. I only waited a couple of minutes before Mr Abel Flores came out and asked what he could do to help me. He replaced my batteries, and was so helpful and pleasant. I so appreciate the service at Chris Nikel, and when it is time to trade my Dodge in, I will be going back. People like Mr. Flores make dealing with auto problems so much easier.

I went to a different dealer to get my oil changed and fuel filter changed. I woke up the next morning will fuel in the drive way. Chris Nickles Commercial Service got me right in and fixed my problem. Professional and efficient! I will be back! Thanks again!

Had my Jeep serviced November 7 for a 4 wheel alignment and Abel was the service manager he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my jeep! James was the technician and he also was very knowledgeable about my jeep and did a great job! I will definitely be back again when my jeep needs its next service! I definitely recommend Abel as a good service manager thanks again Abel and James

Customer Service is amazing. The people who works at the front desk with the service department is polite and professional.The problem in my last visit was the time. Due the lack of personal I has to wait almost 3 hours for my jeep. Also they didn't wash my car like usually did.But in overall is a great option. Also they have a normal price range!

Took my car in to have brakes inspected because that s part of the maintenance when they called to tell me that I needed front pads and rotors for $910! A brake flush for $189, Fuel induction $289, & rear differential $179! I took it to my Mopar certified mechanic to have him look at it and verify what Chris Nikel had told me and of course they were wrong!!! I still have 30% on my front pads and the rotors are good! Brake flush is unnecessary! So is fuel induction!! Rear differential is fine as well! I am very disappointed that they would tell me this and give me an estimate for these prices as bad as the economy is and the holidays upon us & they expect people to pay these prices and not question their opinions??? How can they sleep at night ??Shame on them!! They have lost our business and we will be sure to let others know about them.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Abel Flores possibly saved our lives by finding a slit in a tire. After stopping in to make an appointment, Abel looked at our car and found a split in a tire. He did not want us to drive home because he felt the tire was unsafe. He arranged for a rental car so we could drive the 45 miles home safely. We had called South Point Jeep dealer twice attempting to make an appointment and were told the Service Department would call us to arrange an appointment. No one ever returned our calls. This is the dealer we purchased our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Overland about July, 2022. So, in my opinion, our stopping in at Chris Nickel Service Department and Abel Flores taking such good care of us was very important. It truly could have avoided our having a blow-out! I can't state how grateful I am with Kayla Wendt at Chris Nikel. She is definitely a car person. If you need any Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram service, this is the place and Kayla Wendt is the best service advisor in the state. Bring Your Mopar vehicles here and ask for Kayla!!!

I decided to start using the Service Department again after taking my vehicle elsewhere the past few years. My van was overheating and billowing white smoke, so I decided to let Nikel have a second chance this time around. I was impressed right away with how much the design of the service department has changed over the years, but unfortunately that was the highlight of my visit. I m choosing not to name drop, but my advisor put me on their text alert service, which unlike other dealerships, they never use after that point unless you call asking for updates, which defeats the purpose of being kept up to date with text alerts. The issue with my van turned out to be dryrotted coolant hoses, which was definitely good news considering the list of other things it could have been. I opted to have all my hoses replaced, and also have a coolant flush and oil change performed. Those services were completed in a day, which was reasonable, but I waited two days for they to look at it with no update. Once I got my vehicle home, my wife drove it to our church (about 4 miles) and it overheated and coolant was gushing out. I looked myself and found one of my brand new hoses wasn t attached yet, so I attached it, refilled it with coolant and haven t had another issue. This tells me I paid for a pressurized flush that NEVER TOOK PLACE, and my mileage reflects it was never driven a full square mile. I am very frustrated with the way Nikel does business, and that they couldn t attach a rubber hose that I had just paid it s weight in gold for. I will resume using the competitor that s much further from my house, because I haven t had an issue with them in years. I gave them an extra star for the desig of the service department now, but it does not reflect their service in any way. (I have attached a picture of the hose that was sitting on another hose and not attached. Note you can see THROUGH the connection.)

Freaking fantastic customer service!!!!!!-going through my Jeep warranty service and Dylan was literally the best guy for the job.I have been going in circles about a specific problem with my jeep, and Dylan and his team figured it out - and then got it 100% covered through my warranty.I was so surprised and extremely grateful since I have done everything I knew how.The process took longer than expected due to the shortage on parts - we waited a solid 2 months for some parts to come in but they always kept me updated and I appreciated that.Once finally here, it was only 1 week until my jeep was in the shop!It took them 5 business days to complete everything for me - including some additional work I paid for out of pocket apart from my warranty.It was nice to have enterprise on hand next door, so it made it extremely simple to get back on the road!Forever thankful for this shop and making it so simple for me to get my jeep taken care of before moving out of state - it was perfect!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I have had rotten service from a couple of other local dealerships another jeep dealership in particular. So I super happy to meet Shawna Moore when I went in for a airbag recall. Shawna knew her stuff and got me to my rental and out the door quickly. I was surprised when I received a call later the same day that my Jeep was ready. We went and picked it up and she even helped fix a couple of issues the tech missed when putting the carpet back In. I will definitely be using Chris Nikel in the future.

The absolute worst service department ever. Took 8 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They scratched my rims on my brand new truck and took 3 hours to replace the rims on a separate day. Never will use them again ever!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Waited 4 business days for results of inspection. Quote was several hundred more than what other places would charge. They didn't bother checking on 2 other smaller issues I requested they look at. Will never go there again.

Service from Dean was very open & understanding we looked for him but got Cedric, honestly I felt he didn't think we were serious buyers!!! He sat in the back while we test drove, helpful only cause were Not from Broken Arrow! But, took a picture of Driver license, first. We laughed about the raggedy folder he passed to us to put the loose sheets he gave us. We bought in two days, that goes to say, "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover"!!!

I scheduled an appointment on 2/6 to be dropped off on 2/10, but they didn't start working on my Jeep until 2/13. They constantly moved the goalposts on timelines, didn't call back when they said they would, kept trying to find work to upcharge on, and ordered the wrong part twice. I'm giving them a 2/5 because they were able to complete two of the four things I asked them to do in an 11-day time span so it was only a partial failure on their endServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Our wedding gift to each other was a new Jeep Gladiator from Chris Nikel Jeep.We haven't purchased a new vehicle in 10 years, and the crew at Nikel's made our wedding present one to remember.The price was right, and the after service top notch.Brian in finance made sure we were happy!Thank you Chris Nikel!!!

Their service department used to be fast, friendly and convenient. They lost their family feel and customer service communication skills. I dropped my car off a week ago and still have just been getting the run around. It took me calling a supervisor to get a transparent answer.. I don t understand their appointment process if they keep saying how backed up they are.
