Use them for a insurance claim repair. Although I had a horrible time dealing with the insurance company and the rental car company. Bill Knight collision did a excellent job repairing my F-250. They even saved my custom decals which actually impressed me and they helped me fish out something I dropped down the drainage ditch in their parking lot which I am really appreciative of.

I went to Bill Knight Collision Broken Arrow after a fender bender, my insurance referred me to them. I went in, it was a brand new place, very nice. I talked with Larry he was very nice, well mannered. He took a look at my car, outlined with a sharpie what needed to get fix.I told him if all possible I would love to get it back by Thursday, he said he would try.It was during the week of the new year.Every day I received a report about what my car was having done that day, sometimes I would get 2 reports about my car, which I really liked that. Also I could send them questions or concerns I had .I got a call saying my car would be ready on Monday that a part was stuck In Kansas, which I understood it being during covid and a Holliday.Received my car Monday, it look beautifulI was so happy, it looked like it have never been hit. They also cleaned it out for me and vacuum. My car just looked perfect,like brand new again.

They were very quick and actually finished a day early. However my sticker on the side of my car is destroyed and no one mentioned it. I noticed when I picked up my vehicle and stopped for gas.

Took my car in for repairs, they seemed to do a great job. My repaired had some tire work that needed done but the guy wasn t in the shop when my car was. I was told they will call me to setup the appointment and that there is nothing wrong with it. So I called a few weeks after not hearing anything. I called and nobody answers the phone or returns call. Now fast forward to today, I just gave up trying to get ahold of somebody since I was told I could drive it with no issues. Now I had to get new tires and guess what that RIM is recommended not to drive on it.

This morning my husband got into an accident on the road and his car was totaled during collision with the animal , his air bag was deployed as well on impact . The guy who was so kindly towing our car said he couldn t take it to the location that was on hand because they weren t taking in any cars they said , while my husband was on the phone with the driver he was talking to a young lady who was working there and he asked if he could drop the vehicle at this location and the lady literally LAUGHED WHILE WE WAS OTP , like who does that ? Customer service was freaking terrible especially for her to laugh at the situation when it s not a laughing matter , I hope this lady gets fired for her incompetence behavior I do not recommend giving or using this facility never ever again also if I could give this a no star I definitely would .

Tuesday around 10 am, I drove to Bill Knight Collision in Broken Arrow to get an estimate for my F150 that was rear ended the day before . Was told I should have the estimate by end of the day. Nope. After I checked my SPAM folder, I called late Wednesday to make sure they had the correct email address. Still no word. So I called again Thursday to ask when they might get the estimate to me. "I'll pass the message along," is the response. It's Friday now and I've asked to speak with the person in charge and to have them call me back within an hour. I guess this place doesn't really need any more business. So my suggestion is find a place that does want your business.

Bill knight collision was awesome to work with getting my truck repaired. Braden Wajda did a fantastic job keeping me updated daily on my repairs. Braden was extremely friendly and very detailed during the process. I would definitely recommend Bill Knight collision to anyone needing repairs. Brandon Wadja and the receptionist were both polite & helpful. We received daily text messages on how the repair was going & were informed quickly when our vehicle was ready for pickup. Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not use Bill Knight or Progressive insurance. Neither one cares about you or your vehicle. I will be bringing my vehicle back to see if they will fix the repair job they did.

Everything about the repair process was smooth. I was late to my drop off due to weather. No issues. They answered my questions and kept me updated on the repair process. Finished on the early end of their estimate. When I came up pick up, I was told it was 2 deductibles but my adjuster had told me one was waived. It's always a waiting game with the adjuster. They took it upon themselves to contact their person at my insurance to see if they could get an answer faster. They did and everything was figured out. Great attitude from everyone from drop off to pick up. Thank you for making it so easy even with a hiccup.

Dylan, is the manager there and he worked really diligently and hard and fast and respectfully on my vehicle to get it up and out of the shop. However some of the things that came up and he went above and beyond his call of duty. When I first went in I met a Rude young man who wanted to do work I didn't want, after I refused and explained why I didn't need one bumper replaced was because the other black bumpers would be a different color, he then said if you don't do it our way you can go somewhere else. I asked for a Manger and he agreed with me so I told them what I wanted and dropped off the suv. When I picked it up some of the work was not done .became full. I met the district manager today and this is what he said. Now they say 3300.00 to mix paint to repaint too very small areas about the size of a quarter. I feel like a fool and I will never do business with them again. Ladies becareful.

I made a quick stop to see how much it would cost to get marks off my car from scraping the side. Daniel remembered me from the time a dog ran into my car and had to have repair, months before. He (and the work done) was great then and great today, when he walked in...grabbed some spray... and cleaned it right up. In the past 40 years, I've used another local repair shop, and thought I was pleased, but Daniel at Bill Knight, has won me over.

It s stressful enough when your car is damaged and dealing with the process of getting it fixed can be a hassle. After meeting with Daniel from the Broken Arrow Collision Center I knew they were the right place for the work I needed. The car is not even a year old with less than 5,000 miles and my concern was having it fixed and still looking new. Daniel went over the entire process and kept me informed of every step, he answered all my calls, every question and dealt with the getting payment from the person at fault. It is hard to find good customer service, Bill Knight has someone who is willing to go above that and provide exceptional service with Daniel! Had an accident in late January and the other party s insurance which is a smaller company, was not easy to navigate. The staff at the auto repair shop helped so much in getting my car repaired and pushing financial concerns from that insurance company. After a collision, I took my car to Bill Knight Collision, in Broken Arrow. The professional service was stellar! I took my car in on Monday and it was completely restored to like new by Wednesday! Larry and the team there were super helpful, they kept me informed at every stage of the process. They completely handled the details with my insurance company. It was stress-free! I highly recommend them!

After 3 attempts at fixing my car from a side-swipe, three of the parts are painted three different colors from each other. The car was sent back twice to have the headlights adjusted. The passenger side headlight no longer works and the drivers side is pointing at the ground 8 feet in front of the car. They painted over clear coat peeling and didn't paint all of the bumper until I complained to my insurance company. It took them two weeks to paint my bumper and reattached it after it came apart after their install. The list goes on and on. If you want a body shop to do less than the minimum, want to wait weeks for a day's worth of work and like lousy quality workmanship this is the place to go. They have had my car for over two weeks! They have told me on 3 separate occasions that my car will be ready tomorrow and my car still isn't ready. I was given excuses from covid caused people to not get work, parts are delayed, and their people not ordering parts in time is human error. I get all of that, but they are unwilling to help in any way. The parts delayed, the human error, the time frame taking so long is just what it is. They even admitted to me that they forgot to order a part 10 days ago. They could not care less. I had a great experience with the bill knight in Tulsa last time my car got damaged. This one will make me go somewhere else if I get put in this situation again! Do not let them waste your time on your car repairs!!Service: Body & Trim
