I desperately needed my brakes and rotors replaced ASAP and went to 3 different auto shops, the Tire Barn had the best price, didn t ask me how much the other 2 shops quoted me, or ask me any snakey questions. I dealt with Chance, who, from the moment I walked in, was an absolute pleasure to the moment, picked up my car. Chance was honest, reliable, truthful to his word. The Price he quoted me was the same price he charged me.. which was significantly less than the two other shops PLUS I asked that they also do an oil change while doing my brakes/rotors (which was NOT something I inquired about or was included in the quotes from the two other shops) and it was still significantly less than the other two shops. I will, without a doubt be back to the tire barn for all my car needs, and I highly, highly, highly suggest especially if you re a female, who doesn t know much about cars, how much auto services cost, etc. go see Chance at the tire barn. He will take care of you in an honest, reliable, trustworthy manner. It is my hope the Tire Barn owner sees this review, because Chance deserves a major atta boy and a pat on the back- at MINIMUM, because he did a hell of a job , and he has secured my business from here on out Thanks again, Chance. I went to get a alignment expecting to have a good job but I dint my truck use to pull to the right when I let the wheel go so when I got my truck back did the same thing but whit my steering wheel a little more to the right I took my truck back next day and they tested saying that it was right that it might pull to the right causer the road and a friend of mine tell me that day he had the same experience with them on his alignment

Call the parts store that tire barn uses to order their parts. For my visit they used Napa. Compare the prices that tire barn is charging you versus the price is NAPA charges you to go pick it up at their store. I hope that no one else runs into the same problem as I did. I found that I was being charged, almost double for both parts that were installed. I will say that they didn t try to screw me over on labor hours. When I confronted them about it, they explained that I said it was OK on the phone and it s just the way that it is. Keep in mind they get commercial pricing discounts so it may have been closer to three times the amount that they paid for the part. I also got treated with an extreme amount of disrespect as well whenever I confronted them about the price. Sorry about the negative review it s just the truth. I d recommend aces tire off of Highway 75.

I seriously don't know how they stay in business.I made an appointment to get minor work done to my car the day before I drop it off they said they ordered the parts. So I drop it off the next morning at 8am. It's sits there all day and they call me at 4pm saying that they or having trouble finding the parts. So I call the auto parts store to get the parts they have them The same auto parts store that they deal with. So they get the parts. The next day they call me at 10:00 a.m. saying that the parts are done installed and they think there's another part that needs to be done but they can't find it on the engine So I go there and I have to point it out to them. So now this is day two of them having the car from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. they had to do a wheel alignment on the car and it's still not done they're told me that there's people there ahead of them ahead of me. Why do I bother making an appointment if they get to work on cars ahead of me first they take on more work than they can handle I don't know how they stay in business over 50 years and they just make excuses of why it's not done poor business practices poor customer service I don't blame them the mechanics I blame the management

Great custom alignment. Brought in my miata on coilovers and 245 tires. Left the alignment specs I wanted and they hit them bang on; caster camber and toe.

Tire Barn (Bixby) installed my brakes backwards. My wife was 8 months pregnant, we drove the vehicle to Florida. Nothing but problems since they touched her truck. Took it to another shop because caliper locked up a year later after it sat in the driveway for two months. Contacted Tire Barn basically got warranty is up not our fault. Apparently they have no standard to double check work and arent worried about negligent work. I would say more but I am having trouble finding nice words. I would RUN from these people.

I'm new to the area. When I got a nail in my tire, I went to Tire Barn. They were all so kind and knowledgeable. They patched my tire quickly. I will be going there for my next set of tires. Thank you Tire Barn.

I came in today at about 9:30am for an appt to get my brake pads changed, I'm am just leaving now at 1:16pm. Apparently they had the wrong brake pads delivered 2 times and other issues happened along the way that were never communicated. I was told i looked content sitting down. I told the manager why i was not told these things because it affected my work day and he just said well sorry. I still paid for the service but not even a discount was offered or anything to try and make it right, just oh well sorry. I hope they can provide better service in the future and communicate better with the customers to make sure they know what is happening. I missed a whole day of work when i didn't have to. I will not recommend or be coming back. Im more than glad change this review and take it down if someone cares to reach out and make the issue right.

