I called the store to see if they had a cap I needed for my truck, they said they had two universal caps. I came by and they let me try both universal caps, neither fit but they were great to work with and very helpful.

Very well run place and staff. Had bolt splitter I needed at fair price, in stock and it did the job.

Never have what I need, and was closed early at 8:30pm glad it wasn t an emergency parts run, ridiculous

Henry and the staff were fantastic. They had my parts pulled and got me fixed up and on my way. Very personable. Josh had taken my order two days ago and everything was great.

Don't normally shop at oreilly's for my car care needs... I'm just a napa kinda girl but they did have some really cool items there though.

Great staff, always helpful. Got to be patient with new help though. Only time I ordered a part that took 3 attempts to get it right.

Walked in with battery. Waited till customer in front of me was taken care and the man behind counter never even acknowledged I was in store. So I walk to batteries in front of man behind counter, still nothing. Then more customers walk in behind me and what do u know he starts helping them out instead of me. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. Go to NAPA if u want to feel like a company cares

Friendly staff will go beyond just customer service. They actually care and take the time to help you even if it means coming out to your car and getting there hands dirty to help.
