I love this location! The employees are young but that doesn t stop them from being eager to help and provide excellent customer service. I just spoke with Carson on the phone and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I won t hesitate to always use this location!

Make sure they do not clear your check engine light. They did this without asking me when I asked them to read it. Now I can't get my car serviced despite the fact it's under warranty.

I ordered a power steering pump pulley in and it did not come in after I was told 3 different times it would be here. They reordered it in and then had a bad attitude. The lady that waited on me would not listen to what I had to say and kept over talking me. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. It is worth the drive to AutoZone in Newcastle.

Oreillys In Blanchard is simply some of the best service I ve ever seen in a small town establishment . The employees are very professional , stay busy and always serve with a smile . I grew up in this town and when I need parts I come here because of all the great people and outstanding service . Im so proud of B-Towns little part store !

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I own a BMW. They don't know much about the BMW life style but didn't have a problem going as far as to even getting on Google to help. They went above and beyond. Awesime parts store with great employees. And NO I do not work there. I'm an actual customer.

Suspected a bad battery and Jacobey confirmed within a few minutes. He helped me with the battery selection and even performed the install. Phenomenal service and much appreciated.

I had a tire that was leaking air loudly, I went in to buy a jack and asked if I could change my tire in their parking lot. A young lady I think Sadie? Asked if I would like help, the changed my tire for me. That is great customer service!!

Worst service I have ever seen at an O'Reilly. A bunch of kids and their friends hanging out and 1 older guy waiting on the customers.

Has to be the worst parts store ever .use the extra gas and drive to okc or chickasha..you will save your self alot of headaches