Service was exceptional. Everyone was nice. Had an oil change and didn t have to wait long. I m satisfied with everything I needed done with one exception. They broke 3 of the of plastic cups/rings that retain the rubber grommet that attaches my plastic engine cover. I am very upset. I pay very close attention to detail when it comes to my personal vehicle and anything out of place hits my radar very quickly. Just had an oil change yesterday that was free from a bingo game winning. That does not excuse damaging my vehicle or it s components.

1st experience today and solely chose Tire Barn based on the reviews. I can say I was very pleased from the service as I arrived prior to the opening time and they welcomed me in to see what I needed help with. I was concerned about a couple issues with my car and they diagnosed and also assured me that one of my concerns was just fine (brakes) and that means a lot as a single woman who tends to worry about being taken advantage of. I was charged simply for what was needed a service check and an oil change :) Overall great experience and I ll definitely be returning

Bixby Tire Barn was a pleasant & unexpected experience. Typically, tire shops are not, especially for women.I was preparing to travel but had a tire not taking air. Two other well known tire shops, including where I had just bought the full set, put me on a 3 hour waiting list. A friendly employee greeted me at the Tire Barn counter and less than 30 minutes later I was back on the road...on a Saturday. I will be a repeat customer & recommend Tire Barn. Thank you for restoring my faith that great customer service does still exists.

Stop by with a tire pressure monitor issue. Guys took care of me right before closing. The owner was there to make sure it got done right. Never had a bad experience with the Tire Barn guys in Bixby. I ll pay for fast service anyday. Great experience as always.

They installed a front end leveling kit on my 2016 GMC 4x4 so the truck was level from front to back . They did a great job and good customer service .very happy truck looks great .

I've worked for this company in the past, and after leaving the tire barn as an employee, I returned as a customer several times, & have always recommended this shop for anytype of automotive repairs. This auto repair shop is %110 upfront & honest when it comes to repairs. Kris the owner & Brian the Service manager of the Tire Barn, really do care about their customer's, & making sure the right repairs are completed in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU give Kris or Brian a call for your automotive repair needs.

They repaired my quicks on my car in the exact amount of time they said it would take. Friendly customer service and reliable employees in a convenient location! My car is driving great! I ll be using them again for any of my vehicle needs and recommending to my friends and family.

My alternator went out. I called and Chris, I believe to be a manager there said they could repair it. I had it towed there, and I was expecting a next day repair and pick up. They had it finished in 3 hours. The price for labor, and parts were excellen, and I knew the cost before they began. Most importantly no surprise "We found something else" claims. Trustworthy, quick return time, and honest.

There s a reason Tire Barn in Bixby has their almost all 5 star rank; they earn it with each customer.I took my hybrid sedan in for a routine oil change and Tire Barn got me in pretty quickly. The service was fairly quick but the mechanic had a hard time resetting the electronic service indicator. He called for help and the duo got it done. In the past, with other shops, mechanics have opted not to reset because it s a pain.The Tire Barn staff was friendly to everyone who came in while I waited, the restroom was clean, and the experience was 5 star.Tire Barn, thank you for paying attention to all details.

I dropped my car off after closing on Thursday night to have about $1200 worth of work done. My car was done by Friday at noon. Brian, Mike, and Jim do great work!!

I have been going to Tire Barn in Bixby since 1999 and they still have my business today. They have fixed my cars well, promptly, and reasonably priced as well as letting me know if they see a structural problem needing to be addressed. Thank you Kris and Brian and Shaun as well as the trained techs. Though i hate a broken car i always feel better knowing you guys are fixing it. TY, Afton

The Best ! Don t think the Tire Barn is just tires and brakes.... I bring vehicles here for everything ! If they believe your maintenance needs to be a dealership type fix, they will tell you.Give them a try, you ll be a customer for life.Bruce Augustine
