Had my wife's car for about 6 weeks and Robert Hawley was not in communication with us or our insurance about what was going on or taking so long and when asked just said they were waiting on parts every time. We decided to take our car to a different place and when we went to pick it up nothing had been done on the car, they killed a brand new battery so we had to get it towed to the new place. On top of all of that they still charged us $600. Do not take your car here.

Robert and Jewels are the real deal. I have never been disappointed with the end result. If someone inadvertently backs into your car; this place is the best! My car smells brand new and I am amazed. Did they give me a 2019 by mistake? A+++++ Thank you,-Rob

I would give 10 stars if I could. I came in this place and they worked me in after I told them a date another place gave me. Said they would order the parts then, so they would be ready when I dropped my truck off. When the time came I dropped it off and asked how long they think it would take, she said "roughly 2 weeks, unless we find more damage". Well she called back and said there was more. I knew this way going to take longer. After 1 week they called and said it would be ready that following Tuesday and it was ready. The work was done great and I'm still shocked how fast they did the work. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Amazing businessServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I gave this company a 1 because when they were writing up the preliminary estimate, she told me that I'm not going to even finish it because I don't want to waste my time. That's very poor customer service because I took that as I don't have time for you. Yes, I had an older car and yes the estimate was going to be more than it's worth but the least you could do is finish it so I could give it to my insurance. I will never go there ever again!!!

Wow the rudest place I've ever encountered they said they were too busy and told the guy next to me they were not concerned with customer service. After he walked out.Then I tried to set an appointment she was unable to accomplish that with out condescending explaining how insurance worked. I just wanted an estimate. DON'T USE THIS PLACE

I had some hail damage repaired here in April. Fairly extensive damage as well. Sheila and Jules took such good care of me. My car was ready on time, and looked amazing when I picked it up. I'm so grateful for this business and the people who keep it going. Thank you.

Took my car here because my son had used Bethel twice for his car & they did a superb job both times on his car. So, I took my car here & was very impressed with communication of staff, performance of repair & quality of job. Would recommend this place to anyone needing repair work. I would go back also.

Phenomenal experience with a body shop. I was rear ended about a week before Christmas. I took my Nissan Frontier to Bethel Collision, and I was blown away by their commitment to great communication. I worked with Robert. He was spectacular. He called me multiple times keeping me informed on the project. They even went far above and beyond with a very aggravating situation with the rental car company. I highly recommend, and commend Bethel Collision.

I ended up not taking my van in for Bethel, but I still had a great experience that I felt was worth taking the time to submit a review. I spoke to a fantastic guy named Robert who spent 15-20 minutes on the phone talking to me. I called about my van and a bent frame. Robert was very honest with me and let me know all the details and what would be involved with this kind of repair. He didn t try to lead me to getting the frame fixed just to get my business. He let me know that he absolutely didn t mind doing the repair, but he didn t recommend it due to how old my van is and the high mileage. I truly appreciated his honesty and I will be using Bethel in the future when I need body work done.

Dang near totaled my Subaru. Mark shot me straight. Let me know six weeks, had it inside of a month. Looked BETTER than new. The BRZ had factory scratches all over it - long ones, too. Probably from shipping. The paint matched PERFECTLY, they cut the roof off of the car, put a brand new one on - you CANNOT tell. My father, a lifelong body-guy himself, said whoever did this loves their work and takes pride in it - when clean, it's practically a mirror.I would not only recommend Bethel Auto Body to anyone, but I would tell any Subaru owner simply don't shop around - go straight there. Talk to Mark. He'll give an honest estimate and your car will look, feel and function like it's brand new. I have never been more impressed with body work except at Car shows, and I've been to quite a few - and I can say, only a handful rival the work these guys did to make it look just like new. They kept their word and were fair on pricing and always kept in constant communication with me. Bethel is where you go, guys.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Robert a technician at Bethel Collision. Two weeks ago there was a plastic part on my front bumper that had popped out and needed repair. Robert looked at it and repaired it and he refused to let me pay for it saying that this was a fairly minor repair He encouraged me to come back if I needed any more work done in the future.It was encouraging to to visit a body shop that seemed to genuinely care for its customers. It was a little thing that spoke to me about the integrity of Bethel Collision Center. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need any work done on my vehicle.Respectfully,Mikel Cline

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jewels and Robert at Bethel Autobody!My repair was only about $700.00 but they treated my wife and I as though we had the biggest repair and were their only customer!Very impressed with their service and turn around time!Great job and impeccable service!Thank you Jewels, Robert and Bethel Autobody!We will be back whenever we need quality repairs on any of our vehicles!!!!

