My truck looks decent. That's best part. But from beginning all the way to the end there wasn't much communication. I got my truck back dirty and no one ever went over my repairs or walked me out to my truck to go over anything. Just not professional. I've heard great things about this place from friends. Just disappointed.

Beware, Beware, Beware. After waiting a month to get an appointment, they took 5 weeks to fix a dent in a door. They used many excuses, waiting on parts, waiting on insurance company, it s difficult to paint etc. Communication from A-1 was nonexistent. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn t pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn t have my car because I didn t bring it in.At delivery the car s interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn t have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn t want this review to get too long.There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere

I speak very highly of this body shop. They not only got get me in but gave me a very reasonable price compared to a different body shop. The professionalism is outstanding and it speaks for themselves. The team did incredible work on my car. There work ethic is no joke getting my car fixed the same week it was dropped off. As a customer I m very pleased with the end product that I received.Jr and the team I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Excellent service, in fact in my humble opinion a benchmark of what service should be. I was already stressed from having made a stupid mistake and hitting a pole. Since I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I definitely recommend them for any future repairs. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

A-1 Auto Body & Services is open Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; we are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but have a key drop available for our customers to utilize when dropping off their vehicle during non business hours.We are still the same family owned and operated business in Broken Arrow, but we re still working on gaining access to our Google listing and website. So please be patient with us as we update these things so that we may better serve our community!

I needed a small part for my car to be painted and I was treated as if I had a large job getting done. They were courteous, helpful, and reasonably priced. They took care of my small project very quickly and did a great job on it. The atmosphere inside the lobby was a bonus. It is full of race car memorabilia!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The team that works here is Awesome! I am in the process of getting my car worked on but already they have really impressed me. When I got to the shop there was a lady there picking up her vehicle that they had worked on and she was just ecstatic with how professional the team was and how well of a repair job they had done on her vehicle, I knew then I had chosen the right place! While I was waiting I was offered a cold beverage and treated exceptionally well! The gentleman that did my free estimate gave me a very reasonable price to get the damage fixed on my car and as soon as I get paid I will be taking my car to get repaired!

I spoke with Matt on the phone. He was extremely nice, very informative. When I dropped my car off everyone at A-1 was so friendly and helpful. They went over my insurance with me, went over what they thought was going to need repairs in detail, etc. Matt told me my car would be ready by the following Tuesday. During the repair process he contact me to let me know how things were progressing, which I appreciated. He called me Tuesday around lunch time to let me know my car would be ready that evening. When I got there my car looked brand new again and they had even detailed it for me. They did an amazing job and were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and will most definitely recommend.

So about a decade ago, A-1 repaired some front end damage for me and did a great job. So naturally, when I had some repairs I needed done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I thought of them and scheduled an appointment for an estimate.I arrived a little early and a nice, polite gentleman came out and asked me if anyone had helped me. I replied no, but I was a tad early. He went and found the estimator (I don't know his name since he didn't bother to introduce himself) who then inspected my Jeep and went back inside. I waited inside for a few minutes and then the estimator came back out and yelled out the amount it cost to fix my Jeep and practically threw the estimate into my hand. He then, very shortly, told me I'd have to call back to speak to someone else to schedule my repair, but that "she" was out to lunch and pointed at her office. He didn't bother to tell me who "she" was. When I stepped toward this unidentified woman's office to see maybe a name plate or some sort of information to identify whom I need to speak to, he snapped "she's at lunch!". The estimator then scurried back to his office, despite the fact that I had questions.So I was left there, standing in A-1's front area by myself, no one around to answer questions, with an estimate in my hand, and instructions to call back at an unspecified time to speak to an unidentified woman to schedule a repair for some unknown date the following month.I don't appreciate driving across town to have my time wasted and to be treated with such blatant disrespect. If A-1 didn't want my business, they should've just told me when I called to make the appointment and declined to perform the estimate. Needless to say, I won't be patronizing this business in the future.

I had my truck set up to be fixed for hail damage here but changed my mind after speaking with Carrie.I'm not into being talked down to.I'm not sure if it's a bad work environment or if it's just her- but I don't trust a 70k truck in their possession.

