What great service!!! Jamey and his son, Jeremy were extremely helpful. My wife and I were traveling to WY from TX for my mother's birthday and small heart procedure, when my truck's engine froze just outside Boise City, OK. After a long night and an amazing towing service, I reached out in the morning looking for parts and advice, and Jamey went above and beyond to help me out. He confirmed my worst fear that my 2019 Ram was toast!! He wrote up his findings so that I would have a record for the dealership that changed my oil a few days prior. (Missing/loose oil drain plug!). Even after all of their help, Jamey and his son offered to hold onto my keys and watch after my Ram so that I could finish my road trip. They even helped with passing the keys off to the vehicle hauler that picked up my Ram for its journey back to the dealership. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the helpfulness, expert advice, and above all their compassion. I will reach out and say hi every time I travel through town! Go Bless!!

Was broke down and they came to my rescue my father is dying and they got us in and getting us fixed up even though they were busy highly recommended them

We drove into town on a Sunday night with the car telling us the alternator was no longer working. Monday morning we called around Boise City and surrounding towns looking for someone who could fix an alternator on a 2006 BMW. That's not a car where shops have parts in stock for the most part.The guys at Carquest/Red&Sons took great care of us. They told us they didn't have the alternator to fix our car, but they checked our electrical system to confirm the alternator was the problem, then they charged our battery to ensure we had as much juice as possible for our run to Guymon to a mechanic who could do the work.They guys were great. First thing on a Monday morning, and they fit us in right away, were very up front with what they could and could not do, explained what was going on, and took great care to ensure the battery was fully charged before sending us out on the road.These guys were really good to us, and we really appreciate their help and service. I would definitely have my car fixed at Red's shop if I had a future need.Good people.

We broke down traveling home to Louisiana from Washington. This shop was amazing and did everything they could to get us back on the road. Excellent customer service, great mechanics, and great people. Anyone looking for a shop in Boise City Ok, go to these guys and they ll get you back on the road. Thank y all

We broke down on our way to Albuquerque and Jeremy and Jaimie did everything they could to get us back on the road. They gave us fantastic direction and options when the part we needed wasn t available. Wonderful kind people. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were passing by Boise City when we experienced a problem with our car. We pulled into Red and Sons Auto at near closing time. Despite the late arrival, everyone there put their best effort into diagnosing the issue and coordinating the rapid delivery of the parts needed to complete the job. Kudos to Jeremy Richardson and the entire team for their kindness and professional work. We were on our way as soon as possible with our car repair completed all thanks to Red and Sons Auto.

I called in ahead of time to see if whoever answered the phone could solve my problem. I was told they could and all I had to do was stop in. The man was very polite and respectful, he knew what he was talking about with no question, and I'm a better person for stopping there. Thank you for dealing with me and my rotors.

These guys helped me out when my power steering was weak. Helped to remove fluid so they could add stop-slip. Great family business!