I first used Bethel over 20 yrs ago. When I found out I had a leaking sunroof, I drove by there, and they fixed it on the spot. No flashy sign, uniforms, or ikea desks - just good, honest, hard-working people whose aim is to do their best for you.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great experience with Robert at this body shop. He came out to look at my car with no appointment. He spent time checking everything even if he wasn't going to make any money on my car if I decided not to get it fixed. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism I received.

I came in after being hit by a school bus. The damage was the plastic bumper unhinging from the metal clips. The owner was working with me. He popped out his Spyderco and clicked everything back together. No charge. That's how you run a business, will return again if needed.

Very costly.. I only suggest taking your vehicle here, if you absolutely want your car totally redone.. they would only fix, if I was willing to pay for the whole car.. just getting it running again wasn't an option with them. Plus their "labor costs" are higher than I've seen in the Tulsa area (and I've been to many car shops in Tulsa area).

If I could give a zero star I could. We had an appointment set to take our vehicle in, and if we liked them we had three other vehicles that we were going to use them as the mechanic for those cars. When I called to ask a question about our appointment already made, the lady found our appointment and said everything was good. Then they guy, who I believe is the owner got on the phone and said we didn't have an appointment (the Insurance and myself both set it up), he acted as if I was lying and said "we never lose paperwork, you didn't call" and this was right after the lady had just confirmed our appointment. He continues to get rude with me and treated me very disrespectful. Needless to say, they lost 4 cars' business. Plus I hear they are TERRIBLE at their work. I hear cars leave looking worse than when they came in and that they don't return calls. I believe it all. DONT GO TO BETHEL!!!

After being thrown to the wolves, I thought, might as well as I pulled into the 4th shop of the day. So glad I did! Carmella & Sheila were super welcoming & so so helpful! They answered all of my questions & gave me honest advice. Feeling at ease after doing business with them. Definitely recommend!

The workers are not very professional and only wants your businesses but doesn't stand by their words to commit to the lifetime guarantee. Paint job on my car went bad after a year and they refuse to honor the lifetime guarantee. If you are looking for a place with NO integrity and honesty this would be the place.

My son ran over a 4x6 on 412 in Tulsa. Insurance repair. 2 Months later we moved to Houston. I have spent an additional $1900 to fix the repair that Bethel did. The mechanic said the repair was done in a hurry but not correctly. If I was you I would RUN!!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Highly recommend Bethel Auto Body and Mike Brown!! They treat you like family and my vehicle looked better after the repair than it looked prior. I ll always get any auto body repairs done here in the future. Ask for Mike Brown!!! A+ service!!

Very slow service. Took my vehicle in. Told it would take 3 days. It was 8 days before I got my vehicle back. And in the interim I could not get a return call back. Do realize this is a small shop. If you wanting your vehicle back in a timely manner - look somewhere else.

By far the most terrible service I've had in my life. The adjusters are crooks! They kept my vehicle for almost 2 months and then decided they couldn't make enough money off the deal then gave me my vehicle back with a hole cut in the passenger door! They have zero standards or morals. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I just got my truck back from their shop and it was put back together flawlessly!!! They gave me a lifetime warranty on the repairs and went above and beyond to help us with the insurance hassles. I definitely recommend!!!

I am sad I have to give them a star, instead of lower. I chose Bethel because they promised me a turn time of 4-5 days but my car was in their shop for 15 days. They never called to say it would be longer, NO communication. The receptionist said I hadn't gotten calls due to FRANK being deathly ill but when I picked up the car Frank said he had been out of town. I asked for a break on the cost because of the number of days they had my car and I had to rent a car, the answer was a Flat NO. Once I picked up the car there was still damage over the back wheel well that had not been touched or addressed. Inside, the car had a layer or two of dust on all the windows and mirror. This was my 3rd car I have taken them in our family in an 8 year period of time but I WILL NEVER USE THEM again. Very disappointing because I gave them plenty of chances to make this right. The do not care about repeat business.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. My brand new gmc 2500 was taken in for warranty work on some flaking paint and these clowns was somehow given the keys to my truck to fix it .... picked it up with a chip right out of the piece that you could not miss.... so using my truck for business I had to reschedule with the dealer ship to redo their shorty ass work and before I could even get it back it started flaking off . My truck has been in their possession since last Thursday on this minor touch up and they can't even give the dealership a straight answer on when it's going to be done! Here's how I sum it up- A bunch of dumb asses that have little skills and I will never let them work on my truck I will request that my truck go to another body shop if ever a event occurs.

Have brought 3 cars to be fixed here and have always gotten a good job. And they are very friendly and finish on time, never a issue with them .busy street in front of them can make it difficult to get into their tiny parking lot
