Highly recommend! My Ford Explorer (that had recently been purchased with absolutely NO scuffs, marks, no damage whatsoever) had been hit, I was impressed & knew I had chose the right body shop to work on my car. Out of the whole mess, they where honest with me, they kept in touch & economical ...but best of all...they did an AMAZING job on my car! I can't say enough nice things about them! I am so thankful I found y'all y'all truly we're a blessing helping me out like that!

I can't say enough good about this body shop! They go above and beyond and really take care of the customer. I had a minor fender bender, but my insurance company was dragging their feet on inspecting and giving me the funds needed to cover the damages. Chelsey was awesome working with my insurance company to get them moving! And my car looks great! They even vacuumed out the interior! That was totally unexpected!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to give a shout out to Professional Body Works for the minor body work on my beautiful KIA Soul. A young driver caught my bumper pulling in to a parking spot at Target which resulted in several deep scratches. Fortunately nothing serious for her first accident!Professional Body Works was by far the most reasonable bid. They did an outstanding job on my KIA Soul! I ve used them before, 20 years ago, for more extreme body work. They have always done a great job. I am very pleased, again. I highly recommend them and they are locally and privately owned. Bonus!!!Very nice people. Professional. Extremely helpful. They do everything they can can to make their customers happy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was needing to replace a door on my vehicle that I was paying out of pocket for and this shop worked with me to find a reasonable solution that was far and away much more superior to the options other body shops in the area offered. Transparent, customer-focused, hard working, and no-frills auto body shop. Would highly recommend and would come back to first for any future problems (but hopefully not too soon).

I am rating this a 5 star out of 5 stars mostly because of their receptionist Debbie! She was the person I had the most contact with and she was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I talked with her on numerous occasions and she never seemed bothered or put out by the things I needed her to fax to another insurance. The person who gave her a bad review was malicious and frankly I believe that if she had a problem with Debbie then she was probably the problem not Debbie. Keep in mind that I never got to meet Debbie in person, just through phone conversations and not once did she make me concerned about where my car was being prepared. When I picked up my vehicle today she was at lunch so I did not get to meet her in person. However, the gentleman that helped me was also very professional and friendly. My car was repaired and in a timely manner. Absolutely no complaints! Would recommend Professional Body Works to everyone!!!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. Shoddy work. Took almost six weeks, instead of the one week I was quoted. I was told I was "too picky". I should just deal with scratches and burn marks in the clear coat. Orange peel, divots, scratches,.... this paint job has it all. The owner even berated me and told me how much money he lost on the job. I paid 100% of the quoted price. He said I should've just done the work myself, and they were done... Scratches in the paint and all, they were just done... This is a hack paint and body shop. Earl Sheib would be embarrassed to put out this kind of work...

Glad I found this place. I bought a used car and after driving it a few days it started making a really annoying rattle sound. I stopped by here and asked if he could help me out. They worked on this car for most of the day and had to basically re-work the work from a previous repair. Fixed my problem and I was charged a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. I will always use this place for any body work I may need in the future.

Everybody was kind and polite to my wife, which is very important to me. Instead of giving us one of those all-or-nothing estimates that we could not afford, they gave us two estimates, including make it safe and fix everything . They finished on the day they told us they would. They also washed my dirty car!

The owner of the shop is a good person to get help with whatever is wrong with the body of your vehicle and him and his crew does an amazing job on getting the bodywork done in a reasonable time

Kent was very rude, used explicit language when talking about employees, my vehicle was quoted to be there 2 weeks, took 5... Kent then used that same explicit language with me! The customer!!!!