These guys are great. My son recommended them so I went on that. They quoted the lowest price for the repair I got. Since I drive a Lexus I had some reservations! Well that a all went away when I saw the finished repair, it was perfect, good as new. They are the nicest people and the contact person I dealt with kept me informed of the progress. Added bonus...final cost less than they quoted! Unusual as many times it'll be higher. I highly recommend this business.

I was definitely impressed with A-1 Auto Body!! From the first phone call to set-up my appointment. To driving off in my vehicle. Matt Lewis took care of me from start to finish. Very down to earth and a family man, so he was very genuine!! I dropped my vehicle off Monday as they were closing and they had it ready by Wednesday at noon. They had my baby looking brand new inside and out. I will definitely recommend A-1 Auto Body to my family, friends and co-workers. Amazing job guys! Thank you again and blessed!!

2013 October -- Updated: Matt and the guys did a great job on a warranty part that failed. They even tracked down the information for the insurance company guarantee on the labor. Had my car repairs done by the next day, no charge. Awesome job, guys!2011 September -- Updated: Great, professional service. My PT had major front end damage this time, and Matt and his crew got her fixed up better than new. She looks awesome again, perfect paint match, no squeaks, no problems, and I'm back on the road. Thanks guys!2010 December: Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. These guys were very kind and helpful last summer when I brought my car to them for a scuff on my bumper. They were able to buff most of it out on the spot and didn't charge a thing. I was rearended a few weeks ago by a big truck--the trunk on my PT Cruiser convertible was crushed, and the top of the bumper looked like it had been through a cheese grater. I knew these guys would care and do a good job. They made my car look awesome again quickly. Perfect match on the color, and the body work looks great. I highly recommend this shop.

I came here to get a headlight repaired from an accident. I went to look at the animals in the back, one of which is being starved to death. I brought this up to the owner and he threatened to fine me for touching his things. A child could get bitten by the foot long lizard back there, the cages aren t locked. There are no signs saying don t touch or anything along those lines.

After using A1 Body for multiple visits, I can honestly say that I would never consider taking our vehicles anywhere else. The people that work there really are top notch, both in their knowledge and in their courtesy and professionalism. Every single experience I have had at A1 has been a positive one. I have probably had five visits in the past three years with various vehicles that needed body repair. They even went out of their way for me when I stopped by on my way to work. I had bolts come loose from under my van, making a large piece of the underside drag the ground when I drove. They had me fixed up and on my way within 10 minutes. I am loyal to A1 and recommend them to anyone who is in the Tulsa, OK area! Thanks A1!

So be careful with this place. Someone walked in and they gave him ALL of my documents without asking for his credentials in which he is not a lawyer. And then proceeded to talk about my account on top of that say I owe more than what I have documented. Be careful with this company my lawyer is filing for a lawsuit as of 9am 11/23/2021. Be careful is all I have to say about this company on top of that they mess your vehicle up even more than before. I only owed 950 and here they are taking 1300.00 I have proofService: Body & Trim

Rude customer service had a simple question without having my car towed there and back if they could give me an estimate on re applying my front bumper. Most shops would have an ideal of what's needed and when explained I don't want to spend 300$ on roqing cost if I could get an ideal ball park on the fix she was rude and said "I don't know what your Epping " it was a simple question I was expecting a ideal amount in this economy without spending more money on towes

Terrible experience. Demanded they take my insurance check over my personal. Would not give me my car back until doing so. Just because the insurance was written for more than what they quoted. Terrible management and representatives.

While the staff here is very great and friendly, when it comes to body work and repair from a wreck they will not do their part and do anything in their power to make sure all of the parts arrive as fast as possible. Any other shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with has went above and beyond, calling, checking and making sure they were doing everything possible in their power to get my car back to me as fast as possible. This shop? Friendly people, nice interior, but they don't do their part in calling and checking on parts or notifying the customer about the status.

Matt and the whole crew at A-1 were nothing short of exceptional with my entire experience start to finish. They were up front and had great communication on all the work my car needed. They went above and beyond to make sure all my expectations were met and would highly recommend to anyone looking for paint and body work.

This place is great!! The communication was spot on. No surprises. I got a phone call for an additional charge of only $60!! Most places add all that up and surprise you in the end!! Not here. I will recommend this place to anyone needing air body work. Not to mention the detail shop next door detailed my car when it was finished and it looks better then brand new. I love this place!!
