This is the 6th vehicle my family has bought from the Broken Arrow store. Kathie has been phenomenal helping us out. Kudos to Michael and his whole team. Highly recommended.

Kathy (My sweet birthday twin) was so amazing!! I definitely recommend you stop in and ask for miss Kathy amd she will get u in and out as quick as possible in the car you want/need! This is my 3rd vehicle with carmart and by far the greatest customer experience I've ever had! Kathy, Jeannette and Brad were all amazing!

We came in after a car deal gone sour somewhere else and they made our bad day amazing. The employees are absolutely amazing and took great care of us. In a couple hours my husband got his beautiful truck. Priscilla and Janette plus the entire crew that helped us were so patient and kind. We will be back!

Janette helped my grandpa Lonnie out get him the exact truck he wanted and was super friendly and helpful and explained everything very well this girl deserves a pay raise she was awesome thank you !! My grandpa is happy

Started out great 3 months ago. Gone down hill from there. Brought vehicle in for some repairs. Came to pickup vehicle a week later only to discover damage on right rear passenger door. The manager, michael called me a liar, said he wasn't responsible for it. He's correct on that, he's NOT responsible, he's a joke!!! Don't want to hear about your contact us option either, it's also a joke!!Please everyone, save yourself the headache!!

Customer service was great. They worked with me and drove off with a great looking and running truck.Besides some minor maintenance issues, nothing too bad. May I suggest washing and cleaning your vehicles before the customer drives off?

This is the worst company to get a car from. The staff is rude even when you re not yelling or anything just explaining and telling them not to call you babe. I don t think it is professional to call a client babe and than get mad because you asked them not to call you babe. And after having the truck they gave us a spare tire that was already messed up the truck has been having issues and after a year of having the truck it has issues with the Engine and they won t do anything about it because some how we are over the warranty. Worst company ever because they don t help out their clients they just want your money and if your one day late they want to come get your vehicle. DONT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

Have had a great buying experience with Chris who has filled in for Katherine.he has gone over everything with me thoroughly and fully.explained the different vehicle choice to me with the features to them as well. Also enjoyed my finally signing process with Michael.
