Clean big shop and showroom. Large parts department. Everyone there treats the customers with the utmost respect. Since it is a family oriented business, you may take longer than expected at P&K because you are having such a nice experience.

Been in there 3 times to pick up parts for husband. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. They don t reply when you talk. They just act like they didn t hear you and like it s an inconvenience to help you. I went in gave name and said I need to pick up parts there should be 4 but possibly 6 cause husband was waiting for a call back to see if you had the other two They said NOTHING, went back, got a bag put it on the counter and said is that all? Nothing about the other parts (which weren t in the bag so I guess I was suppose to count parts instead of them answering about having them) They are not friendly AT ALL. If at all possible I go to another branch because of it.

Always recommend p&k for your john deere needs. Had a problem switch go out today and luckily they were open on a Saturday and got mine. Life saver

Great place to get John Deere equipment. They don't have it on hand they will look for it. If they find it they don't charge extra for the service.

Workers were drunk while on the clock, and couldn't seem to find the right part for a john Deere tractor bought from them not that long ago, and after talking to a few other local farmer's they have said the same thing about 2 of the workers having a slurred speech and then proceeding to tell me that my model number doesn't require the part but yet I can go to p&k in enid and bam they can find my part

Customer service was very poor. Was not will to help with finding a part. I will not be going there for any tractor or parts. I will never recommend them for tractors or parts
