Had a catalytic converter come apart on my Nissan Armada a couple days ago, took it in this morning and dropped it off. Robin called me in about 2 hours and said it was ready to pick up. It runs perfect now! Very fair price and great work also.I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!

I took my CTSV to BA muffler and to say I m happy is an understatement. My experience was great from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment the night before they had my car finished 6 hours sooner than expected! They have great customer service as well of excellent quality of work!I highly recommend BA muffler to any and all looking for exhaust work!

This place is fantastic. Not only did he give me a price up front and stuck to it without hidden fees, he also got it done in way less time than he originally estimated. He said show up at 2:15 and it'll take probably 45 minutes to an hour it took him about 25 minutes. If I need any work done on any of my other cars I will be coming back! They are very friendly here and easy to talk to.

Robin was great to work with! He told me straight up what to expect since I had a check engine light on that I was being told was just an O2 sensor. It was the catalytic converter. He was able to get me in and out in one day!

Hands down the best muffler/radiator shop in all of Oklahoma! Awesome customer service. Has done lots of work for me & I've never had one complaint. I send everybody I know to them & there equally as pleased. Great prices, great people. Highly recommended.

Pulled up on sat. morning to get replacement muffler installed, they got right on it. In and out in no time great job. Call ahead to make sure they have your muffler, i had to order the flowmastet for my tunbra because they didnt carry that particular one. Guys were friendly and did great work.

These guys take care of business! Over Christmas break, I stopped in and asked about getting an exhaust delete on my 2013 750i. He told me to bring it by tomorrow morning, and he'd get me in. When I showed up at 11am, they were covered up (completely full), and when I said I could just come back, he said "I promised you today - just leave it with me, and we'll get 'er done." Job done, as promised, and I'm in love with the new sound of my ride!

100% Satisfied. I took my car in to have an exhaust leak checked out. I was told it was most likely the flex pipe and the quote was $200. After online research i found that this was an extremely competitive price. I took my car in to have it fixed and received a call within 2 hours it was complete. When I picked it up the gentleman told me they did not have to replace the pipe and were able to fix it the way it was. I ended up spending $50 instead of $200. Very honest people that will get my business and referrals anytime.

Outstanding customer service! Had a difficult rust situation on a metal gas tank that I had tried to conquer on my own. Joe the owner help me and Saved me over $ 650.00 from having to buy a new one. I am grateful that I found this place and will look to them first in the future if needed again.Jeff

I brought in an old motorcycle gas tank to have it cleaned and coated because i was having trouble doing it myself. He was very honest about what it would cost if he were to take it on and had some great advice if I wanted to continue to try to get the job done myself and save some money. I really appreciated him sharing his experience with me. I would take any radiator problems I had to this shop without hesitation.

I spoke to young guy about upgrading my exhaust system on my old v6 mustang. We agreed on a price and talked about the whole system. After weeks of waiting on parts finally I got my car back and found out he only did the headers, cats and replaced the rear muffler. Now I could have got the parts for half the price he charge.... place is a total rip off.

Robin replaced my catalytic converters in my Nissan Xterra. He was very straightforward with me and did a great job. This was about 3 months ago and still running great.

they refused to schedule an appointment for a coolant system flush and said just bring it in the morning and pick it up 2-4 hours later. Dropped it off at 9 AM and called at 2:30 to see if it was ready, he said he couldn't find the antifreeze so i called the local NAPA that's like 1.5 miles away and let the radiator guys it was there. he quoted me 120-150$, when i get there he is trying to charge me more than he originally quoted me and i refused to pay the extra, i told him i would pay for the antifreeze i requested when i dropped it off and he did not. so he cussed at me and tried to blame the NAPA guy who had nothing to do with it and told me to take my truck and the keys are in it. it took them 6 1/2 hours to flush my system and not even fill it back up. worthless scumbags trying to scam people out of money, and he never would tell me why it took so long for him to get the antifreeze. i will never let anyone i know go there.

100% POOR. Stopped in to get a weld put back on the and exhaust pipe hanger. The owner waddled out looked at it stood up and said $40! I questioned him about the pricing for one small weld. He turned around and yelled "I don't want to do it". Interesting business model given that he had no other customers on the rack or waiting. Total DICK!

Was given a reasonable estimate over the phone. Showed up dressed very nicely, and the cost nearly doubled. Took truck to another shop and work was done for less than original quote (before price inflation). Very disappointed; won't be back.

Took a 5ton army truck radiator down there and talked with him and helped him get it patched, we talked about anything and everything the whole time and let me tell you, he's a great guy who knows his stuff. Old school car guy that knows what he's doing I'll recommend him and his service any day!!!
