I can't even begin to share all the frustration we have felt concerning our Jeep "repair". Where to begin?Every time I spoke with Danny on the phone he was in a hurry to rush me off and was not actively listening to our concerns. Example, we started experiencing a shimmy in the front end which progressively got worse. We explained this was not an issue prior to the accident. It was as if Danny wasn't listening. He said the issue was the tires not being rotated, all four tires needed to be replaced and they needed to be rotated every 1000 miles. No, that's not a typo. 1k miles. Guess what?. We went to Discount Tire and we only needed the front tires replaced due to flats spots, most likely from the accident.When we received the Jeep back the FIRST time, we found the spare wheel was heavily damaged, there were paint runs and heavy orange peel in the paint. We dropped the vehicle off again.A week later, Danny called and said the Jeep was ready. He said he "gave it a good hard look" and they "tried to make sure the work was done properly. It was not. There are still paints runs. I found multiple bolts that were not tightened down and bolts backed way off.Our next call is Jeep USA to attempt to have this resolved.Service: Body & Trim

The Chris Nikel Collision center did an excellent job fixing my hail damage!! Jared who worked with me was very detailed & informative the whole way thru. He also listened. My Lexus came back beautiful & perfect!! I will definitely have any body work in the future I need done there.

Did a horrible job on aligning my door on my 2017 malibu. Didn't replace the door striker so my door opens past what it's supposed to and my keyless entry on my door handles don't work anymore

I'm an old woman with fragile nerves who doesn't like driving in Tulsa. After encountering some not so comforting replies from off market places nearer my residence giving me quotes on front windshield replacement, I called Chris where I purchased the new Renegade about 6 weeks ago. The parts department looked up my file, immediately knew exactly what was needed. The part arrived five days earlier than predicted; I was at the collision center to meet the "glass man" Mario Rodriguez the following day. Everyone and every detail at the CC went smoother than warm butter. Mario even gave me a lesson on exactly how unlucky I had been since the rock hit in between the top edge of windshield and roof of car. Extra kindness was given in view of my elderly status....they could not possibly be that thoughtful to every single person who comes to them for help....not enough hours in a day!

Feb-Mar '23: Chose this repair shop after an accident that was not my fault. Thought they did a wonderful job, and as far as looks go, they did. My 2013 Dart looks pristine (like it did before the accident).When we picked up the car, they asked us if we had an extra set of keys by chance, because their mechanic had just locked our key inside (it has a manual key inside the fob, not sure how their mechanic locked it and set the keys down in the car). No, we don't, so they had to break in to my car essentially. Before bringing the car in, I would sometimes lock the car running so the heater would warm the car, and use my manual key to unlock the driver's door. I haven't needed it since we picked up the car. With the hot weather, and having a 6 month old, I tried to do the fob and key with ac 7/17. My key no longer opens my driver's door. I was unable to get in and had my 7 year old and 6 month old outside in summer weather when my boss already left so I couldn't go back inside. My husband was 10 minutes away, so not too bad, but then I had to pay $57 to PopALock. My tpms sensor in my front driver tire no longer reads, either. We tried multiple times to contact Danny but he ignored us. Now that my key doesn't work, I will not be ignored any longer. All I ask for is them to fix the 2 things they broke without saying anything.I will update my review and stars accordingly.

The quality of work was really not up to the Jeep name. Wiring after they replaced my bumper was left hanging. And the fender was no where near a match to the rest of the Jeep. Plus is had odd seem lines in area where the fender was a smooth curve. And my radio wasn t working after the repairs. The rep didn t return calls and was trying to blame me for their shortfalls.I have bought multiple cars from Chris Nikel and they can never seem to find me in the computer. And I have scheduled repairs and showed up on time for them to tell me I never scheduled it. So I had to prove it with the confirmation email.

The body looks good. Worked miracles on the damage that was there. There is a scratch on the camper shell that wasn t there the front of the truck vibrates when you get to 60 and the engine light is on and it was fine when I dropped it off. Could be coincidence but the truck is only 4 years old.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Came here to get a new bumper from a collision and received great service!!! When I walked in the door, I was immediately welcomed by smiling faces. Had damage to the left rear quarter panel on 2016 Ram Laramie. Took to Chris Nickle on Tuesday 2-13-18 and was met at the door by Lisa and she introduced me to Doug Pekar who gave me and estimate and said it could take up to 7 days after the parts were ordered. The job was completed and picked up my truck on 2-16-18. Detailed and look like it came off the showroom floor. Great craftsmanship and lifetime warranty on the work as long as I owned the vehicle and all OEM parts used. Thanks for doing such a excellent and timely job

Had a brand new car in for scratches on a door jamb. The quality was subpar and some trim pieces were marred in the repair process. Swirl marks clear on new paint. The worst part is that the vehicle was dropped off in valet mode and unable to exit valet mode upon receipt; Which means someone disconnected the battery to do this. If integrity and quality are important to you, I would stay away from this shop, completely unacceptable.

I ve had multiple vehicles repaired here over the years and can trust them to get the work done the right way with no shortcuts. Great experience! Aaron and the lady at the front desk at the collision center met and exceeded my expectations. Always answered my questions and easy to get ahold of. Provided exceptional quality and fast work. 10/10 for sure. I have been there twice and would go back again and would recommend friends to get work done there as well.

Truck got broken into, brought it to them to fix steering column and window, took 3 full weeks, the estimator was very rude to both myself and my father, there was no communication coming from the shop, and when we called for an update they always had excuses and the same estimator was very rude. I went in person after 2 and a Half weeks and no real answers of what was going on with the truck and the estimator was rude, started to raise his voice, and basically said I shouldve gone to a different shop.Got the truck back later that week, they missed broken glass.They did good work but the estimator in charge is the reason I will never be using this place again.

When my new Charger showed up at Chris Nikel it was a mess of banged up body work and busted suspension. The folks at the Chris Nikel Collision Center did good work fixing it; it drives like the new car that it was before the accident. However, the customer service was abysmal. I had to call repeatedly to find out that they would be multiple days late on delivery and significantly over original estimate. When the final bill is over $20K, you don t expect to have to call the shop like a bill collector to get information about what is going on with your car. In short, good repairs that take too long, cost too much, delivered with miserable customer communication.
