Dylan was my salesman. He was extremely patient, professional, and honest. I also had the opportunity to speak with Chris, the sales manager, and Lucas, the General Manager. Both were extremely easy to talk to and willing to assist in anyway possible. I am happy to have done business with Mainer Auto Sales. Would recommend 10/10

I had the Absolute BEST experience EVER at any car dealership at MAINER Bristow! Calvin and Lucas were Top Notch! Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and got us the BEST deal around! Do not buy from them or you will end up with a lemon!Here's the story:In February, my spouse and I went to Mainer to buy a car. We ended up purchasing the Nissan Leaf that they had. The car was not fully charged when we test drove it, so they said to leave it, and they would deliver it the next morning. They did that. HOWEVER, when we got the car it said that the full battery was only 38 miles!!! It would not charge more than that. The charger they gave us for the car didn't work, and when we told them about the issue they said "no, no, the 38 miles is not the distance of the battery but rather..." some other excuse that I don't remember. They said so many times "we don't specialize in electric cars. we just got it because we thought it was cool." And then they tried to explain away all the problems. When we bought the car, we asked for something in writing saying that we could return it within a week if something was wrong with it, but we never got that email. Even though we asked over 4 times. We obviously wanted to return the car but we couldn't even drive it back to Mainer because it would have died!!! In fact, it almost died after I tried driving it to and then from work. I made it to a charging station with just 3 miles left on the car. They eventually picked up the car from our house.So we got a new car from them, the Hyundai Veloster. We didn't bring either car to a mechanic, because our mechanic was in Tulsa. But they said we could have them look at it, and if it didn't work we could return it. So, we had the mechanic look at it after buying it, and it needed over $2500 worth of repairs that seemed to be "covered up." The check engine light went on the day after we bought it! Mainer said, we can help with some of the costs for repairing it. As if I hadn't lost all my trust in them. Also, why should I be responsible for any of those costs? They should have been repaired or mentioned at the time of purchase when we asked if anything was wrong with the car.We called them to try to return this car, and they said we had to wait a week and a half because their finance person was on vacation.We finally returned the car, but it was an absolute nightmare. Between the two lemons, and the fact that the car salesman took FOREVER to do anything, the manager who seemed annoyed at our frustration, and the salesman who was chewing dip the entire time (which is just disgusting), I would not recommend buying a car through Mainer.

This dealership worked wonders to help me finance a car. Everybody was extremely friendly and the salesman Dylan made the whole process very easy. Finance guys did a great job as well! Can t say enough good things!

Bought a 2017 F150 from Mainer Ford. Gavin worked with me on the phone to set up the deal as I live an hour and a half away. He and the staff there made my purchase completely hassle free! The best buying experience for a vehicle I have ever had! I recommend Gavin and Mainer Ford as the place to go to buy a new vehicle!

I purchased a 2016 ford escape there. Paid 14,471 in cash. They said they checked it out by the service and was all good to go. Turns out I had to pay them 1000 to replace parts that didn t even matter like the BCM and extra key. Turns out it also has failed head gaskets and a bad catalytic converter. These people didn t want to do anything other than tell me to use it for a trade in. This place is your stereotypical car lot that will screw you over.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa and Lucas Montgomery was my salesman. He was very friendly and had a familiarity to him. Everyone I encountered was friendly and patient. I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience at Mainer Auto.

I had a great experience with the sales consultant, Noah Brenden. He was very thorough at his work and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable as we waited for loan processing. We bought our 2021 Mustang there and we have zero regrets as we were shopping around. Hands down great service and great people. Dan and Bill were also very helpful! I recently Purchased A 2006 Ford F350 with 145,000 miles from Mainer Auto Sales and within three months my vehicle has broken down four different times in which I had to pay out of the pocket three of those times until I reached out to use my extended warranty, which covered me for 24 month 24,000 miles took the truck into the Ford dealership Were they determined The IFCM Was bad they fix the problem, but said there were quite a bit of more things wrong and they were going to reach out to the extended warranty to see if they would cover the repairs. The extended warranty People ended up sending out an inspector, who then report it back to the extended warranty people that my truck have been modified, and that alone voted by warranty in fact, they said if they even knew of the modifications, they would not have covered the truck at all now I am stuck with a truck that doesn t work that I have to make payments on and Mainer Auto Sales will not respond or answer my phone calls or if they do answer, they put me on hold and hang Up. I gave up my race car in which i ve spent tons of money on for them to give me a truck that I can t even use not to mention another vehicle plus cash money down now I m stuck with the vehicle that I can t even drive and all I m asking for is help and no one is even giving me that not even a response !!!! SMH Definitely not the way to treat a customer

I had an amazing experience today at Mainer Ford. I knew I wanted an SUV. Joe was very great with helping me choose which one. I didn't feel any pressure like you do at other dealerships. Then it was time for paperwork and I met Dylan. He was great at explaining everything. I felt like the process was fast compared to other dealerships I have dealt with.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle to replace our 2016 F150, as we have purchased a toy hauler RV and needed something slightly larger with which to pull it across the country. We found the perfect vehicle on Mainer Ford's website. The level of hospitality and service that we received upon arrival was unmatched by any other dealer we had ever been to. They were very very fair with our trade-in. They did everything in their power to make the car-buying process easy and simple. We cannot say enough good things about Jason Ball, Scott Lawrence, and the rest of the crew at Mainer Ford of Bristow. We love our new F350 and cannot wait for our first trip! Thanks again for such a pleasant experience. We will be sending all of our friends and family to Mainer Ford as well!!!

I respect the appeal of hometown and honest straight forward people. Mainer Ford of Bristow is just that, it s your local home town dealership filled with great folks who know product and know people. Big shout out to everyone from service to management. Chris Batey is the guy you wanna call if you need a slick new ride if he ain t got it I bet he finds it.
