They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed and we were well taken care of. I have never been more confident in an auto shop! Fair, honest, and respectful! Couldn t recommend more. The best experience!!

We took our truck to Campbell Auto Repair due to coolant leaking from the engine. After dropping it off on Monday, February 5th, we were promised a diagnosis and an estimate. On Tuesday, February 13th (9 days later), we received a $500 quote for repairs, which we approved. However, on February 14th, when we inquired about the progress, we were informed of a $1000 additional charge due to a labor time error. Feeling disappointed, we opted to seek services elsewhere. Instead of a simple apology for the inconvenience, they charged us a $145 diagnostic fee.

Had general repair and upgraded the hot rod there. These guys know their stuff, and do great work. I've run their prices by members of my car club and they tell me they are a bargain. I trust my daily driver and my collector car with them.

I found these guys after I had a bad experience with a different car shop. I ve never switched after, I only bring my cars here now. They are the fastest and most honest car shop. Not only that but they are much much cheaper !!! The guys are really friendly and super flexible on pickup and drop off times! I would be very cautious taking your vehicle to Campbell s. I took my van in for a routine oil change and a diagnostic for an engine rattle before a long trip. They diagnosed my engine rattle as being caused by a broken engine mount, then also said I needed a new master cylinder in my brake system or my brakes would fail. I gave them the green light on these repairs. After picking it up, my van s brakes locked 2 miles down the road and I had to call a tow truck, missed an important event that night. They fixed the repair they had messed up, and I discovered the next day that the engine was still rattling. I was out $1400 and had not had the original issue fixed. I took my van to Ian s Honda and Acura and they quickly diagnosed the engine rattle as being caused by the timing belt, and also found another broken engine mount that Campbell s had ignored. I would not recommend Campbell s for anything other than basic routine maintenance.

So I have used Campbell s Auto Repair 3 times now . This time the Jeep was over heating and they figured it out quickly. Intake manifold gasket . I left it with them Wednesday evening and it was done by Thursday afternoon. Once again great services . I am very pleased with Campbell s Auto Repair!!

My power steering pump went out. I was given an estimate by text message and by email...AWESOME! I was able to see all the itemized proposal knowing they weren't gouging me with extras. Then gave me options of other work that needed to be done. LOL my right front wheel bearings was going out and was not added to the original estimate. Obviously I said yes. I highly recommend Campbell Auto Repair! They are very friendly, honest, and very reasonably priced. They call you and tell you everything that needs to be done and give you the amount before they do anything, and they send you the quote to look at as well! I have had the best experiences with Campbell's!! They are always very welcoming and complete the services quickly! They always go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly and at a fair price! They are one of my favorite things about Coweta!!
