Went to go get my first paid vehicle with no credit and ran into some problems but thanks to Mark Russell and the rest of the knippelmier Chevrolet team I was able to get into a nice 2024 Chevrolet Trax. They got me into a vehicle in less than 2 hours and was able to help me get a loan. Thank you employees of knippelmier and my mom for getting me into my first vehicle.

After 20 years of doing business with this company unfortunately I am having to look elsewhere. This use to be my go to dealership for my new vehicle and service needs, NOT ANYMORE. I have been trying for the last 3 months to get some answers and an appointment with a problem on my Silverado. I understand that Covid changed everything but it's 2024, time to get with the program. I have been blown off 3 times now. This is very irritating that they don't seem to value their longtime customers anymore. I quit having my vehicle serviced there over a year ago because it was impossible to get worked in. I never thought I would have to deal with this with this company but apparently I do. I will be doing business elsewhere.

I am so happy with my experience with the sales and finance team. Mike Raby worked hard to find the car I wanted and was involved in helping me get financed. Working with a locally owned dealership makes a huge difference. They are respectful, no pressure, and they keep their word. My first pickup when I turned 16 was bought at Knipplemier. 31 years later I'm still a customer. Go see Johnny Tucker, he'll take care of ya!

At 27 years old, I live behind this dealership in a 700k home and showed up in a 75k car with an excellent credit score and debt to net (I'm literally a finance guy) to look at a C8 corvette. I was told I couldn't even look inside the vehicle or test drive it because they did not consider me a "serious buyer" and would have to ask the manager if I could "potentially" look. As he was talking to his manager for 5-10 minutes, I waited only to have him come back and tell me they still did not consider me a serious buyer. I'm guessing they thought there was no chance a young Hispanic kid (also a veteran) could afford something like that. ....... Good job on losing out on a $90,000 sale. I can promise you. Someone else will take my poor little Pesos.Before you try to rattle off," are you sure it was us?" yes. I was there at 2 pm 25FEB23. You can check your cameras.The only result I hope this review gets is even one less sale for you guys. Your staff that has only managed to make it to car salesmen in their entire life have clearly made so much they don't need these sales.I'll see you guys through the windows of one of my cars, including a Corvette soon, as I drive to work or go to El Tepeyac to grab a burrito.- Jessie HoffI came back with my 120k escalade instead.Always going to be your newest review. I bought a new Tahoe recently and had a great experience working with Johnny Bell and all the folks at Knippelmier. I was able to order the truck and buy it for MSRP which normally would chap my hide but in this day and age where many dealers are marking prices up, it was a good fair deal. It arrived a few months later which was actually earlier than I expected based on what I'd read on online.I took it back last week to have running boards installed that weren't available when it shipped from the factory. They got me in and out very quickly. Only bad thing was I left behind a favorite coffee mug. Too far to drive back, I reluctantly decided I'd have to get a new one. And then it showed up in the mail the next day. That's awesome!I had heard that Knippelmeir Chevrolet had excellent service and fair pricing and they did not disappoint. If you want a Chevy, you'll be hard pressed to do better than these guys.

I have had a few dealings with Knipplemier through a couple missed attempts, the purchase of 2 vehicles, and some service. They pride themselves on being a fair hometown dealership and their prices reflect the fair deal they are willing to make. I was once told by their salesman that I was too sophisticated of a buyer and needed to look elsewhere. I suppose if knowing exactly what I want and how much I m going to pay for a vehicle based on rigorous research makes me sophisticated I ll take it. We love Kyle Hogland who is definitely a 5-Star salesperson because he s knowledgeable, personable and a great mediator. Unfortunately he has since moved to a dealership in Paul s Valley because there weren t enough vehicles to sell at Knipplemier unfortunately it s true. Their lot is sad and vehicles are scarce!The service department is competent, compassionate and work hard for their customers but can be slow at times due to availability of parts. When it comes to service ambassadors, TRUST ME when I say, Ask for MIKE SHAW !! I ve never known a service guy who is more honest and will work harder to get you back on the road faster! Wow! This guy would give you the shirt off his back if he could!! Add to the mix their service manager Bob (the Oz) and 5-Star diesel mechanic Mike Brewer if you have a Duramax, this is the place to come!!!Overall, they could do a lot to be better but I will do business with them again.

We bought a '57 Ford Fairlane 500 from Knippelmier a couple of weeks ago. We had to drive 17 hours to pick it up, but it was well worth the trip. Larry, Peggy, and Colton met us after hours (9pm) as we arrived behind schedule, did all of the paperwork, and were very helpful loading the car on the trailer and making sure we were set for the return trip. We highly recommend this great dealership, especially for their excellent customer service! Thanks for a great buying experience!

Absolutely a great crew!!! My experience was top notch no issues at all. Mike Raby is an awesome salesman he helped and answered ever question we had and was very knowledgeable. The over process we smooth even the financing part the gentleman was quick and to the point and explained everyone through the process. I would definitely recommend knippelmier Chevrolet to anyone in the market and need services.

I decided to do business with Knippelmier Chevrolet based on other customer s satisfaction who have purchased vehicles here. They had exactly what I was looking for in a truck. Searched numerous other dealers that did not have the options I was looking for on a truck. Very clean dealership. Salesman B. Phelps was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years from metro dealers. Going forward this will be my dealer of choice for trucks. Thank you for a pleasant vehicle buying experience.

I recently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 SLT from Knippelmier Chevrolet. First off, the entire staff at the dealership was very friendly. Jaime Jordan was the salesman that facilitated my transaction. There was zero pressure from anyone at the dealership to buy a vehicle. I felt that I was able to make the right decision without feeling pressured.
