Nick was great and helped us with our spark plugs and ignition coils. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, we really appreciate all his hard work! From both of us: thank you so much!

Website sucks bad. Doesn't bring up anything close to what you type in the search bar.People are very nice at the Bixby store though.

So glad I came here! I got excellent service buying a new battery and they put it in for me. Do not go to Costco for a battery, go here instead! Noah was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be coming here next time a need a car part for sure!

Tulsa area stores all have very poorly educated people in the stores and management. I have to look up my own parts and educate their employees, 99% of the time. Most of their employees care less about their customers.Went to get a trailer connector and online showed in stock. Went to get the part. And the wrong part was in the package hanging on the shelf out front. Took the part to the counter. Explained and showed them the issue and asked them to order the part for me. They stated they couldn t order another one. And it s a stocking item. Think they just hire a body to fill a position.

Update from a previous bad review and felt I need to share...Went in for some oil and spoke to a gentleman with a wealth of knowledge and insight. I hope to see more knowledgeable staff like him in the future. O Reillys please invest in your employees. They are what separate you from online retail and represent you as a company.

Honestly I have only ever left one review before but this place deserves it for sure! I was headed to sports with my kids last night with one headlight. I couldn t see anything so I told the kids sorry I have to stop we are all gonna die if I don t get help so I stopped and told Christopher my problem and that I only had 15 minutes before I was running late. He not only got me set up with a great headlight. He also went above and beyond to install it for me when I was in a panic. I can not express my gratitude enough for his kindness and willingness to help. I will go out of my way from this point forward to get all my things from this location! Thank you!

I never had a problem here till yesterday the lady Andy? Was rude and extremely slow I tried to tell her that my truck was a custom built from the ground up. She wouldn't listen to me! I had to return 6 of the 7 items I bought 6 trips later I finally got done servicing my truck. If she still has a job today I won't be back!

I have been a long time loyal customer of O'Reilly's Auto parts. I have always relied on the staff at O'Reilly's for their knowledge to help me get the parts that I need. I have used O'Reilly's for both vehicle restoration and two regular maintenance vehicles. Recently I have not been happy with the help that I have received. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Of course there are a select few that make it worth while.I was willing to put up with the hit and miss service until this incident. I have not gotten O'Reilly's points for my purchase ever since I have had an account and haven't taken the time to investigate until I recently needed hundreds of dollars of parts right after the holiday season. Turns out they had the wrong email address which we corrected and they graciously gave me all my points in one lump sum coupon. ($70).I purchased all of my parts needed and applied the coupon. When I went back to return the puller and parts under warranty I was given back a DISCOUNTED amount. Since the coupon was applied as a percentage discount and not a fixed amount. ??? Basically If I would have bought the parts that I kept with a different transaction and applied the discount then bought warranty parts and puller in a different transaction I would have gotten my points...The kicker was how uncaring the staff was when I expressed my frustration. I will say the two guys at this location who work in the evenings are fantastic. Please hire more like these!I am no longer an O'Reilly's customer because in the world of internet retail where you can buy cheaper you should ALWAYS be able to buy locally with the benefit of having customer service. BUT if talking to a person is more frustrating than just figuring it out yourself than so be it.

NEVER GO TO THIS O REILLYS.I went into this O Reilly store needing some transmission fluid for my transmission. I had an idea of what I needed, but when I went in there I was told they didn t sell that particular type and brand, but recommended another brand and type to me instead. The master tech and 35 year Ford technician stood there for 20 solid minutes explaining to me why this type would be the absolute best for my transmission. I then put the fluid he sold me into my transmission, and drove it, and it drove worse than ever before. It struggled to go into gear, and the shifts were extremely clunky and loud. As it turns out, he sold me DIFFERENTIAL GEAR OIL and not fluid for a TRANSMISSION. But because he was the master and swore to me for 20 minutes, I trusted him. I did however receive a full refund from the managers, that is the only positive thing that can come out of this. I then spoke on the phone to a Ford parts manager and he told me what I was sold at O Reillys was literally the opposite of what should go in my transmission, and was way too thick for the gears, and could have fried my transmission, and he told me I needed to drain and flush it as soon as possible. So then I ended up having to buy online twice as much of the right fluid that I needed, because I had to flush the system of the wrong oil to prevent permanent damage. I ended up paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars more than what I should have paid, simply because of O Reilly s mistake. And I can t imagine how much more I would have paid if I got the right fluid from Ford directly. Bottom line is, never ever go to this O Reilly store unless you want to damage your car, and pay hundreds of dollars to fix the issue. Very Angry.

Amazing staff. My wife's car battery had leaked and corroded the terminal. The helped me get a new battery and get the part I needed to replace the terminal. Saved the day and a trip to the dealership. So thankful for the staff for all their help.

Good store for your automotive needs. Mostly competitive prices both store brands and name brands. I like autozone better because it has a larger corporate feel that offers somewhat better prices and return policies whereas O'Reilly's has a good 'ole boy feel and connection some people prefer because they like the small town feel of a locally owned store. To be fair they do offer just as many parts for almost every automobile imaginable and they have limited services such as battery testing. Worth trying out and doing some business there. You'll either like the feel or you won't but you will still get the part or parts you need regardless of your likes or dislikes about the store.

We ordered a 2007 Mazda CX-7 4 Cylinder head gasket (with a turbo), and they sent the WRONG HEAD gasket for a 4-Cylinder Mazda B2300. The only difference in these two engines, and the two gaskets - is 1 small 1/3 inch hole which allows oil to flow through the extra components which are there for the turbo... otherwise they are identical and fit the same. When we addressed the problem with the store manager, he acknowledged that they sent the wrong part # and then exclaimed "how did we do that?" Well, by then it was to late, the Mazda dealership had charged us $1800 and stated "it looks like the wrong head gasket is on here."We were "wronged" enough for them to send their "Regional" supervisor out, to which he also acknowledged "How did we make such a simple, yet such a BIG mistake.I was out 3 weeks of my car being at the dealership, $500 for rental cars, and $1800 for repair bills due to them sending the wrong part, not to mention the time and frustration from our local mechanic dealing with trying to correct this whole issue, and the best that "corporate" would allow the "regional supervisor" to compensate us was not $1000, not $500... but $0.00I will never use this excuse for an auto parts store and I strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle repairs!

This is my local auto parts store which always seems to have exactly what I m looking for. If they don t have it, they do what they can to get it, often when I think it s something I can only get at the dealer.
