Hands down the best O'Reilly store that I have even been to. Staff was so friendly. My vehicle broke down heading to TX coming from IA. Had it towed to O'Reilly. The staff so helpful and knowledgeable finally after 5 hrs waitng in the parking lot. Fixing fuel pump and fuel filter . We were back on the road..Thank you again Kenny and the manager Robert.

These guys at the Blackwell, Ok Oreily s really outdid themselves and went above and beyond on customer service one guy even brought tools after work and offered to help fix my car. We were unable to get it fixed he recommended a great mechanic the next day had my car towed there and left my battery there to be charged and tested another employee brought my battery to the mechanic shop on his break when it was done. I would give them a million stars if it were possible I will forever be grateful for these gentlemen!!

Knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. Give them the part and they'll make sure to find it. And if you need help they got options from installing wipers to reading codes. Overall great service.

Been doing business with Oreillys since my first time in Neosho Missouri. Some 30+ years ago. The folks at store 267 have always been good to me. My son in law purchased the wrong brake calipre assembly. So they fixed him up. Thanks all for helping him and his family out. He needs to get it fixed to get his wife to work.

Kids in there don't really know what the hell they are talking about. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with 3 workers stanfing around. Then i needed a bulb put in and they refused. Then i see them help 30's couples with bulbs. Very poor service. Very poor qualitt of people. Very poor management.

I always have a good experience at O'Reilly's #267. Went to pick up some side marker lights for my 2004 Sierra Z71. They had just what I was searching for.

I to have my car check sensor light came on I found the store clean and sales clerk was friendly help me out right away this was great I would definitely go back again I give it 4 stars
